An amazing stay at the Querencia and definitely a place we will return to in the future. The hotel is very smartly setup and upon arrival we were checked in and show around our room to explain all the amenities. Staff were always very open to any questions about Seville as a City. The hotel has a nice gym and the breakfast was fabulous every morning. Once again the staff were always helpful in the breakfast room. There is also a rooftop bar which we visited and found to be very nice and not overly expensive. The views from the rooftop are also very good, particularly on a good day. We will certainly return when we venture back to the lovely city of Seville in the future and based on the hotel group will look at their other options for other trips.

This property was excellent, located in a prime spot on Constitution Av, close to the major tourist attractions like the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar amongst so many spots. The rooftop is a gem overlooking the entire town and has some good drinks at nighttime but get in early as it was pretty busy during our stay. Will definitely revisit.

Convenient location. Comfy rooms. They overdid the air freshener and I had to take allergy medicine the whole time I was there. Also had been looking forward to a drink at the rooftop bar and dip in the pool after a long day of travel but only found out after checkin that they rented the roof out for an event so it was closed to guests. No bueno.

Our stay at Querencia de Sevilla started off beautifully — the hotel design, location, and décor truly tell a unique story. Unfortunately, ongoing issues with the air conditioning and elevators throughout our three-night stay made it difficult to enjoy the experience. The staff was polite but unable to resolve these issues or offer any form of accommodation for the inconvenience. While the property itself is stunning, the comfort and reliability expected from an Autograph Collection hotel were unfortunately missing this time

Beautiful property in heart of old town . Convenient to all the tourists attractions, dining & shopping. Perfect hotel for our holiday. Helpful staff as well. Amazing views from rooftop bar / pool area. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around Saville. Hotel is clean, reception stall excellent. Room was clean, spacious and good AC. The rooftop bar is a disaster, great views, good seating but the staff are very badly trained and don’t know how to efficiently serve multiple tables. The bar management appeared to make things worse, no direction to the staff, made staff nervous and just constantly on his phone. Serious delays getting served at every table around us, no continuity of servers to any table causing total confusion.

You cannot beat this location. Probably the best location in Seville. Hotel is clean and brand new. Bathroom area is very open but probably a new concept. Personally don’t like the sink area as part of the room but overall great location, clean and very well kept property. The rooftop is amazing. Location, location, location.

The hotel staff are very welcoming helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The bathroom is also kept very clean and tidy. The location is great, close to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops.

O hotel está bem novinho e é muito bem localizado. A vista é muito boa e o rooftop é belíssimo. Tive um problema na chegada coimn a reserva do quarto. A tradução do ingles(que o hotel usou) para o português(que eu usei para a compra)trouxe um mal entendido sobre o tipo de quarto. Mas o responsável (Eloy) foi muito compreensivo e eficiente na resolução do problema. Isso hoje em dia é muito raro, e prova o bom treinamento da administração do hotel. O quarto, é muito confortável e, ainda que não seja exatamente do meu gosto, é muito funcional e possui mimos que te fazem sentir em casa e que são muito relaxantes. Como única parte a considerar diferente do resto dos atendentes, foi na minha chegada(os taxis não podem ir até a porta do hotel, porque a rua para carros termina um pouco antes - apenas como aviso). Ao chegar a pessoa que me deu a chave do quarto, chamou uma pessoa ao telefone e disse que ela havia pedido para avisar quando os hospedes do quart tal, chegassem. Obviamente que falo espanhol e percebi o que estava falando. Ao chegar no quarto havia um cheiro muito forte de desinfetante, o que me leva a crer que ele foi colocado ali na nossa chegada para dificultar a percepção de algum problema pre existente. Talvez um cheiro de cigarro em um quarto não fumante, cheiro de mofo, ou algo mais preocupante. Como houve o problema do quarto e mudamos, não descobrimos se era fato ou impressão apenas.

Our trip took us to Barcelona Granada Seville and Madrid. This hands down is the best hotel this trip. Perfect location, friendly staffs, fantastic bathroom, super comfortable bed, plus they go the extra mile to make your stay an experience you will forever remember! Close to everything, have a rooftoop with jaw dropping views, air-conditioning is an option despite it being winter season. Such a lovely hotel two thumbs way up‼️

This is a beautiful new property but do not bring a lot of luggage. It is located in a street without vehicle access and the rooms are a little small. The staff are great, the decor is wonderful, the location is great, room is excellent, but just bear in mind the location limitations and room size.

Aangenaam hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is top. Ontbijt ook heel goed. Prachtig dakterras met dito uitzicht. Onze kamer met uitzicht op de stad was helaas erg klein en de ramen ook. Jammer want deed toch afbreuk aan het aangename wat het hotel had kunnen zijn en ook in zich heeft.

What an amazing hotel! This was certainly one of the best we have stayed in. The rooms we're fabulous, the view was stunning, and the local was perfect. We would definitely stay again as soon as we can!

Our rooms were comfortable, well appointed and very quiet. Loved the excellent service and all of the design details and amenities. The hotel was also convenient to all of our tourist destinations.

From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. One bellman took us to our room & explained well how everything worked. The other brought in our luggage. The room was modern, sleek and the view of Sevilla was spectacular. The rooftop bar provided more striking views of the ancient and modern city. Fantastic stay. Muchas gracias!

The hotel staff are very welcoming helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The bathroom is also kept very clean and tidy. The location is great, close to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops.

Excellent location. Front of house staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooftop bar is an oasis to return to after a day sightseeing. Five minutes the key tourists sites as well as great variety of bars and shops. If visiting Seville I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was excellent! Recommended a Flamenco Show that was amazing and a tour for The Alhambra, also great. We also went to two restaurants that were recommended fed which were amazing. Rooftop bar is perfect!!

This hotel is extremely well located and in excellent condition. Its rooftop bar has an excellent view to the Cathedral and the Giralda. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade to the Buena suerte suite which had an espectacular view as well. The room was large, comfortable and very well appointed. The room had surprise little gifts allegorical to Sevilla and fresh flowers were brought up to the room. The staff was very helpful with all our requests and when it was raining, they had umbrellas at the door for us. The hotel lobby was especially decorated for Semana Santa as the hotel is right on the path of the processions. We loved our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

I don't know why it has so many good reviewes. The lady at the front desk was never helpful, in summary the room has lights (apparently for security reasons) that won't turn off and won't allow for a good ninght sleep. The shower is superb.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around Saville. Hotel is clean, reception stall excellent. Room was clean, spacious and good AC. The rooftop bar is a disaster, great views, good seating but the staff are very badly trained and don’t know how to efficiently serve multiple tables. The bar management appeared to make things worse, no direction to the staff, made staff nervous and just constantly on his phone. Serious delays getting served at every table around us, no continuity of servers to any table causing total confusion.

This property was excellent, located in a prime spot on Constitution Av, close to the major tourist attractions like the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar amongst so many spots. The rooftop is a gem overlooking the entire town and has some good drinks at nighttime but get in early as it was pretty busy during our stay. Will definitely revisit.

This is a beautiful new property but do not bring a lot of luggage. It is located in a street without vehicle access and the rooms are a little small. The staff are great, the decor is wonderful, the location is great, room is excellent, but just bear in mind the location limitations and room size.

You cannot beat this location. Probably the best location in Seville. Hotel is clean and brand new. Bathroom area is very open but probably a new concept. Personally don’t like the sink area as part of the room but overall great location, clean and very well kept property. The rooftop is amazing. Location, location, location.

An amazing stay at the Querencia and definitely a place we will return to in the future. The hotel is very smartly setup and upon arrival we were checked in and show around our room to explain all the amenities. Staff were always very open to any questions about Seville as a City. The hotel has a nice gym and the breakfast was fabulous every morning. Once again the staff were always helpful in the breakfast room. There is also a rooftop bar which we visited and found to be very nice and not overly expensive. The views from the rooftop are also very good, particularly on a good day. We will certainly return when we venture back to the lovely city of Seville in the future and based on the hotel group will look at their other options for other trips.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food and arrival gifts were amazing, and the rooms were so comfortable. The bathroom tub! the comfortable bed! The breakfast! The location was right in the center and so close to everything. Would come back and stay again.

The Hotel was in the perfect location to see Seville and all its attractions. The staff were first class and the service at the pool bar meant you could relax and enjoy the holiday with a cool drink always on hand. Room and Hotel first class, will book again.

The hotel location is great right next to the cathedral. Breakfast was also really good with variety of options. Our deluxe room was very clean and otherwise very good, but it had a connecting door to another room. The door wasnt soundproof at all and we heard every conversation, phone call and music through even though the other guests were not speaking especially loud. For this price we really dont want to have ”roommates”. Unfortunately the Hotel was fully booked so there was no chance for a change of room when we asked.

The room was spacious, spotless, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. My main complaints were the quality of the food at the rooftop bar and the elevators. Although the elevators are brand new, they are far too small and extremely slow—definitely not suitable for a hotel of this size and frustrating to use.
