Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Originally a prison, it has been converted into a quirky, comfortable hotel retaining many of the features. The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. Situated on a lovely peaceful island within walking distance to Gamla Stan and the museums. The breakfast is amazing with an enormous variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here and would love to return. The in house museum is a must.

Fantastisk beliggenhet om du liker natur, her er den rett utenfor døren med tilgang på sykkel- og gåstier. Nydelig område. Morsomt med fengsel som er omgjort til vandrerhjem, det er spesielt men rent og ordentlig. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte.

La location è insolita e suggestiva, la posizione sull'isola di Langholmen molto tranquilla e verde, comodo il parcheggio, ma bisogna mettere in conto di camminare per muoversi da qui per Stoccolma, ancorchè le passeggiate da e per l'isola sia verso Sodermalm che verso Kungsholmen sono molto piacevoli, lungo l'acqua e nel verde. Molto buono il ristorante.
