Pros the room of spacious. The parking was free cons or we were given two bath towels, two face towels for three people the room smelled stuffy and had roaches upon showering. There was a roach to greet me on the curtain trash left over from previous tenants KFC bag balled up on top of the mirror a mysterious liquid stain on the table. The toilet was not clean completely the electricity went out almost our entire stay during a heat wave the AC unit hardly worked before the lights went out. I suspect that this motel is a transitional living space for homeless program most likely and everything was upstairs. I don’t think the motel is ADA approved no Wheelchair access the only time the cashier or office staff spoke to me was to ask if I was checking out I felt rushed out of the unit.

I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. From Santa Monica to DTLA, the location is perfect for anything relevant in most of LA. For the superb location of the place alone, their prices are incredibly cheap. I'll add, some of these reviews are ridiculous. If you want to spend $400+ a night you have plenty of options all along Wilshire, but you won't find a better deal than here. I'll certainly be returning.
