This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning we noticed that our suitcase was wet. This was because there was a MAJOR leak in the ceiling which began above the suitcase holder and continued for at least the rest of the length of the room. There is no shuttle (as advertised) to the beach and no signs as to where to even begin to walk to the beach. The pool area completely closes down at 7:00pm which is ridiculous for a "4 star" hotel in the summer. Would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. However, breakfast buffet was ample and the staff was lovely.

Il personale è gentile efficiente e cordiale, su di loro davvero niente da obiettare. Il parcheggio è capiente. Riguardo servizio e gestione generale non sembra un 4 stelle, è un 3 risicato. Iniziamo dalla parte peggiore: non ci hanno rifatto la stanza, né rimpinguato bagnoschiuma né niente. hanno solo cambiato gli asciugamani usati. Questo è grave anche per un 2 stelle. La dotazione in bagno è scarna, solo dei campioncini di bagno doccia, saponette e delle retine. Il wifi in camera non si prende. La TV è piccola e non ha la pay. Il condizionatore non è regolabile e di notte servono le coperte perché si gela. I'aiuola esterna all alloggio è trascurata e triste. Non c'è una dotazione frigo bar in camera. Verso le 22.00 (non so l'ora precisa) i servizi chiudono, piscina bar, tutto e al massimo si può avere una bottiglia d'acqua. Ovviamente non c'è alcun tipo di intrattenimento a parte la piscina per bambini.

Bellissimo hotel, con parcheggio enorme gratuito , piscina bellissima, pulita ,colazione con cornetti, torte , toast, frutta ecc. A 3 minuti di macchina dal corso di santa Maria di Castellabate passando emo di negozi di souvenir. Ristorante aperto solo a pranzo . Camere pulite cambiano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni.aria condizionata e balcone con stendibiancheria
