A worthy consideration for any stay in Rockport. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room which was outstanding. Parking is right in front of the building in a town where parking can be difficult to find at times. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a front row seat to the ocean. As others have mentioned, listening to the waves hit the shoreline was relaxing; like having your own live sound machine. We stayed in room 5 which had two double beds. We only used one which we found to be soft, but comfortable enough. The bed linens, bath towels, shower curtain and in room amenities (fridge, luggage rack, Keurig, extra pillows & blankets) were all top notch. There was a small cafe table and chairs for in room use as well as a TV and air conditioner which we didn’t use. The area is a fun, coastal destination filled with quintessential New England views, architecture, touristy shops, restaurants and eateries. We did not interact with any staff; however, communication from the owners regarding our stay was timely, detailed and provided for an easy check in and check out. Best inn at Rockport !!! You can park right in front of the room, bar right next to us was the hit! Restaurant on the end of the street are great and rock harbor are right there. Perfect place!!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Being right on the ocean was great. Lot's of food options in the area and during the peak season they have a full bar onsite. Would be nice to stroll down the street with a local brew but this is Massachusetts and they dont allow it. You can burn a fatty but not drink a beer. SMH

The property location was great. Our room was nice- great bed/pillows. The back balcony was really nice to sit back and relax at. Very helpful- we went to the office and they gave us a couple dinner suggestions.

This is a very cute place in a darling location. The view was incredible and it was a large, comfortable room. There's a bar about 20 feet away & that was very convenient. It was all remote, so we didn't meet anyone at the property.

My stay was great! Though both my daughter and I had knee issues, we preferred the top floor and to be at the end was another bonus. I had one issue and that was answered positively, immediately. That kind of service is often hard to come by.

This is the most beautiful location you could stay at. Adorable local area. Very walkable. Easy parking and check in. Very very clean. Have coffee on the porch. Watch the sunset from bed over the water. Swim in the ocean at the beach a 7 minute walk away. Perfection.

Staying here at the start of fall was amazing! The room was beautiful and well appointed, with the king size bed more comfortable than my own at home. Everything from management was contactless which allowed for seamless check in and checkout. Heads up there are about 20 stairs to get to the second floor with no elevator. The view was unbelievable and peaceful. We'll definitely be back!

You can not beat the view and find a better location if you wish to have the whole village in a moments walk out your door! The rooms which you might expect to be old school Motor Lodge(y) have been tastefully updated to have a cottage chic appeal and MOST of all in my book is that it was COMPLETELY clean!

This quaint getaway features just 8 apartments, all of which face the ocean—mere 10 feet away from the water at high tide! For a scenic treat, I highly recommend taking a drive towards Gloucester. The route is lined with stunning properties owned by the affluent—a sight to behold! This was the perfect little place with a wonderful location. Soothing sounds of the surf made for a great night sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, with I'm wonderful views of the water and area. This was a great find. We would absolutely stay here again

Great location! Right near all of the shops. And the shops are fun, general small spaces run by the local artists. Great area to walk around. Parking right at the Lodge was good. We took the small room (1 queen bed) and initially it did feel a bit tight, but once we figured it out it was fine and fit our needs. The staff was great and very helpful with everything. Room was ready in advance so we could go right in.

This is a very cute place in a darling location. The view was incredible and it was a large, comfortable room. There's a bar about 20 feet away & that was very convenient. It was all remote, so we didn't meet anyone at the property.

My stay was great! Though both my daughter and I had knee issues, we preferred the top floor and to be at the end was another bonus. I had one issue and that was answered positively, immediately. That kind of service is often hard to come by.

Staying here at the start of fall was amazing! The room was beautiful and well appointed, with the king size bed more comfortable than my own at home. Everything from management was contactless which allowed for seamless check in and checkout. Heads up there are about 20 stairs to get to the second floor with no elevator. The view was unbelievable and peaceful. We'll definitely be back!

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Recommend Roy Moore’s for lobster and chowder. The shops closed early -most closed by 5PM. Nice patio bar at hotel. Fell asleep to sound of waves crashing against the rocks. Beautiful sunset. Good value.

A worthy consideration for any stay in Rockport. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room which was outstanding. Parking is right in front of the building in a town where parking can be difficult to find at times. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a front row seat to the ocean. As others have mentioned, listening to the waves hit the shoreline was relaxing; like having your own live sound machine. We stayed in room 5 which had two double beds. We only used one which we found to be soft, but comfortable enough. The bed linens, bath towels, shower curtain and in room amenities (fridge, luggage rack, Keurig, extra pillows & blankets) were all top notch. There was a small cafe table and chairs for in room use as well as a TV and air conditioner which we didn’t use. The area is a fun, coastal destination filled with quintessential New England views, architecture, touristy shops, restaurants and eateries. This is the most beautiful location you could stay at. Adorable local area. Very walkable. Easy parking and check in. Very very clean. Have coffee on the porch. Watch the sunset from bed over the water. Swim in the ocean at the beach a 7 minute walk away. Perfection.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Being right on the ocean was great. Lot's of food options in the area and during the peak season they have a full bar onsite. Would be nice to stroll down the street with a local brew but this is Massachusetts and they dont allow it. You can burn a fatty but not drink a beer. SMH

The property location was great. Our room was nice- great bed/pillows. The back balcony was really nice to sit back and relax at. Very helpful- we went to the office and they gave us a couple dinner suggestions.
