My flight was cancelled because there was a heavy rain and the hotel did not honor us to get reimbursed for our purchase. There were other several airlines that the flight was also cancelled. They closed the airport and they knew about it but still did not help us at all.

Loved the hotel, the free buffet was great. All the personal was very attentive. Rooms very spacious, and there are many amenities for the whole family.
