Americas Best Value Inn Ocean Shores

Very clean room. No coffee maker. No wash cloths. Overall,nice place to stay.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast room had the was also clean and offered the usual continental fare. Completely satisfactory.

I had a great nights sleep and the TV remote worked. Everything was clean and functional.

We checked in at 4 and received our keys to the room. We left for the evening around 8p to do some star gazing with our telescope (the reason we went on the trip). When we returned my teenage son noticed a bag hidden under the door mat that contained 2 room keys. I assumed this was a previous occupant possibly leaving out keys for a family member to access the room. I assured my family the keys would have been reset between new occupancy. However when we tried the keys they did open and provide access to the room. We did not request any additional keys and this situation concerned my family enough that they did not feel comfortable spending the night. It was too late in the evening and the office was closed so we were not able to report the concern. We ended up ending our trip early and driving back home that night. I tried to call to check out and no one answered. I left a message and have not heard back.

We were very happy with our room and it was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We will stay again soon.
