This hotel with a restaurant inside, is the first one, in our years of travel around the world, without staff or at least a receptionist, until 4 p.m. daily. Fortunately, we arrived after this hour. We were badly surprised when we found out that the restaurant would not open for breakfast or lunch. The receptionist was helpful to let us know that we could order in the evening some "take out and go" to eat at breakfast, in our room. No list of other restaurants in the area was provided. The parking lot across the street is not enough big to find a free spot at any time, you should park on the street if you are lucky to find a spot there or give the key of your car to the valet who knows some other places around the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the receptionist helped us to carry the luggage as the hotel does not have an elevator. The room had the microwave on a very small table under the TV set and one unnecessary adaptor/transformer left on the floor. We had to turn off the super noisy A/C unit installed under one of the windows to be able to sleep during the night. The advantage of this hotel was just the proximity to Boston Logan Airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helped with late checking in. The area is good for walking and is oceanfront. It is close to airport but about 20-30min drive from downtown . The parking was easy, free and right next to hotel. The following amenities were not available but listed on the Orbitz property description: no WiFi connection or access listed in the room or check in papers, no breakfast was available. Overall, it was a good stay.

Live in maine and I travel to the UK few times a year to see family. Usually stay much closer to Logan, but everything was booked or very expensive Over all good decision. My room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Had dinner with a friend and the food was good and not expensive. Area is nice had a nice walk around this morning Although the hotel is a little dated and could do with a bit of tlc it was nice and clean My only negative comment would be the hotel amenities list on here are definitely not accurate. Parking was 20 feet fr9m the front door. Of course, it was November! The hotel staff is wonderful. Two staffers sat on the lobby couch in the morning and provided local knowledge and tips on getting into Boston without using my car. The restaurant food is top notch. Seems like the whole town comes to dinner each night.

This is a really cute hotel in outskirts of Boston. Getting there from out of state is a task. Traffic is horrendous. Parking at the hotel was really good until the night before our exit. We had to request help from the valet. The parking area is close enough, but was being pressure washed the 2nd day we were there, they got mud all over my freshly washed car, we were headed to a wedding. The room was surface clean, but could use a once a month of dusting and cleaning the blinds. Our sink was clogged, and wouldn’t go down easily. There’s construction on the 3rd floor, it was noisy at 8am. I understand progress, but let me as a consumer choose if I want to be up on my day off at 8. There were only 2 light bulbs in the bathroom vanity, easy fus fix. I read that in another person’s review- assumed that would have been addressed. Maybe we were in different rooms. No wash cloths the first day, and no one in sight until the restaurant opens. We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant. The clam chowder was really delicious and our server was nice. The area is really nice and you can walk the paved path along the ocean. If you appreciate the ocean you can find some nice shells along the rocky beach. The ocean smell In Massachusetts is different than that of the south. Much stronger. Overall, our stay went well, the hotel was pretty, and not near Logan’s immediate congestion once you get there. It’s about an hour and ten minutes from Kittery, Maine. It was a beautiful drive

Great stay overall. Room was nice, but could use a microwave! Also no elevator, but we were aware of this in advance, but still presented a challenge when traveling with the family and a decent amount of luggage to bring in. Love the restaurant, food was delicious, great craft brews to choose from, and the staff was great. However parking was very limited in the evenings due the restaurant. Even with the a parking pass, the facility used its small parking lot for valet parking for guests coming to eat at the restaurant, so keep this in mind if you plan on going out in the evening, you will very likely have to park a block or two away and walk back to the hotel.

We only stayed one night. The room was cold and as there are no staff after a certain time, we were unable to ask about heating. The hotel seemed very nice and a longer stay would have been nice. Beware there is no lift to the rooms upstairs.
