My wife and I were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful property contact. He showed us how to access the property, enable the elevator, get to the roof top terrace and took our requests for breakfast which was included. He was quick to make recommendations how to access the old town of Lecce. Overall we highly recommend this propert.

The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city. Great location!!!

Très bien situé en dehors de ZTL, parking gratuit au pied de l’immeuble, très bon service, bon confort, super PdJ, bref pas d’hésitation pour y séjourner et découvrir la belle Lecce

Struttura molto bella, camera molto confortevole, materasso e cuscino tra i migliori mai provati. La gestione è famigliare molto professionale e decisamente orientata alla soddisfazione del cliente. La colazione servita sulla terrazza all'ultimo piano include una vasta scelta di prodotti freschissimi e ottimi dolci fatti in casa. Dalla terrazza si può godere di una vista privilegiata del centro di Lecce. La struttura si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e trovandosi in una delle vie principali della città rende facile l'uscita dalla città verso le molte mete nei dintorni. Dall'aeroporto di Brindisi si arriva velocemente, e in zona si parcheggia abbastanza facilmente.

The perfect B&B/ hotel. Gian Lucca and his lovely sisters are a joy! The palazzo is beautiful! Very well located, the breakfast is amazing !!!! enough to skip lunch for sure, filled with lovely homemade treats! And lots of smiles!!!!! This is our second time, we were able to stay in the same room which two bedrooms one on the second floor! Amazing for families! All the amenities you need, always super clean! The level of service is such, that my teenage son left his clothes all over and when we came back everything was folded with such care that it touched us! Enough said, best place to stay in Lecce!

Whilst we only stayed for one night, we were extremely pleased with the accommodation and its location close to the main attractions in Lecce. The hotel is clean, the rooms are bright and spacious especially with the high ceilings that expose the original beams. Our breakfast order was taken at check in which is something neither of us have experienced before and meant we were spoilt for choice with the option of different flavoured pastries, juice, hot drinks and our choice of eggs! We were given quite a large platter of pastries and cakes which we worried was slightly wasteful as we simply couldn’t fit everything in but no complaints on the quality. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

Outstanding service! The bed is extremely firm and on a loft; which makes it not handicapped accessible. The hotel is impeccably clean and secure. I wish it had a luggage holder so I didn’t have to put my suitcase on the floor since it was possible for me to carry my suitcase up to the loft.

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety, local, plenty of food. Room was great, plenty big comfortable. Shower was large, plenty of hot water. Only downside, likely because its an older building, slight bsthroom order. Just keep the door closed. I would absolutely stay again with no hesitation. 10/10. Great location great family run B&B.

Lo que más me gusto fué la comida y las atenciones de los anfitriones que son los dueños directamente del proyecto, especialmente de quien administra, las habitaciones no tienen vista y sólo una ventana interna pero no es tan malo, está fuera de la ciudad amurallada pero cerca de las estaciones y de donde todo sucede, me pareció un poco cara comparado con hospedajes dentro de lo histórico pero el desayuno delicioso y muy abundante que sirve además de la amabilidad de los hermanos lo equilibró!
Lo que más me gusto fué la comida y las atenciones de los anfitriones que son los dueños directamente del proyecto, especialmente de quien administra, las habitaciones no tienen vista y sólo una ventana interna pero no es tan malo, está fuera de la ciudad amurallada pero cerca de las estaciones y de donde todo sucede, me pareció un poco cara comparado con hospedajes dentro de lo histórico pero el desayuno delicioso y muy abundante que sirve además de la amabilidad de los hermanos lo equilibró!

La chambre que nous avions réservée ne correspondait pas à la description : il fallait monter un tout petit escalier pour aller jusqu'à la chambre en mezzanine alors que la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient en bas. Donc pas du tout agréable ni pratique. Heureusement le propriétaire a accepté de nous changer de chambre (une chambre pour 4 avec encore une mezzanine mais un lit en bas).

The hotel is a perfect location for accessing the historic city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, especially preparing the room for our child and providing extra service to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and cool with blackout shutters. Would stay again and highly recommend. The parking is on the street and may be hard to come by depending on the time of day, but this is not a reflection of the hotel, but something to know before going.

Palazzo d’epoca molto carino, la struttura ha gentilmente offerto un upgrade senza costi. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, bagno piccolo e doccia un po’ precaria, letto e cuscini non particolarmente comodi così come l’aria condizionata che avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione in quanto non sprigionava un buon odore.

Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!

My wife and I were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful property contact. He showed us how to access the property, enable the elevator, get to the roof top terrace and took our requests for breakfast which was included. He was quick to make recommendations how to access the old town of Lecce. Overall we highly recommend this propert.

Gina Luca was personable and accommodating for our stay in Lecce! We arrived late due to delayed flights and he stayed up to make sure we got into our room and had everything we needed. The room was spacious and the loft provided extra room for when our daughter was with us. His sister’s breakfast was amazing and tailored to what we liked. She and her team were so nice and the food was Great! We would highly recommend Pallazo Belsante!

The perfect B&B/ hotel. Gian Lucca and his lovely sisters are a joy! The palazzo is beautiful! Very well located, the breakfast is amazing !!!! enough to skip lunch for sure, filled with lovely homemade treats! And lots of smiles!!!!! This is our second time, we were able to stay in the same room which two bedrooms one on the second floor! Amazing for families! All the amenities you need, always super clean! The level of service is such, that my teenage son left his clothes all over and when we came back everything was folded with such care that it touched us! Enough said, best place to stay in Lecce!

We had a wonderful stay with the perfect location just steps away from the old town. Free parking in a nearby side street (Via Pozzuolo) was a great bonus. The room was comfortable, the bed was Ok, and it was clean and air-conditioned, ideal for the warm weather. Our host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We even had a late check- in. Breakfast was a real highlight – we could choose what we wanted each morning: delicious omelet with cheese and ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, Italian ham and cheeses, lemon pie, baguettes, croissants, jam, coffee, and juice. Highly recommended!

This place is within a walking distance from the historical city center of Lecce. The rooms are spacious and with high ceilings. Gianluca was very helpful with giving tips for best Lecce restaurants. His sisters and the team served us with a very good breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning. Next time we will stay more than 1 night for sure....

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety, local, plenty of food. Room was great, plenty big comfortable. Shower was large, plenty of hot water. Only downside, likely because its an older building, slight bsthroom order. Just keep the door closed. I would absolutely stay again with no hesitation. 10/10. Great location great family run B&B.

The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city. Great location!!!
