Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment and loved it. Great location, parking easy if you have a small car and the apartment was clean and tidy. Yes there were signs of age and sea air erosion but didn't deter from our enjoyment of staying here. Its called Sandbox for a reason you can't help but bring sand inside, it's practically on the beach which was totally what we wanted! Thanks Andre, we had the best time!
Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment and loved it. Great location, parking easy if you have a small car and the apartment was clean and tidy. Yes there were signs of age and sea air erosion but didn't deter from our enjoyment of staying here. I killed 5 cockroaches on my first morning. Dishes were dirty in cupboard, miss match of odd pots and pans but all were missing teflon and just yuck. Screen door came off in my hand and overall very musty. If you have a large car I hope your parking skills are good because its hight and hard to get in and out. Some positives 1. So close to the beach 2.Good pillows 3. walkable to the shops

Beds are super uncomfortable it feels like sleeping on the floor. Worst sleep I’ve ever had especially for a place advertised as “luxury”. It’s not luxury at all. Very misleading. Aircon is super mouldy and stinks. no proper blankets provided for the beds. Would never stay here again. I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels and motels around Aus and the world and this by far had to be the worst one.

Location is a 10* and the property is a 1*. The deferred maintenance and replacement of faulty and inadequate equipment is awful. Broken: Window shades, Door drapes, Electric outlet, Peeling floor, Ceiling light, & Table. Dirty and swelly blankets and furniture.
