There were bugs in the bed of our first room, so we were moved to another room. Both of the rooms were not clean. Outlets did not work. No wifi or free breakfast/ coffee as advertised. The blinds were broken and the room smelled like smoke in the second room. Common areas/ hallways were dirty.

Everything was broken. it looks nothing like what the pictures made it seem to be. It was very unclean we had to clean just to feel comfortable to touch anything if I didn't pay for it in advance and could've found something else in such short notice we'd definitely would've went somewhere else. The Wi-Fi did not work it was supposed to be included. They had a lot of unsavory characters staying there and that's me putting it nicely a guest Actually, made my wife and her friend feel very uncomfortable where i had to have words with him. When room service finally came around to ask if we needed anything, we said, yeah, we could use towels they said they didn't have any washed yet and just gave us a roll of towel paper that's it do not Recommend anyone staying there be the worse mistake of your life.

Room was recently mopped, but that was about it. Shower was not clean (had hair on floor), one of the bedsheets was stained, and other bed had sand in it on the sheets. Also no Internet and cable was non existent. TV only had access to antenna channels that came in fuzzy. Pool was empty. Roommate swears he heard someone screaming in the middle of the night.

It was a terrible experience the pool had no water in it the bathroom had no towels no garbage can in the room a broken remote control and dirty sheets and he wouldn't give me my money back he said I'd been here almost an hour I said yes you told me to wait and you would send someone to fix the TV the place is horrible

Booked a room with double beds. One bed was broken and lopsided so we were unable to use that one. The bed was comfortable for the most part. WiFi didn’t work well. Toilet was not secure to the ground so it would move a lot whenever sat on. Shower had good water pressure. Refrigerator was clean but freezer part was not. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful when needed.

The room was humid, hot, dirty. TV was not working properly. AC unit was not cooling enough.

Good- floor was not carpet, staff nice, low price and not far from beach Bad- pulled out night stand and large trash and unswept, Wi-Fi terrible, razor blades in sink drain, shower ceiling leaking, sheets stains, creepers living in hotel

Bed springs made noise with every movement. Bottom of shower curtain was moldy. No tissues. Television didn't work.

Overall, rundown, old hotel, new paint. But everything else in shoddy condition. room was large, but not even neck chair.To set down on, television only head six channels that came in at all, three of which were very grainy. shower stall fiberglass had been patched, the toilet got stuck a couple times running on and off through the night

I used the pass key and walked into a nice room. I noticed the desk chair had a broken back rest. Took off my sandals and felt grit on the floor. I pulled back the sheets on bed and they had not been changed! Lots of hair and specks of some sort. I turned the pillow cases inside out and put the largest bath towel on the bed for ease of mind. Bathroom was OK, then looked at my feet and they were dirty like walking on a street ! Also found broken glass on floor. The common hallway had not been vacuumed in a while. I wanted a ‘less expensive’ room and I SURE GOT IT ! The best part was no bed bugs.

The hot water was plentiful. And needed. Was the dirtiest, most poorly equipped hotel I have visited. Fortunately my time there was brief. 1 towel, 1 station on TV, fungus stained shower curtain, dead bugs in light fixture, soap scum in shower, and no hand towel or washcloth. At >$200/night, it is a ripoff. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The flooring and furnishings were good however; the cleanliness was horrible, the drawers were filthy with insects and dirt, the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the sheets were dirty I checked in around 9pm after working a 24hrs shift and have to ask someone to buy a set of sheets so I could get to sleep. In the morning i asked a housekeeper to clean the room especially the bathroom and when I returned she only took out the trash. I took videos and pictures and showed it to the young man at the front desk he apologized and I told him to fix the problem for the next guest. I didn’t get to shower for the 2 night. I would recommend checking the room before paying. That was my mistake because I was too tired to go somewhere else all I needed was a clean bed and shower.

Bedbugs, roaches, mold, bad smell, bad service. Ria was the manager. This place would not pass an inspection of any kind it is unfit to function as a hotel/motel

It was a horrible stay... The bathroom was filthy and dirty... Bugs running around on the floor... No bathtub, only a shower and the floor was broken.

The rooms are disgusting ! The beds are super dirty. It looks that the place hasn’t been cleaned at all. The pictures that they showed online doesn’t look the same

This hotel is laughably bad. Water all over the bathroom floor, toilet didn’t flush. Beds were quite soiled though the sheets were cleanish. It’s like they purposely tried to create a bad atmosphere. I’m just happy I checked out in one piece.

Was hopeful that the reviews were untrue. Really basic easy things weren’t even done .. Bugs everywhere. My phone slipped under the bed and I reached under the bed to see it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Dust everywhere. Bathroom had hair. Ceiling could have at least been painted. The thing is I have stayed in lower budget hotels before but this was like they didn’t even try.

Dirty, bathroom is in bad condition, no hot water, window blind does not close. Stincky place. The whole building is in poor condition.

This was by far the most disgusting and horrifying room I have ever stayed at in my entire life. I wouldn’t wish staying here on my worst enemy. There was blood, sh*t, c*m and piss all over the entire room. We were provided with a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and one towel for our 2 night stay and never heard from housekeeping.

Its cheap and close to the beach. But the bathroom was also moldy and the first floor window didnt lock.

This place should be shut down. The room was open , the numbers on the door were photocopied. The real shock was the drill left outside the door and anyone on the street could have access inside the hotel.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The window had no cuttains, there was no bathroom door, and only 2 electrical outlets. Absolutely a waste of money and a very uncomfortable 1 night stay.

I got bad vibes the moment I saw this motel . Want to find out where to make a formal complaint after spending 20 minutes with the complaint department for Travelocity/Expedia . Did not stay here overnight after was checked in an saw the condition of the room . Went back over to the front desk and got a refund for the 2nd night after speaking to Victoria on Travelocity and she sent them an email after talking to them over the phone. I then went down the same street and got other accomodations for both nights. I then went back and told front desk that we aren't staying at all in this dump and listed again all the reasons over the phone to another person at Travelocity while he was listening to the conversation. He wouldn't get back on the phone with them . The first girl Victoria that I had spoken to said that they should just use the same email to refund the 1st night also . The man at the front desk tried to say he never got the Email when he refunded the 2nd night .Then he refused to give me my cash back for the 1st night stay after I told him what Victoria had stated already . Paid $227 in Cash . Only received $125 back for the 2nd night cancellation. He / Manager ? ( Wouldn't give me his name )refused to give me the 1st night cancellation back of $102 . Should have called the police at that point. I left then because the man seemed to be getting aggressive and towards me. He only spoke in another language to the other female employee behind the desk. File a BBB

The 2 night stay was horrible first the front desk was rude upon check in. The guy doesn't say welcome he says what do you want. Then the hotel was filthy and halls smelled like ash trays. Dirty sheets on one bed so made a pallet on the floor for the teens to sleep. Only one towel in a room for 4 also no chairs or table in the room and no outlets for charging phones and no phone in the room either. We also received NO room service during our stay

In the pictures it looks really clean and nice. In person not so much. I never do reviews. But I need to say this place needs a make over. Our door looked like its been kicked in. The room smelled extremely funky. The sheets had stains on them. There was a big bug on the bed also bugs in the sink. The tub is gross the carpets under the beds are disgusting. Big spider web in the corner of the room with a huge spider in it. Dust everywhere. Bottle caps on the floor from people there before us. Refrigerator smells so bad and was skeevy. I couldn’t sleep at all because i was grossed out room needs a good sweep too. Even the chair looked dirty and i didnt even want to sit in it. I felt itchy all night because i was uncomfortable sleeping there. I should have just left but i just dealt with it because i was far from home. Oh and they told us check out was 11:00 a.m and at 10:12 a.m they came banging on the door like the police yelling and kicking us out.
