I had some initial issues finding the key but these were soon sorted out. The room itself is well equipped and quiet. Good bed, shower, coffee facilities etc. The stair carpet is a bit old and tatty but I didn’t mind. Car parking is down the road but again it is free after 6pm. Overall a good stay, would stay here again. Thank you

My stay at Jasmine House was very pleasant indeed. I was fortunate to be given the ground floor room 2 at the back of the property, by the patio which was very quiet. I would have found it difficult to manage the steep narrow, curved stairs to the next floor. I travelled to Lutterworth by public transport and the bus-stop opposite the Banking Hub, is a reasonable walk down a sloped pavement to a traffic light crossing to Jasmine House. The hot, tasty full English breakfast, prepared by Monica was superb. Thank-you.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again in the future. I didn’t have the breakfast this time, but I was made a very nice coffee:)

This accommodation was just ideal for our stay, It is reasonably priced , clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have and not through the owners fault is that the property is situated in a rather very road so there is constant vehicle noise particularly heavy goods passing by just feet if you are used to living in a much quieter environment. Other than for this reason I would recommend. Thank you
