Es sind grosse schöne Zimmer und alle sehr bemüht jedoch Englisch konnte nur der Direktor und es war sehr hellhörig.

Assistant front desk manager was brilliant he provided us with service above and beyond our expectations and made us feel very welcome. He is an excellent ambassador for this hotel. We appreciated him providing us personal service.

整體不錯，地方乾淨，職員及客服都好有禮貌。健身室及泳池都不錯。 酒店內有個小型超市，但賣的東西種類不多而且有點貴。 鄰近免稅城，方便購物及用餐。

The adult swimming pool is always closed!!!! It says guests need to tell hotel 30 minutes in advance if we want to use the swimming pool then they open it.i never encounter such in 5 star hotel before! The hotel is overall old now, needs renovation. Activities for adults not much. Overall not feel so resort like.
