We reserved the Junior Suite on Hotels.com which stated two queen beds with a pull out couch. We checked in and the room they gave us had no pull out. They tried to charge us more stating that the Junior Suite on their website doesn't include a pull out couch bed. We were finally given a new room with a pull out couch and eventually tried to pull it out to make the bed and the couch bed was broken and the worker who came to the room couldn't fix it. We were unable to use the bed. We brought up the issue at checkout and the front desk spoke with the "manager" and they informed us that we could not get a discount even though we paid for the pull out couch and couldn't use. My husband stated his displeasure to the front desk worker who replied "Oh well". We enjoyed the hotel in the past but will look at different venue in the future. Front desk workers who were helpful and friendly were Jamie and Raven.
