Very good central cbd hotel. Room not over the top but very clean and all we needed for two nights. We didn't take the breakfast option. It's only a few minutes walk from lots of cafes. Gym well fitted out. The Ibis staff are definitely customer oriented.

Fist of all, the receptionist not even smile. Bed is ok, bathroom is ok, but Carpet is dirty and Carpet in coridor also dirty. Never see any hotel have coridor carpet that dirty. Hope not happen in futire.

Hotel and room was good. Staff at the reception was very helpful. Room service was horrible. We stayd there 28 nights and for hole stay noone vacuum room. Housekeeping didnt clean bathroom... If you tell to housekeeping that you need something, they never bring it... From first day, we didnt have soap... housekeeping completely ignore it. Horrible for the price of room. Breakfast was good but still same...

Took 2 days to work out how to use TV. Corridors tidy but carpet filthy. Rooms not serviced over weekend, additional towels where delivered. Disappointed with meal from Restaurant fish and chips.. fish looked like birdeye fish and chips had an seasoning that was disgusting. Room was tidy but the cover came off the comfortor and it had yellow stains in numerous places repulsive.

Booked 4 rooms and was forced to have a person from each room to place a $200 deposit. $800 for 1 booking was absolutely ridiculous and of course negatively effected our trip to Adelaide with such a large amount eating into our budget. Rooms were not serviced unless you requested, and when they were serviced they missed such things as refilling an empty soap container for the shower!! Beds were uncomfortable and had mattress toppers on them which slipped off during the night. Breakfast was only an expensive buffet option but luckily the hotel was close to the Mall where dining options were much more appealing. Would not recommend.

This place is right in the heart of the city so very close to shops, bars, restaurants and the Casino. I would change one thing in that the room was too hot and with the ac on low it only went to 19 degrees and made it difficult to get to sleep.

Room was way too small, fridge was so small we could hardly fit anything in it etc., leftover small pizza box. Shower had low pressure, Wi-Fi wouldn't work and or connect to use Chromecast. No room to walk around bed properly as it was too close to the wall. TV was a good size, 24/7 food is a great idea but room service would also be helpful.

Great location and easy to get to! Had a problem with the fridge however when opened after getting to our room some chemical was sprayed out onto my mothers head and chest. It immediately took her and my breath away it was so strong. Luckily I still hadn’t removed my mask yet from travelling as an asthmatic it could have been an even worse situation. Whilst she had to immediately jump in the shower to wash it off I called reception for help. They did move us to another room but after that there has been no follow up, check in or concern shown to her which I found disappointing and worrisome as we were also not asked to fill out any forms or a report on the incident either.

Hotel is conveniently located just off of Rundle Mall. It was very clean. Corner room had a lot of space for luggage as well as desk space. Washroom was not cramped. There is a parking lot nearby. I would stay here again in the future.

Took 2 days to work out how to use TV. Corridors tidy but carpet filthy. Rooms not serviced over weekend, additional towels where delivered. Disappointed with meal from Restaurant fish and chips.. fish looked like birdeye fish and chips had an seasoning that was disgusting. Room was tidy but the cover came off the comfortor and it had yellow stains in numerous places repulsive.

Great location , main attractions in walking distance good parking option for inner city, staff extremely helpful, special mention for Luke on reception. Only negative breakfast in the hotel restaurant very overpriced and on xmas day manager lookec scruffy like he just got out of bed, holes in his pants and sneakers.

Upon arriving, a staff member came out from behind counter and started spraying deodoriser which we thought was strange way of welcoming guests! Over the next day or so we understood there was a plumbing issue on the 8th and 9th floor and sadly the odour travelled up the lifts to us on level 12. Despite the dramas, the Staff were friendly, Buffet breakfast was fantastic and Room service was great.

On booking the room a month or so in advance I specifically requested a quite room. On arrival it appeared thart the reception staff had no knowledge of this and gave a room on the 8th floor overlooking the main road. First night was so tired that it did not matter but the second hardly got any decent sleep. If we had been staying longer would have demanded another room or would have checked out it was so bad. Otherwise a great budget hotel but for me, never again.
