They could have offered some more clarity around which parking lots we were allowed to park in since there is no signage and limited parking which was almost full. Room was quite humid and could have benefited from a dehumidifier

Fint værelse, havde dog kun en enkelt overnatning for at være tæt på Königsee (som absolut er et must når man er i området) - god morgenmad med masser af udvalg og skøn udsigt til floden mens man spiste. Hyggelig Biergarden, hvor man evt kan spise aftensmad eller bare få noget at drikke. Pænt, rent og god beliggenhed, at køre ud fra til det smukke område.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass ein schwarzes Haar bei uns im frischen Bett lag und ein paar Staubflocken unter dem Bett, was für uns nicht weiter dramatisch war. Der Schrank war für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht so gut, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Wir hätten im Schrank mehr Ablagefläche benötigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

The view is amazing. Many walkable places to eat. Most of the places I visited only accepts cash. Staff was very friendly. The room I stayed was very good for the price. Only bad thing about the rooms is that they don’t have A/C. Had to keep the windows open and then you hear everything on the outside.

Mooi hotel voor een tussenstop richting Oostenrijk. Parkeren bij het hotel ging probleemloos. De kamer was ruim met fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. De bedden waren groot en lagen voortreffelijk. Ook over een extra kussen werd niet moeilijk gedaan. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en vers. De wifi moeten we het maar niet over hebben, dat staat nogal haaks op de overige ervaringen.

Loved our stay here! When we arrived Sam, at the front desk, helped us get settled straight away. The hotel is directly across the street from the train station but you cannot hear trains pass. We got a room over looking the river which was very relaxing. The breakfast, which was included, was great!

The young man named Sam who works the front desk is the best. He recommended an area to walk along the river and forest that was awesome. Then he helped me out with a phone charger situation. Usually never get this type of customer service from a front desk.

I loved staying at Hotel Schwabenwirt! The staff gets an A for helpfulness! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but one of the receptionists felt like a friend by the time we left, as she had helped us multiple times throughout our stay in addition to check in and check out. Breakfast being included was convenient and helpful for keeping costs down and getting going with our activities earlier in the day than if we had to go find somewhere to eat breakfast. We highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Berchtesgaden without a car and relying on public transportation, as it is right across the street from the train and bus station. Our only qualm was that our room faced the street, and the noise was loud until things calmed down late at night, especially since we had the window open pretty much constantly to regulate the temperature.

Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station.

Gutes Hotel direkt am HBF und ZOB . Optimal für Ausflüge. Das historische Zentrum liegt ca 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Allerdings geht es sehr steil hoch. Man kann aber bequem einen Bus nehmen.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, der Bahnhof ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.

The hotel provided a transit card allowing free use of all busses, which allows access to all the local attractions. Hôtel à l’environnement très bruyant face à une route excessivement passagère. Avec un niveau de prix assez élevé, nous aurions a minima trouver une bouteille d’eau avec les 4 verres posés sur une table. Même pas un petit bonjour le matin au petit déjeuner, c’est déplorable ! Certains hôtes vantent leur restaurant où on est accueilli comme si on dérangeait… On nous a collé dans un coin de la terrasse sans lumière… Nous n’avons même pas pu manger de dessert, on ne voyait même pas nos assiettes. Seul point positif , c’est en face de la gare quand on veut se balader !

The breakfast was the best! Plenty of food. The best scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and bread. Raspberry jam as well. Room is spacious. So convenient to catch a bus or train. Do it!

The breakfast buffet was limited compared to other hotels in Germany. It was noisy and quite hot as the windows only open a little bit at the top, which is usual for Germany, but right in town I think AC is needed. I did ask for a fan and they delivered one so that did help.
