Courtyard by Marriott Columbus

When someone books a room and pays for it, we expect a room to be available. Upon arrival we were told no room was available they had over booked. Still waiting on a refund a week later.

No housekeeping service and if you need towels you need to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they’ll count them and give you replacements, like they’re expensive heirlooms. Also, don’t bother trying to get maintenance, they’ll tell you they’ve contacted them but they don’t. This we were told specifically by an employee after we reported an issue.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent, friendly staff.

The room was awesome we was just missing the microwave but overall the stay was wonderful

Exceptionally friendly staff… everyone. From the front desk to the cleaning crew to the food service. Boquila (Bo) was so helpful during the extra cold weather. Room was absolutely spotless. I felt almost as at home as in idaho. Best experience just about ever.
