Perfect is an understatement! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to my meetings, and the conference room facilities were excellent. Definitely recommend for any business traveler.

Is this property an undiscovered gem? No. Is it an apparently underutilized resource? Absolutely. No frills. Not particularly pretty. Limited parking. BUT… if passing thru and on a budget, this motel checks all the necessary boxes. Clean. Pet friendly. Fairly quiet. One floor. Restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds.

Other than the place needing a facelift, I was very happy with my stay at The Kingsway. Looked like a sketchy neighbourhood but the Holiday Inn is right next door. I had a restful night and my cats did too.

The bedspread had hair all over it as well as the sheets. The carpet was at least 50 years old and the room stank of fabreeze. I was offered another room upon request without carpet and found food in the fridge. The second room was better.

Yes it was clean and the check in was excellent.

Dirty floor, spiders and bugs. Dirty sheets. Beds are not comfortable. Bathroom door did not close properly. Low water pressure in the shower. Someone was knocking on the door at 6 am. Only 2 towels for 4 people. No one in the office to greet me when I checked out.

This place was run down. Upkeep was not their first priority. Linen was clean but carpet disgusting. Mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling. Convenient parking and restaurants in the area. I would not recommend this place unless it was your last choice. Will never stay there again.

The check in was easy, the person checking me in was pleasant. The room was clean. No bad odors. Shower was strong and hot. Bed comfortable. Basic room. No coffee maker in it or hairdryer. Heat was easy to adjust. Fridge and microwave in room. It’s just a very old hotel but great if on a budget.

Bedding dirty, mattress very uncomfortable, toilet had been used and not flushed before we got there, very noisy.

This is a low-cost hotel, so don't have many expectations. The bedcover was not clean. There was some sort of red fuzz on the surface, as if someone slept on top of it. There were cigarette burns on some of the room fixtures. I was unable to get the TV working. At least the bedsheets were clean.

The bed was comfortable and the linens soft and crisp. The room was basic but clean. Water starting to run in the tub was VERY loud and woke me when my partner started to shower. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming.

An aging classic motel. Clean room with new flooring and beds. Quite comfortable. Wifi, fridge, microwave, no coffee maker. Central air conditioning which you can't control, but it works. Really friendly helpful staff and a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in the bedside table... a refreshing change from the Gideon Bible. 😁

Toilet seat was loose, and the toilet itself was also loose and rocking. Wifi did not work well at all. I had to hotspot my phone. Pillows were not great, and the bed was fairly hard.

Room was old, shower tap was broken. Needed a renovation. No screen on the window, the heat would not turn off. Should have been a 50$ room not 130$

The room was nicely remodeled, had very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Front desk check in was easy.

Ok for overnight stay. Towels need to be replaced. Cheap bedsheets and pillows. Room smelled of smoke and also no coffee maker as advertised.

No lights by bed...plug on wall not working had to move bed out to get plug for cpap machine...no phone...only main switch shut off plug in use only one small window for ventilation no air conditioner no instructions on how to use tv not happy with stay.

we booked 3 rooms at kingsway inn, one room having a broken bed which had spots concaved inwards. another room, had had their central ac turned off in the middle of their night leaving the room extremely hot and not sleepable. we went up to the front office to resolve the issue but it was closed. there is a doorbell that says to ring for service but when rung, no one comes. there was also no answer when we called the phone number on google maps. because of this the kids in the room had to sleep in the car while they kept their room door and window open. at 8am their office was still closed, and still not answering to service bell. we called the number once more and was met with terrible customer service. they refused to see us in person or listen to what we were saying. we came back an hour later when the office was open, the manager kept feeding us lies and changing his stories. he claimed to not have the owners phone number when we requested to talk to him but his phone number was later found on a business card on the desk. we were treated terribly throughout our stay and were given rooms which were unbearable to sleep in.

The property appears to be being upgraded. The room was spotless and new appliances, bedding, paint, flooring. Hoping for a good nights sleep travelling long days - sadly the drunk fighting couple next door created much noise from 1 to 5 am. Bad luck on our part. Won’t likely stay again, will be wanting 24 hour desk in future. That said / motel itself was adequate for overnight stay.

I paid $263 for two nights at this motel, and it was a huge letdown for the price. The bathroom was in bad shape — the tub had multiple spots where the porcelain was chipped off, and there was a large dent in the middle, making it uneven and uncomfortable to stand on. The overall look gave off a dirty, neglected feeling. The bathroom lighting was also poor, with one bulb missing and another only half working. The heater and fan in the room barely worked, making it hard to get comfortable. For what they’re charging, basic things like working heat and clean, functional bathrooms should be guaranteed — but they weren’t. To make things worse, some random crackhead came knocking on my door in the middle of the night. I told her to screw off, but she kept coming back. When I called the hotel about it, they said they would check the cameras but weren’t able to actually come out or do anything about it. I felt unsafe and completely unsupported. Overall, this place is overpriced, poorly maintained, and not secure. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone until serious improvements are made.

TV didn't come on. Had to call Mgr to fix it. Then we raised the TV volumn to half-way, and the TV proceeded to have a sound vibration that sounded like an exhaust fan was turned on. Lastly, no closed captioning was allowed. CC seems to be deliberately turned off by either the cable company or at the request of the Mgr. Disappointing for deaf customers.

We could easily hear the people in the next room. The TV didn't work very well. There was no coffee maker. The shower took a while for the water to get warm. Hotel next to train tracks. It wasn't worth the price even at a discount.
