Basic but comfortable and nice staff. Good breakfast and a lovely roof terrace. The reason I picked it was its price and I would re book again. Aside from the call to prayer it was a nice quiet location, especially at night.

The hospitality was outstanding. The owners arranged for me to have an airport transfer, who also walked me right to the door. I was welcomed with mint tea. The place is exactly as advertised in the pictures, with a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean. The Riad is only a 15 minute walk to the Medina, which is nice to have some peace and quiet. Overall 10/10.

Auch dieses Riad war wie eine Wundertüte: Die Umgebung lässt nicht erahnen, wie schön dieses Riad ist. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr einfach, aber im Grunde ausreichend. Toll war der Innenhof und die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten an Tischen und in gemütlichen Sesseln.

Très beau riad, propre, souci du détail. Personnel présent, aimable et discret, n'essaie pas de vous vendre des prestations complémentaires, il vous informe simplement qu'il est à votre disposition, le cas échéant, lors du check in. Accès facile en bus de l'aéroport (30MAD) ou la gare (4MAD), bien qu'ici les bus (contrairement à Rabat ou Casablanca, par exemple) soient en mauvais état et inconfortables. Les arrêts ne sont pas toujours matérialisés et la liste des arrêts n'est affichée qu'en arabe. Les principaux centres d'intérêts sont accessibles à pieds en 10 mn (Souks, Place Jama el Fna, mosquée Koutoubia...) à 45 mn (Ménara, Gueliz, Jardins Majorelle). 24h/24, eau minérale, thé, café, tisanes, fruits, disponibles à volonté. Petit déjeuner marocain (pain, patisserie variable, fromage battu, crèmes de gruyère, jus d'orange, thé/café/lait, fruits, servi dans la cour intérieure de 8h à 10h. A la fin de mon séjour, en raison d'un départ matinal (5:30), Mohammed, hôte du riad de 16:00 à 23:00, m'a apporté la veille vers 22:00 un petit déjeuner copieux à emporter ou consommer sur place avant mon départ. J'ai par ailleurs pu me faire un thé. Rien à redire quant au riad, par contre, les clients voyageant à plusieurs peuvent se montrer irrespectueux vis à vis des autres clients et passer des heures à se parler ou téléphoner dans la cour intérieure, sans se préoccuper de la gêne que cela peut causer aux autres clients en quête de quiétudes en soirée, en particulier...

Ubicación perfecta dentro del Kasbah a unos 10 minutos a pie de la plaza. Zona comercial y transitada. El Riad es muy bonito y acogedor, zona tranquila. La terraza sin piscina pero con Solarium. Personal atento, amable y predispuesto a ayudar.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Upon our arrival, they helped us to use their washing machine free, and to hang dry the clothes at the terrace. They also ordered the taxi to take us to the train station, and prepared us the to-go breakfast at our departure. The location is excellent, can walk to all the major attractions, eating places and shops

Very friendly Mohhamed made all easy and accesable - taxis, restaurants, even 4 am breakfast boxes. Nicely designed riad in Kasbash area. 30 min by foot from the Main square. Fresh orange juice for breakfast was very enjoyable. Lovely patio. Free teas and water. Music from nearby restaurant was loud and noisy motosiclists were not very pleasant on the area where riad is but it is beyong riad's management competence. Otherwise they nade our 4 nights stay stay enyoable . Price per night is very friendly.

The staff were very nice. The owner (speaks very good English) gave me some snacks and mint tea on arrival which was very tasty. The place is very well maintained almost looking brand new (been around for many years)Breakfast was good but it's not a buffet where you help yourself, it's a prepared menu so need to make them aware of any allergies. They also let me leave my bags there for a few hours after checking out. There are taxis about 2 mins walk to wherever you need to go to. The main market area is about a 10-15 min walk.

I stayed one night here. Beautiful riad. It is kept very well-maintained and lit. The area is in walking distance to sight-see, eat, and safely walk around alone. I saw lots of other tourists, local families and kids. Lots of kiosks opened until late. Especially want to thank Mohammed and the other staff for being accommodating. I had an early flight and they were nice enough to get breakfast out early for me and my mom. Excellent service and responsive staff. Thank you!!

It was a really nice Riad. The service was great, clean and in the old city. We would recommend to couples. We did 2 tours that were arranged by our host Mohammed and recommend the camel and cuadri tour and beach town.

I had to pay more for the local tax. The riad was good, it could be cleaner but overall it was ok. The location was ok, near to some of the most important attractions.

We loved our stay at Riad Dar Aida! The space was beautiful and the staff were very kind. We were welcomed with tea and then led to our room, which was clean and lovely. We had to leave early in the morning, but the gentleman prepared breakfast to-go for us and also arranged for a taxi pick up. The taxi driver, Abdou in taxi 631, arrived right on time and was very kind and gracious, carrying our bag and getting us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

We had a good nights sleep here, and enjoyed a very decent breakfast. The Riad has the appearance of looking well kept, until the bedrooms- our was a little bit dingy, particularly the bathroom. The shower curtain was old and dirty, and the "bathmat" in the bathroom very dingy. But overall it was a good stay, and a nice place to relax at night- very romantic with the lanterns, the breeze in the palms, and the Majorelle blue against the white walls.

Uncontrollable water flow and temp It was really terrible sometimes extreme hot/ burning to extremely cold Room conditions not so great Booked based on the reviews but it doesn’t deserve exactly what other people have mentioned Only thing good was check in process , staff was good but language barrier and didn’t coordinate even when used translator Just other people need to know that if in case you alone without much luggage, consider like a better hostel else transportation difficult especially when road construction going on. You have to drag your bags if you have large luggage Breakfast was so so Bread One cup of juice and coffee , don’t expect like other Riads..

Super accueil de Mohamed, chambre très agréable dans un riad typique avec vue sur la ville dans une rue tranquille. Très bon petit déjeuner servi avec amabilité et services en général. Je recommande cet établissement.

Auch dieses Riad war wie eine Wundertüte: Die Umgebung lässt nicht erahnen, wie schön dieses Riad ist. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr einfach, aber im Grunde ausreichend. Toll war der Innenhof und die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten an Tischen und in gemütlichen Sesseln.

A bit hard to find in the area. Thankfully one of the neighbours gave us directions and lead us to the door. Room was simple and had great A/C which was very welcome adter 3 days in the desert. Great breakfast though.

A lovely room with comfy large bed. Receptionist met me on the main road where I got dropped off and showed me to the Riad. Wonderful staff and service. Only downside was shower which was very low pressure and a trickle. Would highly recommend for a fantastic stay at great value!

Very friendly Mohhamed made all easy and accesable - taxis, restaurants, even 4 am breakfast boxes. Nicely designed riad in Kasbash area. 30 min by foot from the Main square. Fresh orange juice for breakfast was very enjoyable. Lovely patio. Free teas and water. Music from nearby restaurant was loud and noisy motosiclists were not very pleasant on the area where riad is but it is beyong riad's management competence. Otherwise they nade our 4 nights stay stay enyoable . Price per night is very friendly.

I stayed one night here. Beautiful riad. It is kept very well-maintained and lit. The area is in walking distance to sight-see, eat, and safely walk around alone. I saw lots of other tourists, local families and kids. Lots of kiosks opened until late. Especially want to thank Mohammed and the other staff for being accommodating. I had an early flight and they were nice enough to get breakfast out early for me and my mom. Excellent service and responsive staff. Thank you!!

I was in trouble with my eyes so Mohammad who works there took me to hospital quick. I really appreciate it.lovely to meet owner and her daughter.they were very sweet ppl from Spain.nicely decorated,warm vibe place. I stayed overpriced cute place for instagram haha before this place but it wasn't as warm and comfortable like here. thank you for all again!!^^* see you next time!

The hospitality was outstanding. The owners arranged for me to have an airport transfer, who also walked me right to the door. I was welcomed with mint tea. The place is exactly as advertised in the pictures, with a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean. The Riad is only a 15 minute walk to the Medina, which is nice to have some peace and quiet. Overall 10/10.

The stay itself was enjoyable, but the booking process was frustrating. I had to wait a week for the host to confirm pickup coordination, despite reaching out two weeks before my trip. It would be beneficial if they could respond promptly to ensure a smoother experience for guests.

O atendimento do Mohammed foi simplesmente sensacional. Nosso Tour pro Saara havia sido cancelado e ele Nos colocou em outro já para o dia seguinte. Minha necessaire havia ficado na Van e ele mesmo veio entregar no outro hotel que nos hospedamos. O Riad é de fácil localização e tem vários locais para comer na mesma rua. O único ponto negativo do local é que há uma cobertura de plástico no teto e quando as pessoas fumam, fica a fumaça dentro do ambiente por conta desse bloqueio. Deveria ter um espaço dedicado para fumantes. No terraço por exemplo. Os quartos tem janelas de frente um para o outro mas em todos os Riads é assim. O taxi para na rua principal e vc anda alguns metros até chegar no Riad

We loved our stay at Riad Dar Aida! The space was beautiful and the staff were very kind. We were welcomed with tea and then led to our room, which was clean and lovely. We had to leave early in the morning, but the gentleman prepared breakfast to-go for us and also arranged for a taxi pick up. The taxi driver, Abdou in taxi 631, arrived right on time and was very kind and gracious, carrying our bag and getting us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Upon our arrival, they helped us to use their washing machine free, and to hang dry the clothes at the terrace. They also ordered the taxi to take us to the train station, and prepared us the to-go breakfast at our departure. The place is very well maintained almost looking brand new (been around for many years)Breakfast was good but it's not a buffet where you help yourself, it's a prepared menu so need to make them aware of any allergies. They also let me leave my bags there for a few hours after checking out. There are taxis about 2 mins walk to wherever you need to go to. The main market area is about a 10-15 min walk.

Ubicación perfecta dentro del Kasbah a unos 10 minutos a pie de la plaza. Zona comercial y transitada. El Riad es muy bonito y acogedor, zona tranquila. La terraza sin piscina pero con Solarium. Personal atento, amable y predispuesto a ayudar.

Uncontrollable water flow and temp It was really terrible sometimes extreme hot/ burning to extremely cold Room conditions not so great Booked based on the reviews but it doesn’t deserve exactly what other people have mentioned Only thing good was check in process , staff was good but language barrier and didn’t coordinate even when used translator Just other people need to know that if in case you alone without much luggage, consider like a better hostel else transportation difficult especially when road construction going on. You have to drag your bags if you have large luggage Breakfast was so so Bread One cup of juice and coffee , don’t expect like other Riads..

Stayed for a few days before heading to the Atlas Mountains. Very relaxing environment and very peaceful. Airport transfer was easy to arrange and all staff were very helpful. Greeted with tea on arrival which was excellent. Breakfast was great and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Très beau riad, propre, souci du détail. Personnel présent, aimable et discret, n'essaie pas de vous vendre des prestations complémentaires, il vous informe simplement qu'il est à votre disposition, le cas échéant, lors du check in. Accès facile en bus de l'aéroport (30MAD) ou la gare (4MAD), bien qu'ici les bus (contrairement à Rabat ou Casablanca, par exemple) soient en mauvais état et inconfortables. Les arrêts ne sont pas toujours matérialisés et la liste des arrêts n'est affichée qu'en arabe. Les principaux centres d'intérêts sont accessibles à pieds en 10 mn (Souks, Place Jama el Fna, mosquée Koutoubia...) à 45 mn (Ménara, Gueliz, Jardins Majorelle). 24h/24, eau minérale, thé, café, tisanes, fruits, disponibles à volonté. Petit déjeuner marocain (pain, patisserie variable, fromage battu, crèmes de gruyère, jus d'orange, thé/café/lait, fruits, servi dans la cour intérieure de 8h à 10h. A la fin de mon séjour, en raison d'un départ matinal (5:30), Mohammed, hôte du riad de 16:00 à 23:00, m'a apporté la veille vers 22:00 un petit déjeuner copieux à emporter ou consommer sur place avant mon départ. J'ai par ailleurs pu me faire un thé. Rien à redire quant au riad, par contre, les clients voyageant à plusieurs peuvent se montrer irrespectueux vis à vis des autres clients et passer des heures à se parler ou téléphoner dans la cour intérieure, sans se préoccuper de la gêne que cela peut causer aux autres clients en quête de quiétudes en soirée, en particulier...

We had a good nights sleep here, and enjoyed a very decent breakfast. The Riad has the appearance of looking well kept, until the bedrooms- our was a little bit dingy, particularly the bathroom. The shower curtain was old and dirty, and the "bathmat" in the bathroom very dingy. But overall it was a good stay, and a nice place to relax at night- very romantic with the lanterns, the breeze in the palms, and the Majorelle blue against the white walls.

Very friendly Mohhamed made all easy and accesable - taxis, restaurants, even 4 am breakfast boxes. Nicely designed riad in Kasbash area. 30 min by foot from the Main square. Fresh orange juice for breakfast was very enjoyable. Lovely patio. Free teas and water. Music from nearby restaurant was loud and noisy motosiclists were not very pleasant on the area where riad is but it is beyong riad's management competence. Otherwise they nade our 4 nights stay stay enyoable . Price per night is very friendly.

Arrived and was greeted kindly with tea while checking in. The rooms were clean, spacious, in a busy but safe area, and had a great AC - excellent for hot weather. The location is perfect, in Kasbah, one of the safer Medinas. Staff were kind and helpful, and provided an excellent breakfast in the morning. Would certainly go again!

Budget Riad parfait pour un court séjour à Marrakech. La salle de bain mériterait d’être rénovée mais le minimum pour une nuit était là. Le gérant du Riad est charmant mais attention si vous arrivez tard car la personne qui accueille la nuit a tendance à s’endormir et à ne pas ouvrir la porte (je vois que ce n’était pas la première fois que cela arrivait). À deux reprises des personnes ont sonné et frappé à la porte pendant de treeeees longues minutes avant qu’ils ne viennent ouvrir. Réveillant bien évidement tous le Riad. Il est également rentré dans ma chambre en pleine nuit voulant l’attribuer à ces nouveaux arrivants (car il m’avait donné la mauvaise chambre). Si toutefois vous n’avez a pas à faire à cette personne, tout devrait bien aller pour vous !
