Lady at check in was very helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Bed was big and very comfortable. Shower was good. 2 very comfortable chairs in room. View over the airport made us wish we’d asked for a higher floor! Only blemish was parking charge of $16 per night.

It’s an excellent location from the airport . Right across of the street. Very clean but outdated, requires a refresh. Staff were very accommodating to any issues that arose. Good for a quick layover . Room was outdated as well but the bed was comfortable. The bad points. Once checked in there was no complimentary water to drink in the room . The safe was locked so you couldn’t open it. But the issues were fixed right away by the staff. The hotel has no secure doors . Any one could walk into the hotel and any one could use the elevator without even having to swipe a key card as most hotels do have that security in place. Came in after 10 pm and there was no where to grab a bite . The restaurant in there was closed .on a Saturday long weekend, they should be open longer. Had to go next door to a different hotel attached to find a place that was actually open till 1130 pm.. No amenities or pool. Fitness centre was not accessible with room key card. You had to go to reception to get a different t key card to get in . For the price I paid for the one night it really was not much value for the dollar.

This hotel was overlooking the airport and tarmac. Very handy for catching an early flight. Quiet in spite of where it is located. Check-in was quick and interaction was friendly and efficient. The bed and bedding were fabulous. There was a tray of dirty dishes outside the door to our room and was there when we left in the morning… otherwise I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness.

Loud TV blaring in room next door. Aircraft noise as room directly over airport taxi area. Obviously poor sound proofing. I booked it to get a good night before return to Australia in an early flight. Only upside is it’s a 200 m walk to check in. Waste of time.

We were on the airport side. There was prop plane traffic until after midnight and snow removal equipment on the tarmac across the street for quite a while late in the evening. The sound insulation of the hotel was inadequate. Even with ear plugs.

PROS: The proximity to the airport was great, rooms were very good, space for 2 suit cases, night stands on both sides of the bed, good lighting, and the fridge doesn’t freeze your produce. CONS: The pillows were brutal, thick, hard, while the mattress was so-so. The same can be said for the Sandman Hotel at the airport. If a good night’s rest is your priority, you can’t beat the pillows and mattresses at the Four Points.

Front desk staff not friendly or informative. They didn’t give any information about hotel even when I said this was first time at hotel. Never explained you have to leave $100 deposit on room(which I never have in all my travels) only noticed when they took credit card information for room and I questioned them about it. When checking out, never asked how my stay was or confirmed anything on my bill. I had to ask about the details on my room. Rooms were clean but blinds on huge windows had big holes in them, furniture was ripped and tattered. Limited dining. Overall, hotel is over priced with poor customer experience and property needs maintenance and upgrading.

Nice place but why oh why no walkway from airport to hotel. Especially in Winterpeg! Even the new Ottawa airport hotel has a raised enclosed walkway. Anyways nice place everything great.

After our plane got turned around I rang on landing to see if I could get the room I vacated back again and the staff managed to find us a room for the night in difficult circumstances. Most Hotels all full. Always a friendly greeting and very helpful staff which includes a great restaurant with fabulous food. Breakfast menu was also delicious and staff amazing. We stayed four days in different rooms and everyone was very clean and welcoming and sleeping in the spare bed was pretty good too!! Housekeeping was great as stuck on the phone dealing with the CAA for 3 hours made me late to vacate the room! A huge thank you to all the staff who made a difficult situation so much better. My go to Hotel always when visiting Winnipeg.

After our plane got turned around I rang on landing to see if I could get the room I vacated back again and the staff managed to find us a room for the night in difficult circumstances. Most Hotels all full. Always a friendly greeting and very helpful staff which includes a great restaurant with fabulous food. Breakfast menu was also delicious and staff amazing. We stayed four days in different rooms and everyone was very clean and welcoming and sleeping in the spare bed was pretty good too!! Love the location, rooms are beautiful especially if you request airport view! Were in for family gathering and other members enjoyed their stay as well.
