I mainly chose this hotel because it was advertised as having a top rated breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to run from six until 10. My Wife and I showed up at 9:40 AM. They were out of many of the main buffet items so I patiently waited for a refill. After about 10 minutes, I asked when more food was coming and I was told there wasn’t any because it ends at 10 o’clock. I reflected that breakfast ending at 10 o’clock leads me to believe I can still get it until 10 o’clock and that My Wife and I have been there waiting and that at least 8 to 10 other customers had arrived after us. To be clear, it was never advertised that the top rated breakfast for a dozen customers would consist of whatever scraps they deemed to have left over No, I wouldn’t normally complain, but I didn’t describe this as a top rated breakfast, they did… I guess it was a self evaluation Would this have been resolvable? of course, but when the front desk phoned the manager to address, my complaint, management never bothered to phone back in the 2 1/2 hours that I was still at the hotel. Anyway, at the best Western down the road, the breakfast is much higher quality and they continue to serve it until the end time comes. They aren’t cheap and pathetic like this hotel.

We had a short stay and all made a quick trip comfortable. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Best of all was the front staff. Friendly and very helpful. Surely recommend this hotel
