Eldopalm Guesthouse

There’s no sign outside to let you know if you are at the correct location which was tough because no one came to open the gate for about 5 min while my uber honked his horn. Someone opened the gate and we drove in, I was greeted by someone after letting them know who I was but then they ran off. I just stood and waited and a man called over a lady whom led me to a chair to wait for my room to be ready. The room was alright for the price paid but the problem was the noise coming from the common area. There wasn’t an air tight seal on the door and I wasn’t able to fully close the windows in the washroom. Once the ladies went to sleep at 10 PM, a dog barked for what seemed like an hour. I expected a worker to calm him but it didn’t happen. There’s also a cat howling out and then in the morning, a turkey! It seems every thing will have an opportunity to make noise during your sleep here.
