The hotel was in an ideal location for us and the room was nicely done out in an industrial style and was very clean and comfortable. It was a great shame about the chaos at breakfast and the lack of staff generally which became quite frustrating at times. Items of food ran out, as did plates, cups and glasses and it took ages for them to be replenished. The hot drinks machine was unbearably slow and resulted in a constant queue of customers - really annoying as often the first thing you want in the morning is a hot drink. It’s not really good enough when you’re paying €19 each for breakfast. It’s also one thing to say you have a 24/7 bar but another to provide it. A couple of times we wanted a drink but had to give up because the one member of staff available was constantly checking in customers. Overall, okay but could do better.
