Never made it in the door. There was a crazy guy screaming at the entrance. Cops even showed up!! Also parking is tight if you have a large vehicle or is towing a trailer barely made a uturn trying to get as far away i could from that place.

This has been the worst and insecure place that I have been in my life. Police constantly harassing in the parking lot, asking everyone there for your reason for been there and if I was safe. Super dirty, super destroyed. I checked in and as soon as I got to my room through the stairs (bc there is not elevator neither) I went down and I did my check out. At least the lady in the "reception" was nice and dressed very unprofessional. The worst place 😪

Got to the prop and there was a line of people said they had been there for 2 hours or more and no one would come to the window. One guy said he made contact with the owner an hour before and they didn’t have any rooms clean and didn’t know when or if they would. This was at 7pm on a holiday night after traveling 8 hours to get there and there are NO OTHWR ROOMS IN A 50 mile RADIUS AVAILABLE! Had to call hotel.com and request a refund and of course that didn’t process for a couple of days and had to try and get another room which ended up being an hour away from where I needed to be, an hour back the same way I had already came. Not to mention the property is in shambles and is filthy, the guy that was able to make contact said that none of us would have wanted to stay there anyway! It was an absolute nightmare!

Staff had locked the front doors while they were in the back hallway, cleaning up a mess on the floor and nailing door frames. I found an open, unlocked side door and went in to ask for someone to open the front lobby. The place was filthy, so I asked to cancel the reservation.

The property was not same as the one shown in pics. Completely terrible. Never ever stay there. Just book if you have no other options left. It was a nightmare for me. There was bad smell. Lots of roaches. People on my side room were shouting and we were unable to sleep whole night. Management shows no respect. For them if you wish to live then it’s okay otherwise just leave the property.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was absolutely ghetto and not in a fun or quirky way—just dirty, loud, and chaotic. The room smelled like old gas, the furniture was worn and filthy, and I actually saw grey roaches crawling around the bathroom. It felt like something out of a horror movie. There were people arguing and fighting loudly right outside, all night long. I didn’t feel safe for a second. The crowd hanging around seemed high or strung out, and there were definitely crackheads wandering the parking lot. To make matters worse, the manager (a bigger white woman) had a terrible attitude—completely rude and dismissive when I brought up the conditions. She acted like I was bothering her just by asking for help. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT stay here under any circumstance. I left early and wish I never booked in the first place. Save your time and money and stay at Home In up the street.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. There were no dishes as promised, no towels, and no toilet paper. The sheets and blankets were filthy (visible dirt on all of it). The toilet didn’t work, the microwave made our food smoke, and the water was scalding hot with no cold water at all. The TV turned off randomly and the sound worked some of the time. There were bugs in our bed and got into our food. The manager and staff did not care. The other people at the hotel were yelling and screaming all night until four or five o’clock in the morning. The room smelled like mold and mildew and nothing stayed dried. The freezer and fridge were disgusting. There was trash all over the hotel property that caused it to stink. But that could have been the dog poop left all over the place too. Our room wasn’t ready at 9 pm, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a room. I will never stay here ever again.

Location is not as advertised. Pictures did not represent rooms. We refused the first room that we were put in as the bathroom didn’t have a door just a sheet. There were no cookware like was advertised. Sheets were old and had cigarette burns in them. On the second night of our stay other guests on our floor decided to have a party. Among the guests was the young lady that worked the check in desk when we arrived.

The room did not look like as it was advertised. I didn’t get the room I wanted. I was placed on a smokers floor. The other visitors were loud and there were dogs. I asked for more towels because it only came with one face towel and one drying towel but didn’t receive them. The beds do not come with a comforter so keep that in mind. Make sure to bring cleaning supplies with you. The parking lot was cluttered and people just all out and about everywhere.

Absolutely the worst place you can stay in all of Florida. It was so bad, the young girl that had nowhere to stay that I booked it for, left after 3 days. The door doesn't lock properly, there were some sort of pills left in the tissue dispenser that wasn't removed, the kitchen area was caked in grease, the bathroom had mold growing all over it. She sent me pictures of it all and explained why she was leaving, she didn't feel safe or in a clean environment. I reached out to the property to try to get a refund on the rest of the booked stay for these reasons and they will not respond. Stay FAR away. Their "good" reviews must be from the management and fake, there's no way they would receive a good review from an actual traveller. They should be investigated by the health department for not properly cleaning the rooms in between guests - maybe they need a phone call so it is brought to their attention.

I paid for a two queen bed suite an it was supposed to be furnished. It was only a one bedroom with no refrigerator the lights kept going off. An the bathroom was filthy with feces next to the toilet. They refused to give me a another room.

The rooms were in very poor condition and there were no towels. I had to ask five time before i finally got clean but stained towels. There was no remote for the tv. The door appeared to have been broken into but fixed and the security latch was missing. I didn't leave the room for fear of my room being broken into while i was gone. Lots of sketchy characters hanging out in front of the hotel who sometimes meet with cars that pull up for very brief exchangs of something.

Never again will I stay at this hotel. I would’ve been better off pitching a tent off the interstate. Hotel is dirty and run down. No one is in the office in the mornings or most evenings. I was working night shift and my key never worked. Would have to wait from 7am until sometimes 9am to get my key fixed. There are more residents than guest so they have no respect for anyone else. Hotel smells of weed so bad that all my clothes smelt like I had been smoking it myself. If you like screaming, dogs barking, contact highs, and filth this is the hotel for you. If not then save yourself the wasted money and book somewhere else. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

When i got to the hotel they said I didn't have a reservation and there was no room available. I showed them my reservation but said there was nothing they could do. I ended up at another hotel and paid over $100 more for my stay.

Was not able to check in. No one at desk. No one answered the phone. Teenage boy kept going inside to talk to someone and kept telling us there were no rooms available. No employees ever answered the phone or came out to talk to me. Had to stay somewhere else.

I had a reservation. Went to go check in, was told i did not have a reservation and was told they were full. The guy at the desk was very rude.

Got to the prop and there was a line of people said they had been there for 2 hours or more and no one would come to the window. One guy said he made contact with the owner an hour before and they didn’t have any rooms clean and didn’t know when or if they would. This was at 7pm on a holiday night after traveling 8 hours to get there and there are NO OTHWR ROOMS IN A 50 mile RADIUS AVAILABLE! Had to call hotel.com and request a refund and of course that didn’t process for a couple of days and had to try and get another room which ended up being an hour away from where I needed to be, an hour back the same way I had already came. Not to mention the property is in shambles and is filthy, the guy that was able to make contact said that none of us would have wanted to stay there anyway! It was an absolute nightmare!

The fact that they were overbooked and I didn't have to stay and then I'm going to get my money back it was disgusting creepy and with the 6:00 p.m. check in and 11:00 a.m. check out a rip off but thankfully you overbooked them so I want my money back

This is basically a homeless shelter. Drug use with what appears to be permanent residence people. Literally camps of people in the parking lot blasting music all night. No staff.. they meet you to get your money at check in and then disappear. No safety locks on the doors and roaches everywhere. Dogs barking at each other from room to room and fleas. Disgusting and serious safety issue.

I believe they have “ hourly rentals “ Needles and lots of dog droppings in parking lot. Police there at least 6 times in one week Filthy rooms. Stains on bedding and roaches everywhere.

Absolutely the worst place you can stay in all of Florida. It was so bad, the young girl that had nowhere to stay that I booked it for, left after 3 days. The door doesn't lock properly, there were some sort of pills left in the tissue dispenser that wasn't removed, the kitchen area was caked in grease, the bathroom had mold growing all over it. She sent me pictures of it all and explained why she was leaving, she didn't feel safe or in a clean environment. I reached out to the property to try to get a refund on the rest of the booked stay for these reasons and they will not respond. Stay FAR away. Their "good" reviews must be from the management and fake, there's no way they would receive a good review from an actual traveller. They should be investigated by the health department for not properly cleaning the rooms in between guests - maybe they need a phone call so it is brought to their attention.

The rooms were in very poor condition and there were no towels. I had to ask five time before i finally got clean but stained towels. There was no remote for the tv. The door appeared to have been broken into but fixed and the security latch was missing. I didn't leave the room for fear of my room being broken into while i was gone. Lots of sketchy characters hanging out in front of the hotel who sometimes meet with cars that pull up for very brief exchangs of something.

Less than one star. Very sketchy neighborhood. Suspicious looking people loitering on the property. Run down building. Only sheets, no coverlets on beds. Poorly lit room with no interior access to lobby. Furnishings in bad condition. Saving grace was manager insisted we look at it before he booked us in because he completely understood we didn't belong there.

This has been the worst and insecure place that I have been in my life. Police constantly harassing in the parking lot, asking everyone there for your reason for been there and if I was safe. Super dirty, super destroyed. I checked in and as soon as I got to my room through the stairs (bc there is not elevator neither) I went down and I did my check out. At least the lady in the "reception" was nice and dressed very unprofessional. The worst place 😪

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was absolutely ghetto and not in a fun or quirky way—just dirty, loud, and chaotic. The room smelled like old gas, the furniture was worn and filthy, and I actually saw grey roaches crawling around the bathroom. It felt like something out of a horror movie. There were people arguing and fighting loudly right outside, all night long. I didn’t feel safe for a second. The crowd hanging around seemed high or strung out, and there were definitely crackheads wandering the parking lot. To make matters worse, the manager (a bigger white woman) had a terrible attitude—completely rude and dismissive when I brought up the conditions. She acted like I was bothering her just by asking for help. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT stay here under any circumstance. I left early and wish I never booked in the first place. Save your time and money and stay at Home In up the street.

Never made it in the door. There was a crazy guy screaming at the entrance. Cops even showed up!! Also parking is tight if you have a large vehicle or is towing a trailer barely made a uturn trying to get as far away i could from that place.

They did not honor the prices posted on the website for pets and he tried to charge me 5x the amount. Then told me he cancelled my stay and emailed hotels.com. I called and they had no clue what I was talking about. Hotels.com got me my refund If I would have listened to the desk clerk I would have lost my money as a no show. Shady place
