I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there. Told they had changed and got the new keys etc. what they don’t tell you is that there a sound alarm so when the arc went loud it tripped this and we got a call. Also take towels they are very small, more like hand towels and bed linen was dirty well marked and torn. However, the layout was ok and cleaner and more spacious than a hotel. Good location.

An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted to this area. In addition there was a large pile of unbagged cardboard creating a fire hazard. Also within the internal carpark were a number of yellow canvas bags which looked as if they contained linen/maybe bedding? All of the above points have been raised with Team BEVOLVE and to date I have received no reply.
