Buen hotel, con algunas limitaciones; nos tocó una habitación con la ducha fuera del baño y en la habitación. Se ve muy adaptada. No tiene parking, ni acuerdos con estacionamientos cercanos. El valor del parking es muy costoso.

An affordable clean little hotel in a quiet area. Funky room decor related to books. Close to attractions. Good air conditioner. Small rooms, but there are a few common areas - a patio, a play room for kids, and a terrace where you can eat and spread out. We stayed for only one night because there were no rooms available for longer, but we wished we could have stayed there longer. Good value and friendly service.

Camera ampia e pulita, bagno comodo e completo. Letto un po’ duro, ma comunque abbastanza comodo, scelta tra due tipi di cuscini. Piccolo frigobar con bottiglietta d’acqua all’arrivo. Struttura originale e molto carina, terrazza sul tetto con sala colazioni. Colazione abbastanza buona, sia dolce che salata. Unico neo: impianto idrico molto rumoroso, forse andrebbe rivisto e sistemato. Tutta la notte con un rumore persistente e fastidioso che non lascia riposare, proveniente anche dai bagni delle altre stanze. Il posto è comunque carino e per stare in centro a Siviglia è una soluzione ottima.

Great old Sevillan mansion converted into hotel. Youth and colourful atmosphere nice for young families with kids. Bunk beds for the kids were top quality. Near everything in a 15 minutes radius. Didn’t try breakfast but was offered for a plus. Parking is 4 blocks away and is a public parking. Driving around is limited and restricted by police to very few hours from 12 PM to 3 PM only. You need to explain to the police that you are checking in/out for them to let you drive to the hotel. Clean. remodelled, youthful, Olaf town alleyways and small streets walking areas all around. .

Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Bathroom large and clean. Building is large, spacious and there are various sitting areas available. Love the literary quotes found throughout the building and in the room. Only minor complaint would be limited water pressure in shower which is understandable with the water situation in Andalucia.

It’s clean, good WiFi and air-con. Good location and pleasant staff but it is so noisy. They rooms face an inner courtyard so if there are loud people staying, everyone suffers. They allow large groups/parties.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, proximo ao centro e dos pontos turísticos. O acesso é bastante fácil. A recepçao (Luis e Marina) foi extremamente prestativa e educada. O café da manhã bastante completo considerando o perfil do hotel. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis.

This was a perfect hotel for a quick trip to Sevilla. Luis at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful - he called to reserve an early morning taxi to the airport for us, and it was there for us at 4:45 am as hoped. It was impressive to see him communicate with other guests in many languages! The room was comfortable, clean, and updated, and had AC, which was critical as it was 98 F in Sevilla! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Todo fue bien, solo una noche no pudimos dormir porque hubo un tema de perigrinación, cuetes, etc.. algo que no sabíamos y no pararon. Nuestra habitación daba hacia la calle.

It was a unique boutique hotel. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, eggs weren’t fresh. Rooms were adequate. Staff were excellent! Hotel was centrally located and area was safe.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, proximo ao centro e dos pontos turísticos. O acesso é bastante fácil. A recepçao (Luis e Marina) foi extremamente prestativa e educada. O café da manhã bastante completo considerando o perfil do hotel. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis.

Nos tocó la habitación de tiempo entre costuras, hemos sido 3 personas y se está súper agusto, esta todo muy limpio. El personal de 10, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y solucionar cualquier tipo de duda o problema. El hotel está muy bien situado y las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Es un hotel que recomendaré y volveré.

By all means, it is a cute hotel right in the middle of many attractions that are just walking distance away. We were told hotels in this chain are themed and this one about books and literature. You will see lots of books all around the facility. Breakfast was ok - didn't see much of a variety but you can always get a better option just walking a few steps. Staff were very friendly and accomatibg. One of the best feature is with a click of a button they can get you a taxi within 5 min. It can be hard to find taxis from other streets depending on the day and time. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel Our greatest appreciation for the staff - please keep up the great work and your wonderful smiles - you made us feel very welcomed!

Hotel pequeño pero con carácter y decoración muy cuidada y original. Cada habitación es distinta. Camas muy cómodas y doble almohada. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas y amplias. Desayuno correcto. Cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba fresquita por el aire acondicionado. Muy buen detalle! Con muchas opciones para comer cerca. Estancia muy agradable.
