Beautiful, country setting. Surprisingly good restaurant. During our stay, the indoor pool and the jacuzzi were under maintenance, and this was not disclosed when we made the reservation. That was an unpleasant surprise. Still, the staff were wonderful. Thank you.

First of all Google maps could’t seem to find the proper location - Probably because it was at the end of a long winding dirt road full of ruts and bumps (almost undriveable) But you only found it if you followed the amateurly painted signs to get to that point. The food in the restaurant was delicious but they seemed reluctant to open the dining at the posted times. The rooms were clean but dated and with only one usable electric plug and chipped bathroom fixtures. The hairdryer and refrigerator were MIA. They have a beautiful big pool and spa and a children’s play area and pool with well maintained gardens and lawns surrounding them. The staff at the front desk and spa were very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Unfortunately the hotel is NOT near the EZE airport but a 30 minute drive away. Fortunately the shuttle is only $20 US . Overall a fairly decent accommodation but decidedly not as described on the site.

Floors dirty, safe not functioning, baseboards missing, brackets in bathroom that may have held things like hair dryers and shower soap were on wall exposed and empty of what may have been hanging on them. Pool had not been cleaned for awhile, dirt, leaves and bugs. Are at the outside seating area all tables dirty and the place was empty of guests and mid afternoon. Breakfast was good and shuttle to airport was nice.

This hotel is lovely. The common areas are beautiful, the spa and indoor pool inviting. The rooms need a little updating but they are spacious and clean. The food was very good in the lovely restaurant, and all the staff very helpful. Yes, the hotel is out of the way and the unpaved road not the best, especially after a rain shower, but I will definitely return and spend more time here.

What is not clear at all when looking at this property is that there is an entire 1 KM unpaved road in TERRIBLE condition that you have to travel to access the hotel. It is extremely bumpy with large pot holes that will have you driving from side to side to avoid. 10 KM/hr is the max speed and your car will be covered in dust. This means that not only is your Uber/Taxi going to hate you, but they most likely are going to roll their windows up for the extra 10 minutes this takes. All of our Ubers/Taxi's had no air condition and it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit so we were good and sweaty due to this every time. Then there is the guard gate to get through which is a nice security feature, but they could never find out name on the list which added another 5 minutes every time we came back. Lastly the facility is so remote from anything else that it took 30 minutes from the time you called a ride before they showed up. I suppose if you simply want to stay at the hotel and never leave, it is a good value, but getting in and out was a real issue. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was surprising great. We didn't use the pool or kid's water park but it looked clean and enjoyable. It is just hard to get over that ridiculous road. There was no indication that road hasn't been the sole access to the facility forever. I do not believe this was a temporary situation.

Easy parking. Not walkable location. Not allowed food delivery from outside. Lovely outside area but mosquitoes are a huge issue for me, so you need definitely insects repelent. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel's rooms are still in process to improve. It is a rural location.

The grounds were very littered, the pool was dirty, absolutely no water for showers the night of our stay or in the morning. Many room doors left open because of no door handles. The sheets had been over bleached and not only smelled like bleach but they were rough. It didn’t have a welcoming feel and I wouldn’t recommend.

The property was in the middle of nowhere, difficult to find transportation in and out of the property, the room was not clean, no slipper was provided, no USB in the whole facilty, breakfast selection was limited, staff was excellent, however

Fuimos a varios hoteles de esta cadena, y este fue el que menos nos gustó. El baño de la habitación lleno de sarro, la ducha casi colgando, ni hablar de la mugre que tenía el aire acondicionado. Nuestra habitación era la 308, para que lo tengan en cuenta y limpien en profundidad no solo lo que se ve. Ademas nos cobraron mas de lo que decia la aplicación, ojala alguien se comunique con nosotros y nos explique mejor porque fue ese cobro. La pileta de los adultos muy sucia tmb. Realmente el mantenimiento del hotel deja mucho que desear. Definitivamente aplica para 2 estrellas. No lo recomendamos.

El camino de entrada en terribles condiciones, sin alumbrado y hoyos. La propiedad aparenta estar en remodelacion, pero las llaves de lis baños tenian moho verde y la cama con un hoyo en el centro, poco comoda. Para yna noche estuvo pasable. La persona q nos traslado desde el hotel al aeropuerto, muy profesional, amigable y de confianza.

El lugar está un poco abandonado, cosas sin mantenimiento como la entrada, calle, flores , frente del hotel, la pileta chica al aire libre agua fría la q ofrecen como caliente. No hay camino a la pileta de los chicos, x ende caminas por el pasto q si llueve t embarras. Había pocas sombrillas y los quinchos faltaban mesas. No hay drugstore o Maxikiosco para comprar alguna cosa q olvidaste, y afuera hay lejos. Solo hay un restaurante con horario. Falta más limpieza general. El restaurante éramos 3 familias y la moza pidió que nosotros le detallemos cada plato según habitación, ellos no lo hicieron, le entregamos y después me llamo de muy mala manera que pase a firmar el nuevo detalle. Por eso atención dejaba q desear.

The grounds and pool were lovely. The room was not. The safe was broken, the floor lamp didn’t work, the hair dryer was missing and the one that was given to us as a replacement was broken. The second one worked.

The hotel is fine. The access road is not paved with asphalt as of August 2025. It is located within what appears to maybe one day be a very nice suburb, but currently is quite desolate. The birds in the area are interesting. If you have noisy neighbors- you will hear them.

I’m not saying that the whole place is bad, but the room where we were staying needed some serious attention. Every time the toilet was flushed the water tank made some noise like if we were staying at a less than one star hotel. And there were some other things that looked over worn.

La habitación estaba falta de luz interior y exterior rota. Hotel con falta de mantenimiento, ducha mal ubicada al bañarse salpicaba el piso y se mojaba todo el baño, me cobraron pie de baño sucio por ese motivo que se llenaba de agua y se mancho

This hotel is lovely. The common areas are beautiful, the spa and indoor pool inviting. The rooms need a little updating but they are spacious and clean. The food was very good in the lovely restaurant, and all the staff very helpful. Yes, the hotel is out of the way and the unpaved road not the best, especially after a rain shower, but I will definitely return and spend more time here.

Equipe muito gentil e preparada. Jantar muito bom. Café da manhã completo e saboroso. Dos comentários sobre o acesso ao hotel, honestamente, não vi qualquer problema. Rua de terra com alguns poucos buracos, mas muito curta. A sinalização entre a estrada principal e a rua de terra é suficiente.

El camino de entrada en terribles condiciones, sin alumbrado y hoyos. La propiedad aparenta estar en remodelacion, pero las llaves de lis baños tenian moho verde y la cama con un hoyo en el centro, poco comoda. Para yna noche estuvo pasable. La persona q nos traslado desde el hotel al aeropuerto, muy profesional, amigable y de confianza.

Preguntamos desde el dia anterior para hacer una salida tardia, la cual dijeron que estaba disponible, pero que hicieramos los arreglos en la mañana. Al ir por la mañana, dijeron que no tenian disponibilidad, pq tenian actividades. Creo que deberian tener mejor comunicaciòn con los clientes. Facilitaria las cosas para todos. De lo demás, es un buen lugar para descansar.

We checked in around 1700 and were given a key which did not work and the incorrect room type (inferior) to our booking. A housekeeper let us into our room, no questions asked, so I subsequently felt unsafe about the security of the property. When we entered, we noticed a large wasp fly out of the air conditioning unit. After chasing it around the room with a boot, we finally incapacitated it sufficiently to bring to the front desk and ask for a new room that did not have wasps buzzing in the air unit. She fixed our key, but did not give us a pest-free room or one that matched the rate I paid. I understand we were in a grassy area around the hotel, a bug usually wouldn’t be a problem, but massive wasps that come out of the air vent? A bit much. The amenities advertised were not accurate either, for instance, I found out the room lacked a hair dryer after I had washed my long, thick hair, and subsequently had to head to the airport dripping wet. Overall, one of the worst stays I have had in a while, both in terms of customer service and the property itself.

El lugar está un poco abandonado, cosas sin mantenimiento como la entrada, calle, flores , frente del hotel, la pileta chica al aire libre agua fría la q ofrecen como caliente. No hay camino a la pileta de los chicos, x ende caminas por el pasto q si llueve t embarras. Había pocas sombrillas y los quinchos faltaban mesas. Despite appearing to be located near the airport, it actually took 20-25 min of driving to get there, including some dirt roads. It was difficult to find a taxi to take us to the property because of the location - some refused, and the one who accepted increased the price by $1000ARS to wash his car. The property appeared kind of run down, but the setting was really nice. There are big beautiful trees, 2 pools, a nearby pond and excellent wild birds on the property that made the inconvenient location worthwhile. It was a quiet peaceful location to rest during our travels.

What is not clear at all when looking at this property is that there is an entire 1 KM unpaved road in TERRIBLE condition that you have to travel to access the hotel. It is extremely bumpy with large pot holes that will have you driving from side to side to avoid. 10 KM/hr is the max speed and your car will be covered in dust. This means that not only is your Uber/Taxi going to hate you, but they most likely are going to roll their windows up for the extra 10 minutes this takes. All of our Ubers/Taxi's had no air condition and it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit so we were good and sweaty due to this every time. Then there is the guard gate to get through which is a nice security feature, but they could never find out name on the list which added another 5 minutes every time we came back. Lastly the facility is so remote from anything else that it took 30 minutes from the time you called a ride before they showed up. I suppose if you simply want to stay at the hotel and never leave, it is a good value, but getting in and out was a real issue. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was surprising great. We didn't use the pool or kid's water park but it looked clean and enjoyable. It is just hard to get over that ridiculous road. There was no indication that road hasn't been the sole access to the facility forever. I do not believe this was a temporary situation.

Floors dirty, safe not functioning, baseboards missing, brackets in bathroom that may have held things like hair dryers and shower soap were on wall exposed and empty of what may have been hanging on them. Pool had not been cleaned for awhile, dirt, leaves and bugs. Are at the outside seating area all tables dirty and the place was empty of guests and mid afternoon. Breakfast was good and shuttle to airport was nice.

What is not clear at all when looking at this property is that there is an entire 1 KM unpaved road in TERRIBLE condition that you have to travel to access the hotel. It is extremely bumpy with large pot holes that will have you driving from side to side to avoid. 10 KM/hr is the max speed and your car will be covered in dust. This means that not only is your Uber/Taxi going to hate you, but they most likely are going to roll their windows up for the extra 10 minutes this takes. All of our Ubers/Taxi's had no air condition and it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit so we were good and sweaty due to this every time. Then there is the guard gate to get through which is a nice security feature, but they could never find out name on the list which added another 5 minutes every time we came back. Lastly the facility is so remote from anything else that it took 30 minutes from the time you called a ride before they showed up. Flight got delayed for a day out of EZE, so I quickly looked for the nearest and cheapest option. Expedia offered $90 off this place, for a total of $100 for a night. Booked it since it was a Wyndham without reading any reviews, but quickly panicked after seeing many negative reviews. Personally, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. We arrived exhausted and disappointed from the airport, and the front desk staff member made exceptions to get us an early check-in, for which we were very grateful for. I tried to look for outside eating options due to the negative reviews on the food, but it was difficult given the isolated nature of the hotel. Ended up having dinner at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised at the dishes. We were unable to make use of the spa amenities due to our time constraints, but it looked lovely with an indoor pool and massage services. The rooms were mostly clean, but really just dusty more than anything, which didn’t bother us. I believe that the negative reviews are left by prejudiced individuals who somehow equate an unpaved road with danger. The unpaved entry road is likely a product of delays in Argentine bureaucracy. There appears to be a highway exit in development for the hotel though. If I had any complaints, it’d be on the delayed maintenance of the elevators, but even that could be explained by the timing of our Easter weekend stay. Lovely stay, very safe with a gated entrance and a registry of ALL guests.
