Beautiful hotel just off the Ohio turnpike. First floor room was extremely private bc of the dark-out shade. Bed was extremely comfortable. Appreciated the noon checkout vs. an 11am checkout. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Loved the patio area with the outdoor fireplace. Definitely staying here again

The hotel was nice and quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was pretty amazing. The only tiny issue was the pool was small and very echoey.. The chlorine was a little bit high.. made our eyes sting..

We stayed here for our cedar point trip on Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The evening shift lady who checked us in was very nice, professional and hardworking. The suites we stayed in was spacious and modern. Rooms are well insulated & quiet. kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The outdoor fireplace was amazing. There is always fresh coffee available in the lobby and dining area. The free continental buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The customer service is awesome! The front desk staff are always in a great mood and willing to help out. Housekeeping is also phenomenal! We would definitely stay here again.

House keeping was the problem. There was a chicken bone and brtles of soda on the floor next to the bed, overfilled and unempty trash cans by the elevator and food vrumbs left for our entire stay in the hallways, obviously ignored by housekeeping staff passing by. Shower mechanism did not 2ork properly, and the escutcheons were losee; all hand soap and conditioner bottles were empty.

The room was stinky smelly dingy and dirty. I had to clean someone else’s puke off the wall behind the door. And the bathroom smelled humid and the room was smelly like water had been sitting. The fridgerator was so loud but the housekeeper was even louder as if he was just vacuuming the hall right outside my door for an hour straight.

We had a room with a king size bed. It was very comfortable and clean. Great shower! Everything seemed up to date and clean. Easy on and off the turnpike. Could hear the traffic but off in the distance. It wasn’t overly noticeable to us. We slept great and the breakfast was wonderful and substantial. There were meat choices, scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, bagels and cereal, with juices and coffee for beverages. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel had the friendliest, happy and helpful staff members that I have ever stayed in. From the front desk employees to the employees at the breakfast, and even the employees cleaning the rooms---just everyone was so nice and acted like they enjoyed their job!! That is important in this day and age. I would definitely go back!!

The check in desk took 25 minutes to resolve a problem the computer had with a single customer - her companion checked in fine. Meanwhile 4 parties waited to be checked in. The clerk told us there would be a new computer system in 3 weeks. You needed a new computer system now and a clerk trained to deal with difficult situations.

I recently stayed at another Holiday Inn Express property in Columbus OH. So i jumped at the opportunity to stay at another because my last experience was amazing. However i quickly learned that not all are equal. I arrived at the property a little before check-in when i arrived there was not one employee in sight. There was a gentleman who was waiting a head of me. He waited for a while before walking outside and waiting a little longer before getting upset and leaving. I then began to call out for help and look around to see if i could find an employee. After waiting over 20 mins 2 employees came walking in from a smoke break. I later learned that 2 employees going on a smoke break together and leaing the front desk unattended was a thing at this hotel. The room was just ok. It was a little dirty i could tell the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was what looked like a drop of blood on the pillow case. This hotel is NOTHING like the one in Columbus and to think this location had better reviews than the other Holiday inn express in the area. I will not be back. The breakfast in the morning is ok. They do a god job with cleaning that area. I didnt use the pool or the outside are ..

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. Her name was Amy. However, we stayed two nights and they did not clean the room overnight. We had overflowing garbage and had to empty it ourselves. Then because of no cleaning service we had no towels so we had to reuse towels. All of this was very inconvenient and lent for an unsatisfactory experience.

The hotel was clean, close to the highway, with friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious with microwave & fridge. Breakfast was standard relatively tasteless fare, coffee was good!

Property has a good location. Breakfast is a joke if you get there in the last hour, they do not restock it. No room cleaning service for half the nights we were there. Staff was friendly, but stressed. Seems like they have a nice facility but have a hard time running it smoothly.

We stayed here for our cedar point trip on Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The evening shift lady who checked us in was very nice, professional and hardworking. The suites we stayed in was spacious and modern. Rooms are well insulated & quiet. kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The outdoor fireplace was amazing. There is always fresh coffee available in the lobby and dining area. The free continental buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The customer service is awesome! The front desk staff are always in a great mood and willing to help out. Housekeeping is also phenomenal! We would definitely stay here again.

I reserved a king bed - upon arrival I was told that a king bed was not available there were none left. I was told that she had two queens. But upon further looking, she didn’t even have two queens. I asked her what she did have because we reserved a King and that’s what I wanted. She finally found two queens, which is what we got, but I was not happy with the service or her attitude. If you want to know who it was, we checked in Saturday night September 5 she was the front desk clerk. I also mentioned I am a IHG member. No acknowledgment from her on this very disappointed in my overall service.!!!! will not stay at this Holiday Inn again!!!

Upon opening our room, there was a terrible smell of dirty rotten mop. We immediately notice the entry floor and the bathroom floor were extremely sticky. We thought it had been a spillage of soda or other sugary drink. We took a wash cloth to try to clean the floor. To our surprise, the wash-cloth turned black in dirt. Then we realized that the floor had been mopped with filthy water and a stinky mop head. Then we realized that there was no coffee in the rooms. The sign said to go to the lobby to get coffee. What the heck!... terrible experience.
