Hotel las Palomas Nuevo Vallarta

The rooms were clean, the pool was amazing and the staff were some of the nicest people I've met.

Cuando llegue la piscina estaba en mantenimiento lo cual no menciona en la pagina, las habitaciones tiene poco o nulo internet, el restaurante solo atiende desayuno y lo mas cercano para comer está a 6 km. Lo bueno es que está lejos del bullicio de la ciudad es muy tranquilo y relajante.

No servía el elevador

No dice que está en remodelación y no tenía disponible la piscina

Room was very basic. No plugs beside the bed, so the bedside lamps were just for decoration; not operational. Light by the door did not turn off all night. Room was bare, no art or colour. Pool was cold. Breakfast was very limited and not very good.

El servicio del personal del lobby siempre de primera, la limpieza de habitaciónes y áreas comunes muy muy bien Áreas de oportunidad, mejorar el aspecto de los alimentos en el desayuno muy buen sazón, pero falta poco de orden y lo que urge es que reparen el elevador, viejo y le urge un mantenimiento a profundidad. Nos quedamos atorados en un piso y no tiene intercomunicador, ni funciona la alarma. Hasta que no llamaron al elevador en PB no se movió.

Room was clean and got cleaned every day. There is a nice pool. They even have exercise equipment near the pool. Personnel very friendly. Reception speaks a bit of English and was very helpful. Experience was enjoyable. Only thing missing was a refrigerator or mini bar everything else was very good.

El personal muy amable y las instalaciones ok. El único inconveniente fue que estaban reconstruyendo la alberca, ( este fue uno de los motivos de selección), entiendo que es una mejora, mi comentario es que cuando esté algo fuera de servicio por bastante tiempo, indicarlo que no se cuenta con el servicio

En dos ocaciones no hicieron el servicio del cuarté, dizque porque estaban escasos de personal.

Breakfast was good but they need to change it up a bit. Staff was friendly but they didn’t seem to care if you were happy or not. Our friends had to change rooms due to moldy surfaces and poor drainage in the bathroom, their room was very humid and their bed felt wet to sleep at night. Location is hidden behind two car dealerships and is not close to the beach. The pool water was cold and they closed it early everyday at 9pm. Another unusual thing was that they only gave us one hotel key during our stay and everyday we had to bring it in to reception for it to work again… it was something to do with security reasons. My family will never be staying at this hotel again, the pictures are nice but very deceiving. One of the nights we came back to the room and there were blood stains on the sheets of the bed. If you are a cleaner there how do you let that slide? Also we had to ask for clean towels two of the nine nights we stayed there. If you are going to Puerto Vallarta for a vacation this is NOT the destination to stay at. Pay the extra money for a better location next to the beach, you will save money in the long run.

No fumigaron y había cucarachas en el baño y en el cuarto además no servían los conectores de luz no limpiaban diario y cuando limpiaron dejaron cabellos encima de el jabón de tocador muy mal servicio. En esos temas de limpieza y fumigación además esos días no me dejaron las Aguas que me tocaban x dia

I don't internet access on my room

This property is good for a budget hotel. Breakfast was very good every day. The pool needs a new liner, the outdoor bathroom sink is full of dust/dirt. The rooms are sparse but ok. No dtesser, no headboards, only hanging space in the bathroom, so you’re living out of a suitcase. The shower tacks are not clean. But…if you’re ok going in knowing these things you’ll be ok. You need to Uber/Taxi everywhere from here.

El cuarto y el baño tenían muy mal olor

No mini fridge, no phones, no safe. Not near any shopping and e erywhere u went, u had to get a taxi. The resort was older and the swipe cards had to b reactivated at least 3 times a day. 1-2 days but no more for this resort

The pool was the best part. Not much privacy in the rooms. They only offered one key making it difficult for family sharing the room.

Need an outlet in the bathroom and at least a little storage for clothes. Also it would have been nice to have hand towels.

Habitación : la limpieza de la habitación ya que cuando trapearon se quedó el olor a trapeador , pedí dos toallas extras por qué éramos 4 personas y nos dejaron 2 me las dieron pero después se las llevaron para cambiármelas por Qie estaban sucias y ya no me Las devolvieron me dejaron con 1 toalla para las 4 personas Personal : recepción muy amables mis respetos Personal de comedor: muy despotas y mal humorados Servicio : íbamos 4 personas , dos adultos un bebé y un niño , llevaba aquipaje de las 4 personas la cuna viajera de mi bebé carreola portabebe y NO FUNCIONABA EL ELEVADOR …. En plena temporada alta y nos tocó piso 4 eso fue un verdadero peregrinaje por favor atiendan eso sufrimos mucho la estancia por eso Comedor : 13 mesas para todo el hotel y 3 horas para desayunar , fue todo una odisea desayuno un día optamos por salirnos a buscar por qie se junta demasiada gente

Formal complaint-Re: Receptonist Marriana I arrived at your property on Sunday, October 26th at approximately 10:00 a.m. I work regularly in Nuevo Vallarta and was considering a two-week stay, so I stopped by to inquire directly about rates or promotions before booking online. As an Expedia Gold Member, I had already confirmed that rooms were available and that I was eligible for my membership discount. At the front desk, I spoke with Marianna, who provided an extensive sales pitch for an “early check-in” fee of 400 pesos. She emphasized that paying for this option would be better and allow me to relax and shower, repeatedly insisting it was the best choice. I politely declined, explaining that I planned to spend the day in Bucerías and would return later. When I returned around 1:45 p.m., Marianna told me that because I had declined the early check-in, my room would not be available until 3:00 p.m. I accepted this and simply requested to wait by the pool. Notably, the hotel appeared nearly empty—I only saw one family during my stay. I stayed one night and spoke with Gustavo, the manager, the next morning to express my concern that Marianna had requested cash and had misrepresented the hotel’s occupancy to pressure me into paying an unnecessary fee. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and misled. While I enjoyed the property itself, this experience with the front desk staff left a very negative impression, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel.

El elevador se quedaba atorado en el piso en el que me estaba hospedando, le falta mantenimiento. En el área de la alberca no tenían camastros porque justo los habían mandado a reparar, cosa que no nos avisaron con anterioridad. El servicio de limpieza fue ineficiente, nunca dejaban las toallas necesarias en la habitación y cuando solicitábamos las toallas faltantes, comentaban que justo no tenía las suficientes porque no les había llegado la lavandería, pasaba lo mismo con las toallas de alberca, casi nunca tenían limpias porque justo se habían mandado a lavar todas, entonces ya fueron varias irregularidades que nos comentaban que justo habían reparado o mandado a hacer un servicio. El servicio al huésped fue bastante agradable por parte de la recepcionista, siempre buscaba una alternativa para ayudar al huésped, cosa que no pasaba con el recepcionista de la tarde y solo te daba una respuesta seca sin brindarnos una solución.

Excelente hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas, el desayuno exquisito y el personal muy amable.

Las personas de recepción fueron fantásticas, en verdad que nos hicieron sentir en familia.

Horrible experiencia, desde que llegamos la chica de recepción con una actitud pésima, la habitación nos la entregaron sucias las camas llenas de pelos sin toallas en la habitación,

Property is driving distance to the town of Bucerías. We rented a vehicle, so we were able to move around with no problem. The hotel had what we needed A/C, good bed and good bathroom. Very clean facilities. The breakfast was just okay. Coffee was not good at all. This was a spur of the moment trip and this hotel fit our budget.

Very nice hotel. Especially for the price. Kind of out on its own, kind of in a commercial area. But quick uber ride to bucerias.

The wifi did not work properly in the rooms. And no place to eat dinner close by. Only a restaurant thats a 15 minutes walk.

Stayed a week and enjoyed hotel and pool , 10 min taxi ride everywhere , no restaurant or bar on grounds

Some employees very good like Adam the others not so good. They should do better on breakfast like charges to the room if customers lost tickets etc
