The hotel was cozy and beautiful. Very comfortable beds and the courtyard so tranquil. The mornings were so relaxing and the coffee and pastries were of excellent quality. Very friendly staff, so helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely return someday.

We came on a 5 day trip to NY and chose the Broome because of location and good reviews. It turned out that location is indeed amazing (right in the center of SoHo) but the hotel was a big miss versus expectations. we were given a room with a very small window facing a courtyard , on the 2nd floor. We had no light at all in the room. The carpets were dirty, in the room and corridor, which for a hotel of this price is simply not acceptable. The bed sheets were not changed during the whole stay, despite our ask to have them changed). Finally, in the pictures the hotel features a lovely courtyard, with flowers and a private bar. Nothing of that actually was available, given the hotel was renovating. That is fine, but not when you pay $4k for 5 nights stay. It’s simply not worth the money.

Hotel was really nice. Great location and super cute and nice little cafe inside for breakfast. Reception very helpful and prompt. Rooms were nice, comfy beds and even some free snacks. TV’s in room could be bigger and showerhead broke when first used but was promptly fixed. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful, and it was nice that they left us some snacks and a welcome. The hotel was very cute and clean. The rooms are small, but the queen room was totally functional and roomy enough for two people. Would have been nice to have a small mini fridge. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus, and location was perfect. Could hear music until 10 pm when the wine bar is open, but after that it was perfectly quiet - couldn’t hear any street noise. Lovely hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

This boutique hotel was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway in SoHo. The beautiful courtyard is stunning- we didn't get to eat in the cafe due to renovations but we were given breakfast vouchers to eat at Citizen which did not disappoint. Would highly recommended and hope to return soon to enjoy this exquisite hotel in the warm weather!

The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was convenient. Not a ton of options but comfortable and adequate. The rooms are nice , except our carpet was spotted and dirty. It’s a light colored carpet…maybe not a great choice…but it was not pleasant. The hotel is quiet but still in a good location.

Excellent and safe location! The breakfast was delicious and the room amenities (Evian, trail mix, and chocolates) were a nice touch. This is a small boutique hotel with great character and was very clean. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again!

This was my second stay at the Broome. The rooms are very stylish, and mostly quiet. I had a torn bedsheet on my bed, which seemed odd, and not up to the standards of the place. Breakfast was much better on one morning than the other, which was also a bit odd. Otherwise, a great stay. Very convenient for Soho shopping and other delights of NYC.

If you’re planning on visiting New York for the first time, you can’t go wrong with staying here. Our room was really nice, clean, comfy, and well kept. The staff were friendly and had the room ready earlier than the initial check in. Would definitely stay here again for future trips.

Very comfortable, quiet place to stay and relax in a fun, high energy, hip area. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard is beautiful. The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help with transportation, restaurant recommendations, Central Park walks, etc. I will definitely stay here again when I return to NYC.

we loved the Broome Nyc! It was cozy, private and clean and the service was outstanding! Location is perfect! close to great shops and restaurants! Its in our plans to stay at this hotel when we return to NY

The Broome is perfectly located, the entire staff was most helpful, the included breakfast was surprisingly superb. My room was a good size for NYC. I will definitely be returning!

The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was convenient. Not a ton of options but comfortable and adequate. The rooms are nice , except our carpet was spotted and dirty. It’s a light colored carpet…maybe not a great choice…but it was not pleasant. The hotel is quiet but still in a good location.

This boutique hotel was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway in SoHo. The beautiful courtyard is stunning- we didn't get to eat in the cafe due to renovations but we were given breakfast vouchers to eat at Citizen which did not disappoint. Would highly recommended and hope to return soon to enjoy this exquisite hotel in the warm weather!

Breakfast exceeded expectations, with healthy options, eggs, beautiful yogurt artesian granola with fresh berries parfait and espresso drinks included, made to order. Also available up to 10am which is later than many places. Great air conditioning, quaint, quiet, and in a lovely neighbourhood of the city with a local vibe. On our particular arrival, we could start exploring while our bags were left at the Broome and transported to our room, which was ready for check in two hours early! Prompt and helpful correspondence with Jordan and front desk staff. Excellent gem to stay in Soho.

Pros: Excellent, trendy location Euro vibes Rooms are small but not uncomfortably tiny like a lot of NYC hotel rooms Rooms are clean, have good storage, beds are comfy, and they are QUIET Front desk staff very helpful Breakfasts are delicious Dinners at the restaurant, while not included in price, are excellent Cons: Beige carpeting in rooms Restaurant staff is inconsistent and seems undertrained Without the A/C on, the room started to smell a bit musty/damp Overall--great value. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
