Hotel Landmark Residency

The staff were not friendly and supportive. Laundry service not offered. Room service after requesting also not provided on time. I paid for breakfast and there were no much options available

My parents stayed there and had only good reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and the hotel was also very close to Natrah shopping market which my mom hust lived!

We stayed in room 404 and the card reader to get into the room did not work. The staff had to accompany us with room keys to open the door which was an inconvenience. Hence the overall stay turned out to be poor as we had to wait for the staff.

Bad

I did not stay one night at this hotel. It was terrible! There was no front entrance door, the checkin counter was completely exposed to the outside. The room was filthy! Closet wouldn’t close! Bathroom was extremely unclean! I ended up leaving within one hour of checkin and went to another hotel. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing. It doesn’t live up to standards at all. Do NOT stay at this hotel.
