Booked in for a few hours due to really late flight and poor facilities at hotel we were staying. I made the booking wrong with the wrong date but Reception were more than happy to rearrange for us. Cheap but clean apartments. Thank you

The staff were unbelievably helpful - I mistakenly booked 3 rooms for the following day instead of the current and they accommodated the whole group with now extra charge. They also let us know that we could keep the bags in the rooms until our flights (11pm). Rooms are fit for purpose - considering it was just over £20 per person this is incredible value for money, we had kitchens in each room, great aircon, clean bed linen and balconies right in central Hersonisoss. Highly recommend popping to Valentines for breakfast/dinner, clean kitchen and great service from staff especially travelling as a larger group (9 people). Thank you for everything Fedra!! Would certainly come back and advise friends to do the same.

Voor Echte Kreta liefhebbers, waar de Kretenzische gastvrijheid nog echt is. Dit begint bij de voordeur:de open voordeur waar iedere gast vooral kinderen zich vrij en ontspannen voelen zoals de authentieke Kretenzers. Ruime appartementen met kwaliteitsvolle meubels in de Griekse kleuren dus witte meubels met blauwe tinten van de zee. Voldoende kleerkapstokken Vriendelijk verzoek aan andere gasten om deze huisfilosofie zoals ls filoxenia te waarderen !

De kamer was op het eerste zicht inorde. Tot we de badkamer in kwamen. Hier zagen we dat de spiegel rot was, de wc bril stond los op de wc. En het douche gordijn viel bijna van de muur. In de keuken was er dan weer bijna geen bestek en servies. Op de handdoeken en bedlinnen kon je regelmatig plekken terug vinden. Daar tegenover stond dan wel dat de eigenaars zeer vriendelijk waren en zeer tolerant qua geluid etc. Al bij al hebben we ons goed geamuseerd een week lang. Voor de prijs die je betaald kan je u zeker amuseren.
