Dejlig pool, super venlig personale og god morgenmad. Dog kunne receptionen dog godt være lidt bedre til at informere og hvad vi kunne gøre, da vi løbende fandt ud af der var ting vi kunne gøre/ havde ret til.

The place was great staff are friendly but I have an issue with my tv in my room for several days not working 3 days of 10 days the food was so bad meat no good Seafood was great

The staff are what make this hotel. They are excellent across the board, from check in to check out. Restaurants were of a good quality, though mains a little repetitive. I asked for decaf coffee at breakfast and some sachets were found for me and I was told to simply ask when I needed more, it really is the little things! The only downsides to this hotel is that smoking is allowed in all outside areas so I think that around the pool and outside dining areas would benefit from smoking and non smoking areas as as non-smokers we found we couldn’t get away. The other thing is the vast amount of plastic water bottles used. It must be thousands a day! There must be a better way to keep everyone hydrated. Other than these little niggles, it is an excellent hotel and I would definitely return.
