Dfinitely not a high end property, but it was quite clean and comfortable inside and out, and the staff was professional and accommodating . The bed was pretty comfortable. The room didnt have any odors. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Walk-in shower had great pressure. Heater worked well and the property was quiet. They also provide breakfast from 6am to 9am and have coffe and tea available in the front lobby until 10pm. The parking and property was secured and enclosed behind a security gate, which provided an additional sense of basic security. There is a Taco Bell McDonald's, Taco stand, Auto zones, Market, Family dollar, gas station, other restaurants and services within a min or 2 of the property. Large park up the street and also 10 mins from CSP & SATF. I would definitely stay here again if necessary and it was reasonably priced.

I stayed in a remodel room and it was very nice. Can lighting, receptacles up high by the beds so you can charge your devices, tile floors, nice deck to work on, nice TV, heater, bathroom very nice. It was a very comfortable room. It’s alway very quiet here.

I stayed here because it was one of the only hotels available when I went to the Ag Expo. The room was freezing when I got in and the heater never seemed to shut off, which didn't help while trying to sleep. The mattresses were not up to par with today's standards in most hotels. This is really a motel. The operators seem nice, but I won't stay here again.

The whole place by itself it’s terrible. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Towels are so small and cheap, pillows terrible barely have some cushion, mattress it’s so hard and old. That’s what you pay, cheaper price that’s what you get! Customer service horrible the lady upfront barely speak English. And not friendly at all.

The young man at the front desk was not very helpful or friendly .No explanation for anything. Told I needed to pay $100. Handed me my room card and said nothing. I had to ask what the $100 was for and how to get through the locked gate. Went to use the pool at 5:30pm and it had a u shaped lock on the gate. When I left this morning at 7:30 there wasn’t a lock on it! When I called to change my reservation to the next week I spoke with Rose. She was awesome, friendly and very helpful. The place was very clean and quiet.

The Corcoran Country Inn was very nice easy check in, clean, very quiet, comfortable, what I realy liked about this place it was secure. Fenced all the way around and electric secure gates. The other hotels or inns didn't have that. So you didn't have to worry about your car getting broken into. That was very nice feature.

Dfinitely not a high end property, but it was quite clean and comfortable inside and out, and the staff was professional and accommodating . The bed was pretty comfortable. The room didnt have any odors. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Walk-in shower had great pressure. Heater worked well and the property was quiet. They also provide breakfast from 6am to 9am and have coffe and tea available in the front lobby until 10pm. The parking and property was secured and enclosed behind a security gate, which provided an additional sense of basic security. There is a Taco Bell McDonald's, Taco stand, Auto zones, Market, Family dollar, gas station, other restaurants and services within a min or 2 of the property. Large park up the street and also 10 mins from CSP & SATF. I would definitely stay here again if necessary and it was reasonably priced.

Very happy with my stay. Corcoran is a clean very cute city. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The omelet was great and my granddaughter loved the burrito.

I love this place. It's clean, newly remodeled, location is convenient, staff is friendly, it's quiet & the rooms have mini fridges & microwaves. It makes the stay even more better. They also cook breakfast for you in the mornings. And the price is very reasonable.

I didn’t get to stay last week, had something to do each day back at home, so no relaxing last week. But this week yes on relaxing and going to my favorite Restaurant Medrano’s. Take a nap after work, have a nice dinner and enough lift over for lunch next day. Breakfast here in the morning and away I go.

I love the cleanliness, and the quietness, and the person that checked us in was very nice. The only thing missin is a coffee pot in the room but i love this place. The best hotel i have ever been in. Any oroblem arises and they are quick to handle it. I will return, definitely!!!!

CORRECTION FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW - I mixed this properly up with another one that has a very similar name. It is this the other property that had many, many issues. This one is fine. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a daily continental breakfast. The parking lot has a coded key entry. The staff will turn the air conditioner on to prepare the room before arrival. They have also done a great job at remembering the details of my preferences and honoring them each stay. I am in Corcoran for work-related reasons and have stayed at almost all of the properties in the immediate area. This is the one I have returned to given its overall advantages - proximity to the prisons and downtown area of Corcoran, affordability, cleanliness, and value. Choose this inn/motel for your stays in Corcoran. ☑️

Not clean. Rude staff. Damaged bathroom door, missing microwave, daily bugs in restroom, refrigerator and sleeping area. Anxious about safety. Loud noises outside of room at 12:30A and 4:30A. Not worth the price.
