Our stay was awesome. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was outstanding, especially on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. On the other hand, there needs to be heat in the hallways of this hotel. This hotel hallways were as cool as the outside temperatures. This is an unacceptable condition and must be corrected immediately.

This hotel advertises a pool, and they have a pool. I'm ready to go relax after a hard day's work, middle of July, outside temperature 95F, and the pool is closed. When I asked the front desk the answer was that the season has not started yet. Hmm... I am thinking the season of honesty with their customers has not started yet!

Probably one of the best places to stay in the area but pool was closed ( we picked this place for the pool ) Maybe 15 mins to RiverWalk - easy straightforward drive but extremely sketchy along the way. This hotel and the one directly behind it were the only two that looked decent. If I ever travel thru here again we would consider staying there again due to it being so much more affordable than at the RiverWalk.

Probably one of the best places to stay in the area but pool was closed ( we picked this place for the pool ) Maybe 15 mins to RiverWalk - easy straightforward drive but extremely sketchy along the way. the staff was great! FYI only no completes, room 427 1.the hand held shower spray drip (while the shower was being used) and flooded the bathroom floor. 2. the freezer water tray was full of water and overflowing. also the pool entry door handle was broken.

Our stay at the hotel was fine. The only problem that we “encountered” was discovering that the inside top of the microwave wasn’t clean but extremely dirty, so it was obvious no one had cleaned it thoroughly. It grossed us out! But aside from that, everything else was good. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly; the breakfast food was excellent as always and the beds were comfortable, and there wasn’t a lot of noise in the hallways either…

The booking and checking were quick and easy. When we entered the room, the toilet had urine in it! There was also hair in the shower! The lobby and breakfast area and the rest of the hotel were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by friendless of staff, and cleanliness of the hotel, including the room. Location was easy to find and get in and out of. Breakfast quality was very good, (even the coffee)! All in all, one of the best experiences I've had.

This was my first stay at Hampton Inn. While the staff was friendly the rooms weren’t clean. I dropped my earring which lead to me having to move the mattress a bit and OMG the nastiness was so gross that we all slept in one bed. I alerted the front desk who stated she’d have a manager call me…that’s it…now we wait.

Very sweet staff member working reception area. The hotel location was convenient for accessing the army base. The lobby and lounge were wild when we came in but the room was quiet. Fortunately we were on a higher floor.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and I appreciate when the A/C is on when it’s hot out. The breakfast is very good, has a lot of options and is clean. The staff are genuinely nice, helpful and professional. That is why we keep coming back!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I got up at 5:30 am to take a shower and their was no hot water. The door was hard to close because the hinges were loose so the door was leaning against the jam. This hotel is showing its age.

Check- in was a breeze. No problem with parking, day or night. The breakfast was great. Room was clean. The only problem i had was the pillows need to be replaced. Have stayed several times and will stay again. Ill just bring my own pillows!

The room was fairly old and had an old smell. Checked in around 11pm and the front desk said they had to make sure my room was ready…check in was at 3 so I assumed there wouldn’t be a need to check. There is a gas station across the street and that’s about it.

Staff wasnt at the front desk when i went to checkout. A lot of remodeling was getting done so a bunch of holes in the roof and plastic luner everywhere. Breakfast was okay at best. Room was clean and nice.

The staff was particularly personable, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-stocked and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Though there was some confusion about wi-fi usage, we old folks had little difficulty navigating the TV options. Breakfast was particularly well done, had many choices, and the food was hot and tasty. Will definitely be staying there again.

When I booked a stay at this hotel I was told that check in time would be 3:00pm. When I arrived here, the front desk workers told me my room wasn’t ready, keep in mind that I got here around 4:00pm. To add on, the worker told me that they would call me when the room finished, when I asked them how long it would take until the room was cleaned they told me they would call, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case when an hour passed and I wasn’t called. I took the initiative and walked into the hotel again, when I asked the front desk about my room they were able to give me a key. The worker who attended me didn’t offer an accommodations nor was the most kind when handling the situation. If check in is 3:00pm then a room should be available, or it shouldn’t take a two hours, checked in at 5:00pm, to be ready.

Very sweet staff member working reception area. The hotel location was convenient for accessing the army base. The lobby and lounge were wild when we came in but the room was quiet. Fortunately we were on a higher floor.

The staff here is so sweet!!!! The rooms are cozy and this was hands down the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I got great sleep and a fresh breakfast eevry day. Was there for 4 nights! Very impressed.

Breakfast area not kept clean as the morning progressed. Wasp nest over utility room door by side entrance. I was stung twice while walking doewn sidewalk. Havent received my deposit back yet.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and I appreciate when the A/C is on when it’s hot out. The breakfast is very good, has a lot of options and is clean. The staff are genuinely nice, helpful and professional. That is why we keep coming back!

Made reservations on the road. Easy check in. Breakfast was quite good. Luggage cart available. Staff was helpful in evening meal recommendation. Appreciated the handicap-friendly bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by friendless of staff, and cleanliness of the hotel, including the room. Location was easy to find and get in and out of. Breakfast quality was very good, (even the coffee)! All in all, one of the best experiences I've had.

When we made the reservation, we selected a room with a king bed! When we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds!! They said there was an issue with the room we requested and there were no rooms with a king bed available!! We were given 'take it or leave it' attitude with no additional options or solutions after driving 8+ hours to get there! Not a pleasant end to our day!!

The guy that checked us in was super helpful and sweet. He even let us check in early. The only reason I can’t give four stars is the breakfast was not good. The selection was nothing, what was out was cold and the lady putting out the food acted like she hated her life. Another huge reason I can’t give four stars is the pool. It rained early in the day but not very much. I came down hours later and the pool was closed. I went to the front desk and asked if it would be closed all evening and the lady was dry and rude and said I don’t know the maintenance man handles that and he is gone. My 8 year old autistic daughter was literally sobbing and she just looked at us and said nothing. We stayed here because of the pool but also because we are dropping my son off at Ft Jackson and all she wanted to do was swim with her only sibling before leaving him again for months. I guess I expected a let me see at least or something.

Everything was nice and clean, staff were nice and friendly, and I’m the hotel snob in my family and yet I didn’t have the hebbie gebbies not one time while staying there. AND the breakfast food was delicious too, so much so I made myself 3 waffles to take home
