I booked this Hampton especially for the heated pool since my 3 grandchildren and my daughter would be staying there for the night. The "heated" pool was so cold, no one could swim in it. They ended up staying in the hot tub the whole time. The pool room itself was cold and uncomfortable also. I registered a complaint on the website but haven\'t heard from anyone.

I was not impressed with the room. Our room was dirty. There was icing on our airconditioner, handprint on the head board, when we walked in the room, it stink. I complained and showed the manager that our room is dirty. She asked us if we want to move in different room. I said no because we have competitions we need to go and dont have time to move our things. The bathroom was not so clean. The seat is dirty. The bed is making noise when you lay down. The room needs a retouch. The shower ceiling has cracked. The bed and furniture need a replacement. Carpet was dirty The bathroom was clogged. Thanks to the guy who fixed it for us. The pool and breakfast were good.

Unfortunately the room they gave us reeked of pee. It was SO bad, but who wants to load all of their stuff back up and request a new room at midnight? We told them about the pee stench and the obvious pee stains on the carpet at check out this morning. Most likely dog pee. They said it’s a pet friendly hotel… So gross.

I was in room 103 with jetted tub and it was very dirty I had to clean it myself. There was hair and a ring around the tub from whoever used it beforehand and the shower floor was dirty I had to clean that awesome

The room was not up to par at all. There was a previous guest’s clothes left in a drawer, eyelashes glued to the desk, dust, floor/wall stains, and body hair left in the shower. We did end up doing own cleaning with disinfectant wipes & Lysol. We were a little wary to even stay here because of some of the reviews we read before booking, but sometimes people can be exaggerative and you have to see for yourself. The booking was last minute & the price seemed decent, so we went with it, but it was confirmed that the reviews were spot on for the most point. Do not recommend. Rating 1 out of 5. The sheets appeared changed & clean and the staff was polite. But that’s all we could say positive.

DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY ... oh, & rundown, stained and broken. I have zero idea on how this hotel has such a high rating. They is no way they are real reviews! See photos, these are just a few i grabbed on my way out. Furniture stained and dusty. Behind furniture wrappers & YEARS of dust/dirt, pool area grimy, rusty and very cloudy water. Hallway floors were DISGUSTING, literally more then I can even discribe! So many area of the hotel just smell like weed. Front desk staff was pleasant, but frantic. Appeared to be either ill trained or overworked. I had 2 different non-front desk employees look me strait in the face, within 5-10 feet of me and say 'Good Morning!' and then when I returned the pleasantry, point to an airpod in their ear ... which was just strange. I can honestly say this is possibly a bottom 5 hotel i have EVER stayed in!

We went to an event in Detroit and stayed here. The property was clean however the ceiling in the bathroom looked terrible. It was peeling and needed repair. The gentleman at check out was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The beds were comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but I requested daily housekeeping upon check-in and they never came. The refrigerator fan was noisy and one of the drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed.

The property is located next to a busy highway, so you can hear noise from the cars all night. The property is also in need of a renovation. The room had a weird smell and the overall decor was old and worned. They served the same breakfast both days we were there.

The pillows were soo comfortable, the bed was hard. The upgrades were still in progress so they provided my family with a room were the curtains were too small for the room and light was pouring in at the crack of dawn. I did bring this to the attention of the staff, which nothing was done for toys $143.00 dollar room we check in at 2:00 check out 10:00am, not even 24hrs

Very noisy. Room next to us had music blaring until 11:30pm. Tried to call front desk but they did not answer, so went downstairs and they were there, but apparently do not answer the phones. As expected accommodations but below average staff and clientele.

Worst check-in I've ever had means I won't be back if I can help it. Check-in took over an hour, including the time it took me to get to my first room, which was occupied. I finally got my room and it wasn't the kind I had booked. I can't believe I paid $190 for all of that. Took a half hour (with 10 people in line ahead of me) for the manager to come out and help.

Little confusion when I checked in. They gave me a keycard to an occupied room. Once that got taken care of I was given a nice room if only the toilet hadn't run all night. I told the front desk about it I'm sure it was taken care of. Decent breakfast and good coffee.

Arthur, from the front desk, was wonderful. He would visit guests during breakfast service. Breakfast was exceptional. I stayed 4 nights and the selection changed every day. I had a problem in my room after 8 p.m. and front desk fixed it within 15 minutes. I will return; staff is helpful and friendly.

I stayed during the CrowdStrike fiasco of '24. The reception couldn't find my reservation and people were flooding in at 3am from DTW due to misconnections & canceled flights. The receptionist did everything she could to help us get into a room as people were starting to sleep in the lobby. She said her systems were down too maybe due to people trying to reserve rooms all at once. We got rooms after about 45 minutes later and I overlooked the minor mold and ripped curtains. It was just nice to find a place to rest my head after a long day of travel.

I stayed during the CrowdStrike fiasco of '24. The reception couldn't find my reservation and people were flooding in at 3am from DTW due to misconnections & canceled flights. The receptionist did everything she could to help us get into a room as people were starting to sleep in the lobby. She said her systems were down too maybe due to people trying to reserve rooms all at once. We got rooms after about 45 minutes later and I overlooked the minor mold and ripped curtains. It was just nice to find a place to rest my head after a long day of travel.

Location to both the city and Serani suburbs is great. Lots of ability to explore the local town and restaurants without having to go into Detroit. However, Detroit is only a 25 minute drive away. Hotel itself could use basic maintenance. Carpet is pretty worn and stained so some upgrades could be utilized in common areas. The staff was incredible and so nice. Breakfast options were great too.

The property is located next to a busy highway, so you can hear noise from the cars all night. The property is also in need of a renovation. The room had a weird smell and the overall decor was old and worned. They served the same breakfast both days we were there.

Property was clean. The guy on the front desk was very welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the lounge area was very comfortable with a fireplace. Convenient off 1-75. Stopped here on our way home from Florida.

The check-in person was outstanding. The room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The food was subpar. They had a barking dog in the hall most of the night. I suggest parking behind the hotel, with more parking than in front. Very busy hotel.

We had a room on the 3rd floor very quiet and clean. Staff was amazingly friendly and there for anything we needed with a quickness Pool and Jacuzzi was clean and wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing with cheese omelets, potatoes, sausages, hard boiled eggs and waffles with all the trimmings even whip cream and choclate chips. Not to mention all the other usuals frui, yogurt, bagels, cereal, and miffins. 4 different juices and a coffee bar. Beds were comfy and clean. Will definitely be staying in the future!!

Arthur, from the front desk, was wonderful. He would visit guests during breakfast service. Breakfast was exceptional. I stayed 4 nights and the selection changed every day. I had a problem in my room after 8 p.m. and front desk fixed it within 15 minutes. I will return; staff is helpful and friendly.

I like hampton inn overall but this one was a little dirtier than most of them. Wasnt awful but wasnt great. Breakfast was horrible. Dirty, bananas old, etc...

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. When we came the rooms were clean but they didn’t clean the rooms during our stay (and didn’t ask if we wanted to). One of the rooms had a noisy AC (although we didn’t report it). The other room had a faulty bathroom lock that didn’t work. We asked to fix it, but despite reassurances no one came and it stayed broken through our stay. Complementary breakfast is simple but tasty.

The hotel in the room did not smell, moldy or musky. Everything was tidy and clean. Check-in was easy and breakfast was decent for a hotel. I love you was able to host a lot of our family for a reunion. There was a beautiful patio to smoke and the pool was clean as well.
