I stayed here five nights total. The first few nights were nice, but night 4 and 5 a large tour group came and the hotel staff only cared about them, prioritizing them above all other guests. We went to dinner and were told “no openings” by a rude staff member. Another staff member said come by in 30 minutes. We did, but then didn’t even get a menu for 25 minutes after that and she tried to make us sit in a corner near another couple when there were 10 other tables available. We complained, but no one cared. We left. All of the parking was taken up by the two tour buses; we asked the same staff member (female staff member, older, limited English) what to do and she said “oh” and just shrugged. Too bad!! Another staff member was helpful and moved her car so we could park. The restaurant staff is quite rude. We wouldn’t stay here again because of this poor service. If they can’t handle their guests and a tour group, they shouldn’t allow them all to book.

Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage. Unser Hotelzimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es auf dem Berg einen wunderschönen See, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte – absolut empfehlenswert! Vom Hotelzimmer aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee, was den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Besonders das Frühstück mit der tollen Aussicht war überragend!

The parking initially looks generous but considering the size of the hotel it isnt. Found a space for check in but later on there was no hotel parking so had to park elsewhere. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was spacious. Beds comfortable with good quality bedding. The balcony was perfect in terms of the view over mountains and lake. However, it was starting to look like it needed some TLC especially with the wood and the outside table and chairs. The bathroom was nice but again needed some attention. It was unfortunate that there was a wooden frames window in the shower area so whilst having a shower the window gets wet and is deteriorating. Some of it has mold on. Breakfast was nice. There was a good choice including cereal, pastries, cold meat and cheese. The panoramic view from the restaurant is breathtaking. There were few issues with this stopping it feom being perfect. However, it would not stop me from staying there again.

Vista stupenda sul lago dei Quattro Cantoni (parte sud, molto scenografica). Staff molto accogliente. Camera confortevole. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. Piuttosto caro rispetto a strutture analoghe, ma è così in tutta la Svizzera.

Great hotel. Food was good, and the hotel is right next to the tram down to the lake. It was truly one of the most amazing views from my hotel room balcony. Sunrise was memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Unser Zimmer war sauber, praktisch und die Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee fantastisch. Das Morgenessen und das Abendessen waren sehr gut, inkl. dem Service und absolut zu empfehlen. Das Badezimmer war alledings etwas altbacken.

Hotel und insbesondere das "Naturhaus" stark in die Jahre gekommen – es scheint nichts investiert zu werden. Tische und Stühle auf dem Balkon nicht mehr nutzbar, Balkongeländer heruntergekommen, Stoffbezüge im Zimmer gerissen. Im ganzen Zimmer waren lange schwarze Haare. Auf Nachfrage wurde nochmal punktuell gesaugt, aber der Zustand wurde nicht vollständig behoben. Aussicht von der Frühstücksterrasse sehr schön, Frühstücksbuffet auch gut und ausreichend. Bei Stoffzeiten kann es sehr eng werden. Würden wir wieder hingehen? Vermutlich eher nicht.

Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building.

Super Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das ist echt das beste Hotel mit so einer Aussicht. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Das Abendessen hat uns auch total gefallen – es gibt zwar nicht viele Gerichte, aber die sind echt gut gemacht und die Weinauswahl ist groß. Im rechten Gebäude, wo wir gewohnt haben, sind die Zimmer natürlich günstiger, aber die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt. Der Balkon ist leider total ungepflegt. Dafür sind die Betten super und das Zimmer war sauber. Für den Preis ist das Hotel hier echt unschlagbar

I stayed here five nights total. The first few nights were nice, but night 4 and 5 a large tour group came and the hotel staff only cared about them, prioritizing them above all other guests. We went to dinner and were told “no openings” by a rude staff member. Another staff member said come by in 30 minutes. We did, but then didn’t even get a menu for 25 minutes after that and she tried to make us sit in a corner near another couple when there were 10 other tables available. We complained, but no one cared. We left. All of the parking was taken up by the two tour buses; we asked the same staff member (female staff member, older, limited English) what to do and she said “oh” and just shrugged. Too bad!! Another staff member was helpful and moved her car so we could park. The restaurant staff is quite rude. We wouldn’t stay here again because of this poor service. If they can’t handle their guests and a tour group, they shouldn’t allow them all to book.

Værelse og udsigt fantastisk . Dog mangler elkedel . Ingen elevator i anneks - bør nævnes - vi klarede det skønt dårligt gående. Personale i restaurant lidt langsomme - det tog 20 min at få een kugle is - kaffen var drukket på det tidspunkt. Ved betaling blev der gjort grin med at den danske valuta godt nok var ringe . Oplyste om at den danske krone er een af de stærkeste valutaer i Europa og at det ikke har noget med kursen at gøre . De grinede stadig da jeg gik … Træls for det ødelagde lidt den gode oplevelse af stedet. Morgenmad blev ikke fyldt op m brød … før hårdt presset

Excellent weed-end passé à Hotel Bellevue! La chambre avec vue sur le lac est sublime !!! Personnel de réception et de service très accueillant et aimable. Grande chambre avec balcon, spacieuse, calme et très propre. Matelas excellent ! (et c'est essentiel pour un hotel...) Concernant la salle de bains: en effet, elle pourrait être rénovée et plus moderne... Cependant, elle était très propre et fonctionnelle, et beaucoup de pression d'eau dans la douche! Et je préfère avoir une bonne pression d'eau dans ma douche, que des super mitigeurs ultra-modernes sans pression (ce que j'ai déjà vu dans plusieurs hotels "haut de gamme".... une superbe robinetterie, mais avec une pression d'eau ridicule.....) En résumé, excellent séjour, je recommande cet hotel!

The parking initially looks generous but considering the size of the hotel it isnt. Found a space for check in but later on there was no hotel parking so had to park elsewhere. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was spacious. Beds comfortable with good quality bedding. The balcony was perfect in terms of the view over mountains and lake. However, it was starting to look like it needed some TLC especially with the wood and the outside table and chairs. The bathroom was nice but again needed some attention. It was unfortunate that there was a wooden frames window in the shower area so whilst having a shower the window gets wet and is deteriorating. Some of it has mold on. Breakfast was nice. There was a good choice including cereal, pastries, cold meat and cheese. The panoramic view from the restaurant is breathtaking. There were few issues with this stopping it feom being perfect. However, it would not stop me from staying there again.

Fácil de estacionarse , buena vista de la habitación aunque el servicio del restaurante es pésima tuve una mala experiencia con una mesera de cabello corto rubia que nos gritó a mí y mi pareja en el restaurante por sentarnos en una mesa equivocada. No tiene tacto al cliente , no tiene gusto por servir ! Debería ir a su casa ! Se me quitó el hambre y las ganas de volver a ese hotel . Mejor elige otro lugar para hospedarte.

Il personale è molto professionale e simpatico. L’Hotel si trova in una zona un poco remota, ma tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile. Vicino alla funivia su rotaia che porta al lago. Camera spaziosa, semplice e pulita. Avevamo la vista “lato montagna” ma si vedeva tutto bene, anche parte del lago ed era uno spettacolo.

The view from this hotel is why you want to come here, and it does not disappoint. It is truly amazing! Staff was nice and check-in was easy but it is definitely a trek if you are wanting to explore Lucerne and use this as a home base. Without a car it is about a 1 hour trip via public transport. And Ubers/Taxis will run you north of $150 to/from Lucerne.

We booked the Double Room, Lake View and the scenery was stunning - a view down the Urnersee toward Flüelen with panorama back to Ingenbohl; at sunrise and sunset with clouds hovering (or a chance rainbow we saw) it was spectacular. The view and quiet were relaxing, sitting on the balcony or in the room. Dinner and breakfast were good, staff were very helpful. We walked to see the sites and bought fresh cheese at the 24-hour self-serve shop 5 minutes away, after enjoying our 2-hour boat ride from Lucerne to reach there. Highly recommended if you value mountain air and scenery.

Great hotel. Food was good, and the hotel is right next to the tram down to the lake. It was truly one of the most amazing views from my hotel room balcony. Sunrise was memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

O hotel tem uma vista incrível, é de encher os olhos… Não dá vontade de sair do hotel, a gente só quer ficar admirando… Qdo cheguei me deram um quarto q estava cheirando muito mal por conta do carpete molhado, reclamei e me passaram para outro quarto. O cafe da manhã é bom, mas um ponto negativo sao umas moscas q ficam pousando em cima dos alimentos e nenhuma providência é tomada pelo funcionários… o quarto é confortável, chuveiro bom… Recomendo porque o lugar tem uma beleza sem igual..

Super Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das ist echt das beste Hotel mit so einer Aussicht. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Das Abendessen hat uns auch total gefallen – es gibt zwar nicht viele Gerichte, aber die sind echt gut gemacht und die Weinauswahl ist groß. Im rechten Gebäude, wo wir gewohnt haben, sind die Zimmer natürlich günstiger, aber die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt. Der Balkon ist leider total ungepflegt. Dafür sind die Betten super und das Zimmer war sauber. Für den Preis ist das Hotel hier echt unschlagbar

Breakfast is very good, which sets you up well for the day ahead (and given Swiss food prices is very good). The hotel was clean, but a little worn in places (3 of the bulbs in the room had gone and some remaining had been unscrewed as they were blinding floodlights due to mismatched incandescent bulbs) The staff were friendly and helpful (finding a table when reception had forgotten to pass on the booing to the restaurant) The views are breathtaking

In summer, mountain view rooms are much hotter, as you cannot get cool breeze off the lake/valley. Rooms cannot be cooled by opening the one window -- no through breeze, every sound from neighbors heard, and woken by mosquito bites in the night. Restaurant and terrace lovely. Breakfast adequate.
