buena opcion, con espacio amplio para familias, muy bien ubicado. con elevador. mi única molestia es que se escuchan las pisadas de la recamar superior.

The location was perfect, couldn’t have been more central with view of the golden roof. In the evening there was the noise of the cafes below but it didnt bother us. Had it been warmer then the lack of aircon might have been an issue but there were fans in the room. We enjoyed our stay albeit only for one night.

We enjoyed our stay in Innsbruck. This hotel is very centrally located. It was clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen so I cannot speak to how well it was stocked. Check-in was very easy— we did the check in online as prompted in an email which made the process very easy. We only had to pay taxes at check in. We stayed during the massive heatwave and the room was almost unbearably hot. They did provide a portable AC and fan which tried to provide some relief but it is hard to do so when the temperature is over 90. It would eventually cool off a little after midnight. Having read the listing and reviews we were prepared for no AC, but I think having the ability to open and close windows would have helped greatly. They were locked shut. I asked about this and was told no. During normal temperatures though this would not be an issue. Otherwise, it does appear that many concerns expressed in previous reviews have been ameliorated. Overall this met our needs and our only complaint would not have been an issue if temperatures were normal.

Fantastic location in old town, with big spacious apartments

Beautiful spacious modern apartment with a lovely balcony that affords great views of the mountains. Situated right in the middle of the old town near sights and restaurants.
