We were absolutely blown away from the moment we arrived. Parking at the hotel was easy, and we received the warmest of welcomes from Eleni. We travel extensively and stay in hotels all over the world, and I can honestly say her hospitality is among the very best we've experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked us in, showed us a choice of rooms, helped with our bags, recommended where to park for free in town when we went out for dinner (a huge relief after a long day of travelling), and suggested some fantastic local restaurants. We chose one of her recommendations and enjoyed one of the best meals of our trip in a beautiful setting. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We only found the area by chance while breaking up our road trip, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a wide range of fresh and interesting dishes. The gentleman on reception at breakfast and check-out was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We genuinely cannot fault our stay. The outstanding staff and wonderful hospitality made this a memorable experience, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I stayed in room 213. It was terrible. Only the AC was working properly. The bathroom sink was not properly secure and the cause was loose. The shower has seen better days. The handle was broken. The closet door was broken and there was only 1 hanger for my shirts. . The furniture were old and warned. The room was dark and overall it felt like a cheap motel from the 70’. Definitely not worth what I paid. The staff was nice and very accommodating. The hotel overall look was ok. Breakfast was ok too. I hope the other rooms are not as bad as the one I got.

Όμορφα καθαρά και ευρύχωρα δωμάτια άνετο πάρκινγκ πλούσιο πρωινό όμορφη πισίνα και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.Επισης πολύ σημαντικό ότι βρίσκεται σε ένα όμορφο προάστιο των Ιωαννίνων αλλά πολύ κοντά στην πόλη μιας και σε λίγα λεπτά βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων.Περασαμε υπέροχα και ξέγνοιαστα.
