Best part : Price, Location Worst part : Everything else. Felt very unsafe, staff are not aware of what is happening, gave keys to wrong room, which was occupied by other people and we had an awkward encounter in Thier room when they were staying. No lift services and doors can be easily opened from outside.

Room larger than expected. Reasonably quiet. Own bathroom a bonus given the price. Walkable to centre. Lots of free street parking. Could have done with more pillows and room too warm but apart from that, excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Can't fault the property as it was clean and comfortable and not too far from the city center. The power wasn't on in our room when we got there but it was all sorted within 10 minutes. The only let down was that there was no parking even though it said on the site that there was. Had to leave our car on a side street and wasnt sure how safe the surrounding area was.

We stayed for the night and it was really convenient and cheap so is very optimal if you are here for an event or just a day as transport was close by and parking on road was free to use. Probably wouldn't stay for any longer however as could do with room renovations/ property upgrades to make it more of a cosy stay.

Mold on the sheet and on the windows had to get room changed which wasn't exactly better but had to deal with it. Wouldn't go back to that hotel

Poor quality for £200 for 1 night! Staff very nice. Stairs carpet filthy and smelly. Room very clean but very basic.

A very clean and tidy property. Check in was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Property on the 59 Bus Route with stops practically on the doorstep. Lots of different cuisines and dining options only a short walk away. A happy visit - thank you.

I could barely tell it was a hotel, bad signage. Room was filthy and full of fruit flies. The halls smelled so dusty and gross.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Stay Conditions I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment during my recent stay. Firstly, we were left waiting outside in the rain for five minutes before being allowed into the building. This was after ringing the bell and multiple phone calls. This is unacceptable and showed a lack of basic courtesy and preparedness. Upon entering our room, it quickly became apparent that the facilities were far below standard. One of the blinds was mid-repair and unusable, while the television was in such poor condition it clearly required replacement. The condition of the room was frankly disappointing. Most distressingly, when we returned to our room at midnight, we discovered that the ceiling was actively leaking water into the bedroom and onto our personal belongings. Now gone midnight we had to pack up our stuff and move to a smaller room. This is completely unacceptable in any circumstance. The overall experience was not only frustrating but also disruptive and unacceptable. I expect a full investigation into these issues and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused.

Me and my sister stayed here when we went to watch kylie, we were very plesantly surprised at the room for how much it cost and considering the events that were taking place. Clean, comfy beds and tea/coffee/kettle. We will 💯 be going back

It was alright for a couple night but any longer would of rathered pay for a different hotel the room it self had many issues such as the wardrobe tilting, the curtains not opening as they were broken, the switch to the bathroom light was coming off the wall, the lack of décor it was a plan white room with 3 paintings, no matt for the bathroom floor, only one pillow each, the shower had very little water pressure and it was either too hot or too cold, the radiator in the room never turned on and u only got a little heater for the whole room, the way to the room was confusing and was like a maze, no hand towels, the toilet seat was falling off, the bed sheets didn't look very clean, and when they did come to do room service the only shut the windows which were hard to open as they are so high and moved the heater, they didn't change the bedding or make the bed no clean towels and they didn't dry the bathroom floor. Overall there were alot of disappointing things with the room it self, but it is a alright option if your only staying a short period of time and aren't planing to stay in the hotel room for very long.

The room had an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there were burn mark on the window sill. Worse still, the sheets were stained yellow with it. It was too hot to need them anyway, only ventilation being a small window on to a busy road. Very noisy. People staying upstairs were active all night, playing TV loud and walking back and forth, think they may be permanent residents. There wasn’t any lamp so and the bedside table had phone numbers scratched into the laminate. The light switch to the bathroom was hanging off, I dared not even touch it for fear of electric shock, and it was clear holes had been punched into the bathroom door at some point, and patches of wood had been glued over the holes. Also there was no soap in the bathroom. Cheap stay, but offered no comfort, and honestly felt gross. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere better.

There was a problem with the wifi in the hotel. But I truly appreciate the staff at the reception gave me his own mobile hotspots.

Last minute option after being let down by another hotel. The service was good from helpful receptionists, but the building and rooms are a little dated and in need of some tlc. That said, it was better than paying the ridiculous prices of some of the other hotels in the city.

Parkview’s rooms are of a good standard and access to them is good. The hotel is on a bus route from Manchester to Oldham, providing additional convenience. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

When i first showed up i was greeted rudely. My carer was with me and my partner as they help me get dressed and eat aswell as helping with my mobility aids as i switch between my rollator and wheelchair depending on my mobility and was there for gay pride with my fiance so i explained my carer will be here in the morning for an hpur and for an hour at night before getting a taxi home to help me get ready for bed. They accused me on more than one occasion of trying to let my carer stay in the room illegally which i explained several times was not the case. They stopped me while i was clearly in pain and struggling with my mobility aid multiple times just to ask the same questions over and over. They kept coming up to the room asking when my carer was leaving every 5 minutes from when my carer gets to the hotel in the morning and when i come back at night. I was half naked getting changed when they knocked on another time and they refused to leave even when i screamed that i was half naked and needed him to leave he did not and my partner had to explain the carer situation again cos they insisted in coming in cleaning and when we said no cos i was half naked and that he needed to leave he asked again when my carer was leaving. He then denied doing this later to my face. This happened on both friday and Saturday. I heard groups of 10-30 adults and children downstairs in one room being loud with extremely loud music. On top of this there was a gap in the room door. Etc

It was a great stay. Manager Mani was really helpful. Will stay here anytime I'm in Manchester

Very good room and staff at reception were extremely helpful. I would recommend a stay here.

First, many things in the room need to be fixed. There is also no liquid soap to wash hands. When I asked, the treatment was very bad so I don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all

Really good place to stay not too expensive either just the area it’s in is a bit dodgy which was a worry and a lot of sirens going off all night along the street but the place was clean and the staff was nice enough to let us use their printer

Did the job for getting our head down on a busy weekend. About 20 minute walk from town.

Good budget private room. Good mattress, warm water, good windows, television with fast internet. Friendly staff. A bit far from the center of Manchester by foot, but there is a bus stop at the door.
