Hotel El Mirador

No lo recomiendo. En el hotel hay cucarachas, nunca funcionó la conexión wi-fi, en una de las habitaciones falló constantemente el servicio eléctrico por lo que se tenía que salir a pedir que conectaran la luz. En los baños no hay agua caliente, lo cual es un problema si tienes niños pequeños o bebés, las albercas tienen demasiado cloro y la que estaba en servicio no estaba muy bien. Se nota un poco descuidado el hotel y los alrededores hay muchas casas abandonadas con basura y personas indigentes.

El estacionamiento está muy reducido y en diferentes espacios

Gente tomada en la alberca, no parece hotel familiar. Fuera de eso, el servicio del hotel es bueno en la relacion precio vs servicio

Nos tocó una habitación con 3 camas matrimoniales de las cuales 2 eran cómodas y una se nos hizo un poco dura, aún así descansamos bien, todos los días hacen limpieza, te dejan botellas de agua y te cambian diario las toallas, no dejan shampoo pero si unos jaboncitos sin olor, nosotros fuimos al OXXO a comprar shampoo y un jabón de olor. Nos gustó porque estaba SERCA de todo, la playa, tiendas, Oxxo, lavanderías, restaurantes, el Adoquín todo se puede hacer caminando pero si puede ser cansado si no tienes mucha condición. Zicatela está a 20 min caminando si llegas del lado de playa principal. El personal amable, resuelven de inmediato tu incomodidad, tienen un refrigerador para uso de sus huéspedes, limpio y nadie agarra tus cosas. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventilador ❤️ ame eso, porque el calor está tremendo🥵 El hotel tiene 2 albercas, la de arriba tiene una hermosa vista al mar y tiene una profundidad de al menos 1.50 mt y la de abajo está más onda cómo de 2 mtr y un chapoteadero, solo tengan cuidado ⚠️ ya que las paredes de la alberca están un poco rasposas y lástiman si te avientas o tallas por accidente, todo lo demás super bien 😊 nos la pasamos increíble 💖. El hotel tiene una barra en la patte de arriba, está un muchacho preparado bebidas y en las tardes, de 7 a 9 PM, le llaman la hora feliz porque las mezcalitas y las margaritas están al 2x1 claro que me volvería a quedar aquí🤗 Gracias hotel el mirador.

It was a nice property. Lots of locals stay in the area so it can be busy pool area. But they have 2 pools. The pool on the 2nd floor with a great view of the coast and sunset.

I stayed at this property for a week in February 2024. My room number was 502 and a lot of my comments reflect that location. In spite of some negative reviews, I decided to stay at this hotel because of the pool and the refrigerator. Previous comments noted that the pool looked dirty but my experience was that it actually was clean. I have had swimming pools almost all my adult life and I think the reason it looks dirty is the color of the plaster. For some reason they decided to go with a cream colored plaster instead of white. The white reflects the sky and makes it look blue, the cream colored plaster makes it look dirty. The refrigerator is a godsend for folks that like to have cold beverages available in the room. It saves you having to buy a Styrofoam cooler and buying ice almost every day! So the pool and the refrigerator I give it five stars. Now to the actual room. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, and the maid staff were impeccable in their duties. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean, even though it may have had some rips and stains somewhere along the way. I give that part of the room four stars. 502 is directly above the owners suite. They have two dogs that they put out and they are ill mannered and want to get back inside and they will Yap, Yap and Yap until the owner lets them back in. No Bueno. Also, the hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to walk up and down 2 to 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day.

Mala experiencia, el wifi nunca sirvió, no me llegaba a mi habitación, se les fue la luz por horas, la alberca sucia, el baño lleno de sarro y moho

Excelente!!! Personal e instalaciones, el único pero que le pondría es subir escaleras al 5 piso. Todo lo demás muy bien.

My husband and I spent hours everyday on the top patio (it’s the highest patio, room numbers are low 500’s). It was a highlight of my trip to sit up there and look at the whole city and miles of shoreline at the same time - absolutely recommend! The rooms are simple, but very clean and ac was good. In fact, you will always see someone cleaning! 10/10 recommend, would stay again.

Los colchones tenian chinches, el baño tenia hongos, el perdonal amable. Me salio un tecuejo en mi cama. No regresaria

The property was not very clean. The staff seemed new or not interested in working. Young lady at reception was sleeping and room had bugs. Water pressure was surprisingly good. Room was made up to look clean but was not tye cleanest. Toilet was dirty. Hotel staff made a huge deal of checking out not wanting to return id because they need me to go up to retrieve the towels. If this was a known thing for check out then we would have taken the towels down

Came back late on our first night and on the way to front entrance is very dangerous to get in thru because of some remodels on the road which us having 3 kids on this trip was scary since there is no real pathway, got in to the room to see a whole bunch of roaches all sizes all over our stuff.

Muy buena opción para hospedarse, esta muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones estaban muy amplias, aunque no fue requerida, en todo momento habia agua caliente. Cuantan con ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado funcionando perfectamente. La atención del personal fue muy buena, en especial la señorita Diana que esta en recepción, siempre fue amable, tuvimos un inconveniente con la manija de la puerta pero se soluciono rápido, e incluso como viajábamos en avión y nuestro vuelo salia por la tarde nos ayudaron resguardando nuestro equipaje para disfrutar nuestro ultimo dia. En general muy buen lugar para descansar.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gladly watched our bags the day we were checking out so we could explore the area some more. The room was very spacious and clean, AC worked perfectly and the bathroom was also a decent size. One issue though was that our neighbors were pretty loud and they were utilizing the day bed directly outside of our room along with the one outside of their own room. Given that we spent most of our days away from the hotel and were really only there at night, we decided not to bring this to the hotel’s attention. Also, the pool was not very clean so we decided to skip going for a swim- the beaches nearby are way better than any pool anyway.

Es un hotel bueno para poder pasar una o dos noches máximo, nuestro baño se encontraba sucio con unos animales no del todo agradables, está un poco cerca del adoquin pero para poder llegar caminando si hay que pasar por lugares oscuros y un poco de miedo, el internet no llega para nada a las zonas lejos del lobby asi que si quieren usarlo hay que acercarse al lobby, la alberca se encontraba sucia de hojas, el estacionamiento solo es para poco carros asi que si quieres alcanzar lugar hay que llegar muy temprano o definitivamente no sacar el carro si no tocará dejarlo afuera, el personal muy amable.

We messaged the property 4 days before our trip and asked if we were going to have the room in the picture with a balcony and a hammock. They confirmed that we would. When we arrived they stuck us in a corner room. When I showed the message about the confirmation on the terrace and hammock she just said she didn't have it. We arrived right at check in time so they had already given it to someone else and knew in advance. They gave us breakfast for our trouble, but I would have booked elsewhere had I known. The pool (both of them) were full of very large families jumping and splashing. If you are looking for a qood time hanging my a pool as they have pictured, don't count on it. The property is charging about double through hotel.com than direct bookings so there are many many people there for a cheap trip. Parking was horrible, the spots were full and we had to wait to enter a very dirty second area. Not at all as advertised. Overall it was an awful trip, not relaxing at all, WAY at the top of the hill so not easy to get to the beach. Would never return.

Muy bien el hotel buen precio pero le bajó la calificación porque no había teléfonos de nada cuando preguntaba en recepción y nunca en toda la estancia hubo Wi-Fi fui cada día a reclamar y cada día ponían la misma excusa pero nunca lo arreglaron . Necesitas internet en tu estancia no lo recomiendo si no te importa y muy recomendable .

El baño huele a humedad..el lavabo se encuentra fuera del baño y huele mal hay moh en el baño.habia perros en la larte de arriba y desde muy te prano ladraban mucho y no dejaban dormir las camas son muy duras..la estancia en si fue regular

La estancia esta agradable. Lo unico es que e. La publicación dice que son camas queen y realmente son matrimonial. Por lo demas el hotel esta bien

El personal, especialmente las personas de la limpieza solamente atentas y amables, las albercas en buenas condiciones, las instalaciones en buen estado, en general todo muy bien en el hotel .

Estancia muy placentera, solo como recomendación sería bueno para ustedes otorgarle un poco de capacitación al personal de recepción para que pongan más atención a los huéspedes en vez de estar con el celular.

El personal del hotel, atentos y amables. Un lugar seguro en todos los aspectos..... Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme en el mismo lugar.

Las chicas de recepción (las 3 que nos tocaron atender) muy antipáticas y prácticamente para hacer el check out nos regañaron porque jamas especificaron que teníamos que entregar controles y toallas que ya estaban en el cuarto. El wifi malísimo, la zona es tranquila, pero la playa más cercana está sucia, yo sugiero otras zonas en Puerto Escondido. El hotel es muy bonito, bastante, pero lástima que su personal no le ayude

Está bien ubicado el hotel, cerca de playas y lugares para hacer compras y comer, lo que no me agradó es que en las habitaciones había muchas hormigas. Me cambiaron de habitación porque no había agua caliente y no había servicio de TV.

Muy familiar!!! Muy tranquila la zona y tiene cerca muchas opciones para comer, beber algo, farmacia, super tienda, etc

The view was beautiful! Loved the rooms with the view and the hammocks, the pool and the dining area outside ☺️
