Excelente ubicación , los cuartos muy limpios y comldos , desayuno súper rico , si tienen problemas de movilidad avisen para que les den un cuarto en planta baja , nuestro cuarto estaba en un tercer piso y no hay elevador La recepción del hotel es en otro lugar , fue un poquito difícil de localizar

Hotel super bem localizado em Veneza, passeamos muito a pé. Café da manhã bem gostoso, funcionários excelentes. Atenção apenas para que é um "anexo" do hotel santa marina (onde fica a recepção e café da manhã), mas é no mesmo quarteirão. Parte ruim é que tem muita escada e sem elevador (nesse anexo do Ca marinela). Para nós não foi um problema.

The room was beautiful. The only issue I had was that the property doesn’t have an elevator However they do have Bellmen so they helped placed our luggage in the rooms

The checkin and all happens at the other sister hotel, for the first time we had a hard time finding Ca Marinella. Other than that, the room was nice and the AC worked. There were tons of mirrors in the rooms, the bed was a little hard on the back and the most interesting part was the key to the room was this big huge brass key that weighed a ton, so we dropped off at the main hotel every time we left the rooms, because we didn’t want carry that big key around

Hotel muito bom, o quarto espaçoso, todo reformado, banheiro maravilhoso! Café da manhã espetacular, com muitas opções, além de panquecas deliciosas e ovos que podem ser preparados na hora. A recepção e o restaurante ficam em um prédio e os quartos no outro lado da praça, mas isso não é nenhum problema, os funcionários auxiliam com as malas no checkin, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. Ótima localização, próxima da ponte Rialto (menos de 10 minutos de caminhada).

Ca' Marinella è situata in una piazzetta molto tranquilla e costeggia un canale. Abbiamo apprezzato il passaggio delle gondole proprio davanti alla nostra finestra! La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Il personale professionale e cordiale. Menzione d'onore alla colazione sia per la varietà e la qualità dell'offerta che per il servizio. Viene indicato che il check in e la colazione non sono nella stessa location ma in realtà basta uscire e girare l'angolo, il disagio è minimo.

Premetto che questa struttura fa parte dell’hotel Santa Marina, non ho ben capito se si dovesse trovare all’esterno dell’hotel, in un edificio separato, ma noi siamo stati sistemati all’interno di suddetto hotel (cosa che non mi è piaciuta dal momento che non ne eravamo stati avvertiti). La stanza dunque non era come quella presentata nelle immagini. Nonostante fosse molto spaziosa era abbastanza datata e le 3 finestre presenti erano tutte rivolte addosso ad un muro. La pulizia della stanza ci è sembrata buona, fino a quando non abbiamo trovato dei capelli in doccia (vogliamo pensare in una svista, dal momento che il resto era molto pulito). Un’altra pecca della stanza è che non è per niente insonorizzata. Alla mattina si sentono gli addetti alle pulizie (per niente silenziosi) già dalle 7. Colazione buona. Il signore che ci ha accolti sembrava avesse avuto una brutta giornata, poco accogliente. Peccato perché lo staff notturno e quello della mattina seguente sono stati molto cordiali. Insomma..sembra un 3 stelle più che un 4. Mi sarebbe piaciuto soggiornare nella struttura che avevo prenotato, o comunque che mi fosse chiesto se mi sarebbe andata bene la camera assegnatami.

A estadia foi ótima. O unico inconveniente foram as escadas , subir com 5 malas nao foi uma tarefa fácil. O cafe da manha era servido no Hotel Santa Marina e estava uma delícia, perfeito , variedade e tudo muito fresco e saboroso a funcionária uma simpatia.

This property was great looked exactly as it did on the pictures. Unfortunately the beds were pretty uncomfortable as they were very firm but the pillows were rock hard as well which made for a very rough sleep. Our door keep also broke in the door but they were very quick to fix it while we walked about for about an hour. So overall it was a great hotel, good customer service and well maintained. Rooms were clean, the bathroom tiles had a bit of mildew on them but that did bother me but I know it would bother some people. The triple room we had was on the top floor and you could look out over one of the little canals it was very nice

I have just returned from a weekend stay in one of the deluxe rooms. I could find no fault at all. The room was spotless and very comfortable with fantastic views over the canal. The staff were also fantastic, very professional and helpful. I will definitely book here agian when i return to Venice.

Très bonne expérience. La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle. Pas très grande mais suffisament pour le temps que l'on y passe. Très bonne literie et douche à l'italienne très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. Le personnel de cuisine et de l'hôtel, très agréable et avenant. Je reviendrais avec joie ! Un magasin coop a proximité pour y faire ses courses est très agréable !

Ottima posizione per visitare Venezia, comoda per raggiungerla anche a piedi dalla stazione. Camera bellissima come da foto, silenziosa e pulita, colazione molto fornita e variegata e perso ale molto gentile. Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia sicuramente torneremmo a Ca Marinella.

Great Breakfast, great front desk attention, 24 hours, very important. The room great, number 609 is great. Everything clean, 2 bathrooms, quiet, very good space. Highly recommended.

Absolutely BEAUTIF hotel and rooms. We had a wonderful stay, they very close to water taxis, shopping, the Rialto bridge, restaurants and a little local grocer. Staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast is magnificent. We would definitely stay here again.

I have just returned from a weekend stay in one of the deluxe rooms. I could find no fault at all. The room was spotless and very comfortable with fantastic views over the canal. Hotel muito bom, o quarto espaçoso, todo reformado, banheiro maravilhoso! Café da manhã espetacular, com muitas opções, além de panquecas deliciosas e ovos que podem ser preparados na hora. A recepção e o restaurante ficam em um prédio e os quartos no outro lado da praça, mas isso não é nenhum problema, os funcionários auxiliam com as malas no checkin, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. Ótima localização, próxima da ponte Rialto (menos de 10 minutos de caminhada).

Clean and quiet hotel with very accommodating staff. We were able to check in several hours early when we arrived on an early morning flight. Breakfast was great with wonderful staff. Air cons in both rooms. The triple rooms had plenty of space for three persons.

A estadia foi ótima. O unico inconveniente foram as escadas , subir com 5 malas nao foi uma tarefa fácil. O cafe da manha era servido no Hotel Santa Marina e estava uma delícia, perfeito , variedade e tudo muito fresco e saboroso a funcionária uma simpatia.

Ottima posizione per visitare Venezia, comoda per raggiungerla anche a piedi dalla stazione. Camera bellissima come da foto, silenziosa e pulita, colazione molto fornita e variegata e perso ale molto gentile. Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia sicuramente torneremmo a Ca Marinella.

Très bonne expérience. La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle. Pas très grande mais suffisament pour le temps que l'on y passe. Très bonne literie et douche à l'italienne très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. Le personnel de cuisine et de l'hôtel, très agréable et avenant. Je reviendrais avec joie ! Un magasin coop a proximité pour y faire ses courses est très agréable !

We stayed in one of the hotels Smart rooms that was very clean and nicely furnished. The room was very small (12sq m) but this was exactly as described. It was located in an annexe a short walk from hotel reception across the square. The room had just enough storage space for a three night stay. The bathroom was slightly more spacious and was also clean and tidy. We asked in advance for a kettle in the room to make hot drinks and one was provided without any fuss. It was very handy that there was is a co-op store across the street from the accommodation where we bought milk and Prosecco which we were able to put in the rooms mini bar fridge. The breakfast was served in the main hotel and had a very good selection of hot and cold food as well as a great choice of coffees. You could even have a glass of Prosecco with your breakfast if you actually felt like drinking alcohol that early! Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it as it is in such a good central location with all the main areas only a short walk away. The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were friendly. We didn’t think we could afford to stay in the centre of Venice in a good hotel but this one surprised us as it was such good value even if the room was smaller than we ideally wanted.
