The Late check-out is available upon request and up until 2 pm and it costd of Euro 20 per person

Our automated system automatically assigns the bed based on availability at the time of booking, not based on the name on the reservation, therefore if you have booked 2 or more beds in a mixed dorm, it is not sure that all guests will be allocated in the same dorm.
You cannot trade your bed with other guests, otherwise 25 EURO fee will be charged to you and the guest who accept to change the bed with you

Standard Rate:
- Free cancellation till 7 days before arrival - In case of cancellation or no-show 100% fees apply. The payment is collected 7 days before arrival, in case of declined payment, the booking will be cancelled.
Non-Refundable Rate:
If you have made a reservation choosing the non-refundable rate, unfortunately we cannot cancel it free of charge: the non-refundable rate is a real bargain, but has a 100% penalty in case of changes / no-shows / cancellations.
New Generation Hostel reserve the right to refuse to host, cancel any existing or subsequent Reservations without any liability, if a guest • endanger the safety of the hostel or the health or safety of any person in the hostel • smokes outside the permitted areas • manifests a mental or physical state that puts himself, the hostel or any other person in it in danger • The user causes damage, injury or uses threatening, offensive, obscene language or behavior towards a member of the staff or any guest • has committed a crime during the booking process, or the check-in process
