Ev charger was great, room was quiet and adequate.

The carts they had for the luggage was broke. My main complaint is the elevator smells like cat urine.

Everything was excellent except the side and pool doors were not working with key cards had to prop them open with something to get back in

I would never stay there again. $300 for two nights. Way over priced. Beds were uncomfortable. Requested a handicap room and was told we can give you a regular main floor room but it will be an upcharge cause it has a microwave and refrigerator. I had to have the keys redone 7 times to get into the room. You couldn’t open back door with your key so it had to be prop open with a rock. People smoke right by the door so you get to walk thru that. Class of people were loud. If I could give the rating I would.

Nice budget option about 25 minutes away from Cedar Point. Thank you for the EV chargers on site! This is a no frills hotel.

Was told the pool was open when calling only to find out it’s not, not even filled. Check in took awhile due to the cards not working in order to open the door. Took 3 trips downstairs to the desk to get it figured out. Upon checking out, I waited while ignored to return the key by 2 employees. They were very short and annoyed. We were very cooperative and nice and the staff made us feel like a piece of garbage. Unacceptable and won’t be staying here again

Destination charger was handy. Nice grassy areas for dog walking and plenty of poobag dispensers. Nice hotel!

Very good option for the price, and in much better condition than a couple motels of the same brand that we have experienced elsewhere. We needed pet friendly, and this was perfect for traveling with a dog. Very friendly and professional front desk person also.

The property was not clean. My family had to moved once because of the room not being clean. We found socks and other personal items still left in the Room. The flooring entering into the bathroom was uncomplete. The sink was outdated and old looking. The sink stopper was on the outside of the sick. If used, you had to place the stoper in the sink yourself. The walls are paper thin you can hear all your neighbors talking and fighting with each other. I will never use a Motel 6 again for me and my family.

You can't really complain for the price. I will say is that definitely could use some updates the bathroom sink was yellow and stained and behind the toilet along the tile baseboard was black mold and the sheets had a lot of stains on them

People sitting in the bed of their truck drinking and being extremely loud all night long. Also had mice droppings in my room

The room smelled of insect spray, the lights did not work in the bathroom, the floor was dirty as well as dead spiders and dirt along baseboards, the plugs were loose and wouldn’t hold anything in them, the blankets were visibly dirty, the whole stairwell reeked of marajuana.

Very clean rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy on and off the interstate. I would stay here again.

This place was gross. Smelled like smoke the second you walked in. The woman working asked us which room we preferred (why? I already picked) and we get in and there’s duct tape all over the floor, hair in the bed, half the lights didn’t work, and spills all over the walls. I complained and asked for a different room. In the second one, at least the bedding was visibly clean, but still, spills and stains all over the walls, burn marks on the floor, and hair and dirt on the edges of the bedside table. Would absolutely recommend paying a bit more somewhere else for a comfortable, clean stay.

People were arguing in the halls @6:30am woke us all up floors were disgusting in the room and junk from last guest was still left in the room oh and bedding was still damp. Get what ya pay for I guess.

I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews, but im glad i did!!!! IT WAS SO CLEAN! From the lobby to my room. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Front desk workers were friendly and hospitable the entire stay. No bugs of any kind! Clean towels. My only 2 complaints - dont get the room right by the elevator, the ding is SO loud - my bed was quite hard which didn't make for a comfortable sleep, I prefer a bit of give to my mattress. Other than that, everything was great! Excellent value and location.

Overall good but too much noise from people inside and yelling in the hallways and room doors slamming.

Not the Rutz, but it's clean and affordable. Rooms are semi modern, but a bit on the small size compared to other Motel 6 properties. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to the Ohio turnpike.

The room is essential, but clean and well laid out. No frills like hair dryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, breakfast in the morning, but the price is very competitive. WiFi worked. The shower head support was broken, but a little duct tape helped me keep the head in the right position, pending repair. On the other hand, the water was abundant, hot and cold, good heating/cooling system, excellent queen-sized mattress. I discovered only the next morning that a Tesla charger was available in the parking lot, which would have come handy with my EV. I will remember to connect next time...

Mattress was 4” thick and felt like you were sleeping on the floor. No fridge or microwave for leftovers and no in room coffee pot for morning. Room was also very small!

It was very cheap, and for what you get, it's well worth it. I didn't see any bugs, or rodents. The bathroom and the floors were all clean. The room is tiny, the bed is very hard, but I didn't care about those things. If you are looking for a cheap, clean place to stay, I very much recommend.

I stayed in one of the single queen rooms and was very impressed. Super clean and all basic needs met. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on but for the price and convenience I could deal with it for a night. Staff was very nice. The area didn’t seem super great but being the busy summer season I did not feel unsafe.

The stay was somewhat what you would expect in a Motel 6. Staff were nice and checked me in and out quickly. The bed was very thin and uncomfortable. The sink barely worked, and sprayed a thin line of water. It looked like somebody took a bite out of the chair and there was a face/lip smudge on the window. There was also a pollution/gas smell from the factory across the street.

I've been staying at Motel 6's for decades & not that long ago it was a great budget & pet friendly option, but now it's very hit or miss. There seems to be little to no standards maintained from one to another which to me is the whole point of a chain, you are supposed to know what to expect. In the case of this location the outside of property was clean & fine & check in was fast & polite. Upon entering the room, it looked fine & it wasn't dirty at all. The real problem was that the hotel was INSANELY LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG and it was horribly uncomfortable in almost every way. All night doors were slamming, people yelling, talking loudly, dogs barking, banging & stomping noises, the heater in the room was so loud & made banging sounds every time it came on, & there was some other cycling humming sound coming from somewhere. Then the room itself was uncomfortable. The bed was awful, pillows were lumpy, sheets like sandpaper, the desk chairs were uncomfortable & rickety the TV was practically on the ceiling making it uncomfortable to look at & even when laying in bed you have to hold your arm far above your head to even change the channel and so much light came into the room around door & window it was like daytime in there. The one pleasant surprise was the impressively large & nice bathtub. Otherwise, I got no sleep & was uncomfortable all night. I don't expect Motel 6 to be fancy, but I'm paying to SLEEP & if I can't do that you've failed as a hotel.

Close to where I needed to be. Room was small, no refrigerator unfortunately and bed was small with hardened gum under mattress cover...also a used bar of soap left in shower

Desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable; Room was clean and I wax able to adjust temperature-really appreciate that!

I booked two rooms and submitted my credit card number in order to hold the rooms. The second room was to be paid by a second traveler. Upon arrival it was learned that my credit card had been debited for both rooms. I was also charged a security deposit of $25 per room to be refunded upon leaving. The rooms were not damaged in any way but the security deposit wasn't refunded. I will be on social media informing others of my experience. That is the last time I will stay at your establishment.

At check in, they told me I didnt have a reservation, it took several minutes to find out that I did. So we get to our room, the bathroom faucet does not work, the bed was a box spring, it didnt have a mattress, and a alarm kept going off. Went to front desk and the night shift clerk said I dont know what to do, the alarm I cant do anything about that. No one has said anything about the faucet. You will just have to speak to the manager in the morning. Spoke with the manager and she acted like she knew nothing about the hotel in general. I asked for a refund, sorry no refunds given. We ended up checking out and lost 304.98 for the second night. Considering they have a NHRA race every year they would want people to come back.

Been coming here for an event the last 8 years and it's gone down hill a ton, The staff acted like everything was an inconvenience.Key cards not working, Dirty rooms, Tub looked like Art the clown took a bath in it. Last time we ever stay here. will miss all the good memories.

I wanted inexpensive, close to the interstate, in a reasonably safe looking location, and this property meet those criteria. The clerks were very pleasant and helpful at check in and check out. The room was clean, though I wish I had not walked barefoot on the wood floor, as it didn't feel clean. The bed was comfortably firm, the AC worked. I appreciated being able to use he ice and vending machines. I was not bothered by the moderate level of road, air conditioner, and hallway noise.

Traveling with small dogs and this hotel was very convenient and welcoming. Across from a factory so not a lot of ambiance, but clean and friendly!

Quiet area of town

The hotel was right off the turnpike. We stayed here during the eclipse and found it to be clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Location for me was great along with the general area.

We wanted a base area to do a variety of things in the Sandusky/Cleveland area, and this was perfect for our needs. The staff was excellent and the room was tidy and comfortable. Everything in Cleveland (A Christmas Story House, the Rock & Hall of Fame, the Haunted House Restaurant) that we wanted to see was an easy drive about an hour away. We couldn’t be more pleased with the value and comfort.

The staff is super-nice!!! And helpful. Rooms are spartan, as expected from Motel 6, but the bathroom had a roomy shower/tub. Nice to have cable, fridge and microwave. Great to relax after a long travel day. Easy check-in, plenty of parking, and lots of restaurants in the area. Locals are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my 4 day business-trip stay!

I took my 8-year-old granddaughter to Cedar Point for the weekend, we have season passes and go quite often. My budget didn't allow us to stay on site this time so we took a chance. It paid off. The staff was really kind, the rooms were very clean. They're a little worn but really did the job for what we needed. They offered coffee and tea in the morning and there are vending machines with food and drinks on site. Everything seemed clean and in good working order. The lobby is very well lit and it seems safe

I was very disappointed after I checked in when the front desk clerk informed me they do not have complimentary breakfast, only coffee. In the add one of the reasons I chose this hotel was free breakfast so I didn’t have to take my kids out. Hotels near by had it and were only $10 more. Also the room was not very clean and had a smoke smell to it in a non smoking hotel

I booked this room the day before, it was nice but I kept finding hair that didn’t belong to me or my family. No horrible smells and conveniently on the first floor. Vending was decent enough and they serve coffee in the morning but best of all… Check out is at NOON!!!

No breakfast

It was very quiet a peaceful. I didn’t like that there was no access to the pool or breakfast like it said on the website but everything went well no complaints.!! Thank you

First night and next morning was good, second was another thing entirely! Took 3 room changes in order to find a working tv, no coffee available for the road when checking out!!
