Excellent service the staff is amazing. Very convenient shuttle service to nearby beaches and Prompthep cape. Construction next door remove a bit of the relaxed atmosphere due to noise. Breakfast was mostly quite good in general, but food sick one day, probably the curry. Thank you for everything!

Overall my stay was good.facilities and location were good. The staff were generally helpful, but when I checked in (late in the evening) my check in was unbelievably rushed. They spoke at 100 miles an hour and didn’t even let me take a seat. They brought me a tea but I didn’t get to drink it and when I did they said “we need the cup back” and I downed some and handed it back. Perhaps their shifts were finishing but it was quite a weird jarring welcome. Facilities at the hotel were good except the gym which needs air con. Illegally hot for a gym in a tropical country. And very small.

The hotel is close to naiharn beach, and offers free shuttle to that beach, and to a nice sunset point. Bicycles are available to borrow for free too. The staff was friendly to us and even offered us a little present when we left. Our room has been upgraded without we asked, what was very appreciated. The swimming pool is pretty and its area is nice too. Didn't try the gym. The "negative" points are that there's no much vegetarian options for breakfast, and not so many options at breakfast in general. There's a menu from which you can order meals, eggs, waffles, pancakes,... but you have to ask for them. Despite that, the only inconvenience is that there's building works just behind the hotel (a new hotel is in construction) so sometimes, there was some noice while we were at the swimming pool. But in the room, we didn't really had any noise issue. I would still recommend Navatara hotel.

This boutique hotel was clean, well kept and staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised my airport transfer at no extra cost than standard, upgraded my room and had free shuttles to beaches and sunset spots which I took full advantage of. Pool and spa were nice to finish off the hot day. I opted for breakfast included and enjoyed every day, when I had an early day trip, the staff at Tara cafe helped me with takeaway breakfast to take with me. A short walk to restaurants along Rawai beach and a 7-eleven right next door to grab any bits you need

First off it is tucked away from Rawai beach rd, yet on a nice road and easily found. Yup with 7-11 next door and money exchange a block away. I checked into simple room but found iut the MGR gave me an upgrade to large nice delux suite with a bathtub. Room attendents were nice and help with any request. So much my 4 night stay was extended to a 7 night stay. Only draw back, and is not really that bad, is the pool was a little algae oround edges. Understandably as there has been so much rain this 1st half of June. I endorse this property for a quiet place to relax, yet close to all the fun of Rawai.

Great little hotel with a cafe, clean, well maintained, great staff. Quite in the evening. Hotel provides transportation free of charge to some popular beaches and lookouts, overall I would stay here again, we moved to a different hotel after and were missing this place.

Construction outside our building. Not anything the property could control I would just book once construction is done or book the street side of the hotel. Front desk staff are not very experienced on restaurants or transportation so just do your own research and download apps.

The hotel was quiet and close to all amenities. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had some difficulty accessing the safe and the pool had something in it but the staff were amazing and so friendly.

Fantastic charming small resort. Excellent, spacious room. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very convenient location a short walk from town and with food spots and a 711 next door. Would definitely stay here again. Decent beach is a 10 min walk or free shuttle away.

Very cozy and green hotel with a beautiful pool that doesn’t smell like chemicals. Good location and a free shuttle bus taking you to the beach or fish market. It might show some wear and tear but it doesn’t matter since everything was very clean and worked well. Helpful staff. Good wifi and decent breakfast. Also, thank you for letting us check out late free of charge. Would definitely recommend to stay here and can’t wait to be back. Iryna.

The place is almost perfect. Great price. Cellphone service is exceptional. The room was great. The food was amazing. The pool and the gym are open 24/7. The service is impeccable. The people are nice. The only issue I had was that if you are a light sleeper, which I am, be prepared to be woken up at 5:00 every morning because there are at least two roosters that I heard that start crowing at that time. But other than that, the place is phenomenal

Amazing location, hotel has a rustic wooden and natural decor. Rooms were spacious with shower and a bath tub. Delicious cafe extension in the hotel, staff were polite and friendly. Shuttle bus very helpful.

What a fantastic find, with amazingly cheerful and helpful staff who literally couldn't do enough for us. A great spacious and well-appointed room and the bed had the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on - fantastic. We will return for sure and can't recommend the Navatara highly enough.

It was Tropical nice pool. Room should have USB Ports built in the rooms. Hot water could have been a little hotter and the water pressure could be better. Staff are wonderful.

An excellent place to stay. Nice rooms, nice property and pool, excellent food in the restaurant, and very friendly and helpful staff. About a 5 minute walk to Rawai Beach, maybe10 minutes to the Smart Bus stop.

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. As well as this, there were many FREE shuttle buses every day to beaches and viewpoints. I would highly recommend staying here!

Best Hotel i stayed on in my Thailand trip. Excellent service in reception and good cleaning. Free rides to Markets, beaches and sunsettrip. Would stay here again for sure

Perhaps their shifts were finishing but it was quite a weird jarring welcome. Facilities at the hotel were good except the gym which needs air con. Illegally hot for a gym in a tropical country. And very small.

Overall my stay was good.facilities and location were good. The staff were generally helpful, but when I checked in (late in the evening) my check in was unbelievably rushed. They spoke at 100 miles an hour and didn’t even let me take a seat. Amazing! The staff were friendly and went beyond. I broke my ankle the day we arrived. What could have been a nightmare turned into a great experience. Everyone was helpful and kind. The best place to start recouperating! Stay in the pool Access rooms. Quiet and Thai style. Clean. They offer free rides to certain places around Rawai and because of my situation they dropped us off and picked us up every day from around Rawai free of charge. I will definately return - 5 star service for a lot less $$ - not that this is all that matters. More importantly you are treated with respect and kindness.

This boutique hotel was clean, well kept and staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised my airport transfer at no extra cost than standard, upgraded my room and had free shuttles to beaches and sunset spots which I took full advantage of. Pool and spa were nice to finish off the hot day. I opted for breakfast included and enjoyed every day, when I had an early day trip, the staff at Tara cafe helped me with takeaway breakfast to take with me. A short walk to restaurants along Rawai beach and a 7-eleven right next door to grab any bits you need

Navatara was exactly what I wanted in Phuket. Quiet, safe, relaxing and hospitable. Lovely, hardworking housekeeping and reception staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Wee touches like beach towels, bottled water, fridges, air con, flip flops, dressing gowns all available in rooms. The free shuttle to Nai Harn, Ya Nui and Promthep Cape was also a lovely perk. Tara Cafe next door had tasty food - recommend the caramel banana cake - and great coffee - iced mocha or a thai lime iced tea were for me. I would absolutely return to both Rawai and Navatara Resort again. Thanks!

The staff were good for the most part. Some more pleasant than others. My advise would be to provide more hospitality training for the front desk and the cafe attendants to really turn this hotel as a great option. I sensed emotions in some of the interactions which is very different from some of the other hotels we stayed during our stay. Nothing that can’t be fixed with some customer service training.

Construction outside our building. Not anything the property could control I would just book once construction is done or book the street side of the hotel. Front desk staff are not very experienced on restaurants or transportation so just do your own research and download apps.

Very homely resort. Staff were friendly and proactive to help. Rooms were big and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Only down side is the location from most of the attractions.

The hotel is close to naiharn beach, and offers free shuttle to that beach, and to a nice sunset point. Bicycles are available to borrow for free too. The staff was friendly to us and even offered us a little present when we left. Our room has been upgraded without we asked, what was very appreciated. The swimming pool is pretty and its area is nice too. Didn't try the gym. The "negative" points are that there's no much vegetarian options for breakfast, and not so many options at breakfast in general. There's a menu from which you can order meals, eggs, waffles, pancakes,... but you have to ask for them. Despite that, the only inconvenience is that there's building works just behind the hotel (a new hotel is in construction) so sometimes, there was some noice while we were at the swimming pool. But in the room, we didn't really had any noise issue. I would still recommend Navatara hotel.

The resort locates at a quiet spot but with plenty amenities, like 711 next door and barbershop, restaurant. There’s also 2 laundry service providers nearby. The free shuttle is quite helpful to reach the beach and fish market for great seafood dining. The Wi-Fi quality is awesome.

La chambre était bien aménagée et impeccable tous les jours. Le personnel dans son intégralité a été vraiment charmant et serviable. La piscine et les transats sont agréables. First off it is tucked away from Rawai beach rd, yet on a nice road and easily found. Yup with 7-11 next door and money exchange a block away. I checked into simple room but found iut the MGR gave me an upgrade to large nice delux suite with a bathtub. Room attendents were nice and help with any request. So much my 4 night stay was extended to a 7 night stay. Only draw back, and is not really that bad, is the pool was a little algae oround edges. Understandably as there has been so much rain this 1st half of June. I endorse this property for a quiet place to relax, yet close to all the fun of Rawai.

An excellent place to stay. Nice rooms, nice property and pool, excellent food in the restaurant, and very friendly and helpful staff. About a 5 minute walk to Rawai Beach, maybe10 minutes to the Smart Bus stop.

Nettes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer und guter Pool. Rezeption und Frühstückservice sehr gut. Hotelshuttle wurde sehr oft von uns genutzt, da man ohne Roller nicht sehr weit kommt. Strand in rawai nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

Great stay! Enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing while we settled into Thailand. Clean room with lovely shower. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Only recommendation is for the staff to be more accurate about timing to closing the kitchen. When we arrived we were informed room service was available and as soon as we got to the room we called to learn that the kitchen closed an hour early, after even checking with the hotel receptionist. Was a bit disappointed after a very long travel day. Other than that would highly recommend!!

Beautiful resort. 5 Stars for sure! Serene & close to “things to do.” The staff was excellent. The shuttle took us to a few local places we wanted to visit (for free). The food from their restaurant was pretty but disappointing. So, we only ate there twice. From this location, it is easy to get to nearby islands by longboat. Just go down to the beach and yell “boat!” Best bed I’ve slept in, in Thailand. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service the staff is amazing. Very convenient shuttle service to nearby beaches and Prompthep cape. Construction next door remove a bit of the relaxed atmosphere due to noise. Breakfast was mostly quite good in general, but food sick one day, probably the curry. Thank you for everything!

Amazing location, hotel has a rustic wooden and natural decor. Rooms were spacious with shower and a bath tub. Delicious cafe extension in the hotel, staff were polite and friendly. Shuttle bus very helpful.

We hebben 12 dagen verbleven bij Navatara. Dit hebben we als enorm positief ervaren. Het resort is prachtig, het personeel is vriendelijk en er is een prachtig café aanwezig met veel opties voor eten en drinken. Het ontbijt is goed en wordt vaak vers voor je bereid. Al met al echt een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Navatara! Echte aanrader!

We went here for our honeymoon. The pool was great! The staff members were very friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The receptionist let me print an important document from the front desk computer without charging me. Also, they can help book tours and transportation. Furthermore, they provided us with four bottles of water every day - no charge. The only negative aspect was that there were some mosquitoes, and when the room attendants would clean the room, they would leave the door to our room open, which allowed mosquitoes to come in. The cafe is nice for breakfast and lunch, but it closes around dinner time. The price is affordable, too. Overall, this was a great hotel for our honeymoon, and we definitely recommend it.

It was okay. Not the best but for a couple of nights it did the job. Close to Rawai and the strip of shops. Clean. Small gym. Lots of construction outside currently which could be there for a while. Friendly staff

I stayed at Navatara Phuket for 26 days and it genuinely became a home away from home. It is a really nice, aesthetic hotel with a clean, traditional design that provides a great environment to relax. The room was very comfortable. Being tall, I appreciate a good-sized bed, and this one was great. Having a balcony was a nice addition, and the provided umbrella was a practical touch. The AC was strong and the shower was excellent—perfect for recovery after training. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and topped up my coffee and water every day. The food is a strong point. There is a nice selection of dishes with good local taste at reasonable prices. They use fresh, clean ingredients, making it easy to find healthy, high-protein options that fit my strict dietary requirements. The staff really stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception. The location is extremely practical. Phuket Muay Thai is just around the corner, which was ideal. There is a 7/11 next door, alongside a fruit stand and an ATM. It is only a 5 to 10-minute walk to Rawai Beach, restaurants, and massage spots. Navatara Phuket delivered an excellent balance of comfort and quiet. It served as the perfect base in Rawai—peaceful enough for genuine physical recovery, yet highly accessible. I highly recommend it for a refined, high-quality stay in Phuket.

Otel odası oldukça temizdi ve dizaynı çok güzeldi. Odamız her gün düzenli olarak temizlendi ve her gün dört şişe su bırakıldı. Havuz da aynı şekilde temiz ve keyifliydi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ayrılırken yaptıkları küçük hediye jesti de bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık ve güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Gelecek misafirlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Navatara Hotel and their staff were exceptional. I was surprised by the service the day I arrived, and it continued to be exeptional. There were items like a beach bag, always plenty of water bottles, the room was always nice and clean, cool (AC). The breakfast was average but always plenty. The ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and always helpful and caring. Everyone kept the Hotel in great shape. The guys always took me to the beach with their truck or to see the sunset. Upon arrival I received a plate of fresh fruit, and even when I left I got a gift. ❤️ Yes, the hotel was not in the Center of town, but there is the Phuket Smart bus or Grab to go places like Kata Beach, Karon or Patong. I stayed at the Navatara hotel for 2 weeks, and it was a trip of a lifetime! My excursions I booked with Get your Guide which was great. Thank you everyone at Navatara!!!
