Muy buena atención y servicio, buen buffet y muy atentos en todos los detalles, personal muy servicial y buena ubicación. Recomendable

Nice breakfirst. Noce staffs. The cleaning staff is good (As you stay longer, it get more clean). Spa is also nice. If the cost is same, I recomend this hotel (maybe best at Hanoi.)

客室は清潔でサービスもよい。 近隣の歩道が少し危ないが、バイクの路駐が減り、近くに信号ができたらいいなと思っている（これはハノイ全体に言えること）。 キッチン付きの部屋は洗剤とスポンジも置いてほしい。 後は自立式ハンガーがあれば長い滞在には便利。 部屋をうまく使いながら、選択できるので。 スタッフは、親切で笑顔が良い。

The room is really good. I've stayed 1705,1706,1707. All was good, but I'm afraid that someone who've used 1707 have dart the livingroom's floor and it's still left. And we also need detargent and sponge. Also, freestanding laundry hanger is useful when we stay longer. Otherwise, I think this hotel is really good in many aspects. All sataffs are really good, too. Also, please think about add bun to restrant ^^.
