Lots of space for me and my 2 children. The kids loved the pool. The place was tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering. We would stay again, very handy, easy place to stay to explore Mercury bay. One thing to note for families is that the room with two single beds was on the ground floor and the two bedrooms with queen beds were on the third floor, not a big deal but my children didn't want to sleep 2 floors away from me.

We enjoyed the location. The accommodation is a bit run down with mouldy curtains and a feeling that it needs a deep clean. Most of the time the tv reception was interrupted but after reporting it, was reset. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach.

It was our first time visiting the area and loved the apartments for the location, views and space. Very friendly staff at the hotel. We took advantage of the convenience of walking across the street to the beach , shops and food. We didn’t have to touch our car on arrival. One thing we didn’t realize was that the ac was just for the living room and not the bedroom areas. The back bedroom got a bit toasty but was nothing major just something to note.

Die Fotos waren leider etwas anders als das tatsächliche Appartment. Das Appartment war ebenerdig direkt an der Straße. Jeder Passant konnte in unser Schlafzimmer schauen, es sei denn man hat die Gardinen zugezogen, dann saß man im Dunckeln.

We stayed in the penthouse suite for a very affordable price during off peak. Overlooking the water. Bed was so comfortable, i had the best nights sleep. Option of a separate bath and shower. Lazy boy chairs to enjoy the seaview. All Sky Channels. We loved it!

The manager Chris was absolutely awesome. He was extremely attentive before we arrived and once we got there, he recommended several spots for us to check out, including a great restaurant and an incredible hot spring spa with amazing food. We stayed at the third floor apartment and the view was stunning. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing views from the room with a separate enclosed space for your private cup of coffee. The host guided us through the hot beach process and gave us a free shovel. He righted an internet problem immediately. We were right across from the beach.

We had an incredible few days in The Coromandel and our apartment at Waterfront Apartments in Whitianga was the perfect base. It was clean and spacious with incredible views. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, which meant we we were able to cook every night of our stay. Having Sky TV to watch was a real bonus too. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and even took our dried washing to our room while we were out. I recommend this place to anyone visiting this truly beautiful part of the world.

Great apartment with a beautiful sea view! It was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Chris was amazing and provided excellent suggestions for things to do and places to visit around the area. The only downside was that the property doesn't have spa pools, although that's understandable given the limited space. Overall, a great stay and would happily return.
