A great & lucky find for two nights. Right on the ocean and a great pool. The room was small yet comfortable for two people & clean: The deck was fantastic with a great view of the Ocean. Would definitely stay there again. Rooms are a little dated, but everyone is so friendly & inviting.

Super easy check in, great room and very dog friendly. The private beach and the property is a delight. And I got to see a Space X rocket launch right off their patio space. That was unexpected and spectacular.

Great area and very quiet. Direct beach access and cute accommodations. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A great place to get away from the outside world without distractions and especially is dog friendly.

Check in was pleasant and quick. They have boogie boards, surf boards, and beach chairs for you to use during your stay. They deck area overlooking the beach is beautiful. And by luck we were able to watch sea turtle hatchlings make their way into the ocean.

This is a very quaint and lovely place right on the beach. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The room and all the pool/outside areas were immaculately clean. It is our new go to when in the Cocoa Beach area.

This was a great place to stay. Our unit was charming, clean and easy to get to. The ocean was a few steps away and overall the property was spacious. We Will definitely stay there again any time we are in the area.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in 02/‘25 We wanted a place with private beach access, kitchen, & excellent reviews. The Surf Studio Beach Resort met expectations. This is a family run business built in The 3 employees that we interacted with were friendly, helpful and kind. We were looking to escape the northeast winter, and enjoy a quiet, relaxing week on the beach with no agenda. This is exactly what we got. The beach was beautiful, the room (#8) was spacious and more like a tiny apartment. It would be tight, but I believe you could sleep 8 people since there were 2 queen beds and 2 pull out couches. It was clean, which was a priority for us! The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs to sometimes make our own meals. Publix grocery store was nearby. There were 2 TV’s. The grounds and pool (85 degrees) were lovely and well-maintained. We spent most of our time on beach and deck area reading and watching pelicans dive. We also got to watch 2 Cape Canaveral launches from the beach. There were several sand chairs left by previous guests that we were able to use and lots of seating and lounge chairs in the deck area. We had a WONDERFUL time and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. I took off one star for property condition and facilities only because the bathroom had no electrical outlet. One thing to note: the shower was tight. We are small,5’3” under 150 lbs., so it was ok for us. Larger people might struggle.

Our room was very clean. The resort is retro to the 40s overall. With updates to the refrigerator, microwave and stove. Beds were very comfortable. Dee was very helpful from the moment we checked in. Next time we are in the area would love to stay here.

Didn’t expect to get the room right behind the office, but it was great. Never an issue, plus our window faced the ocean so we had amazing views of afternoon thunderstorms while we played perquacky. Fantastic instate weekend getaway.

My husband and I made a little detour down to Cocoa Beach for two days as we were visiting family in the area for two weeks. The speech is absolutely beautiful. The owner was very friendly. We also got to see Montel Williams lol. The area is just very charming. Next time we will definitely get a bigger room but overall we enjoyed our stay very very much and will be back for sure.

Small room with inadequate wall unit a/c. Room was hot throughout the 3 days and the mattress was worn out. The office staff was friendly and the location was great. If you can avoid room 9 it might be a great place.

We were so disappointed to have arrived half an hour before the check in window closes (we got there at 8:30, and check in ends at9), only to find the front office completely locked and closed. We rang the bell, called the phone number, and waited a full 30 minutes with no response. Hotels.com went through calling them multiple times as well with no reply. If you know you have guests booked for the evening and you need to leave, at least leave a courtesy call or note! We were extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay at the LaQuinta just a few miles north. Friendly 24hr staff and beautiful ocean views and access.

Very attentive when I requested a hairdryer and a fan for our room. The view right outside our door was spectacular for the sunrise.

I consider this a hidden gem! Sun rises from the patio looking out into the ocean were spectacular. My stay was during spring break. Surf Studio was far enough removed from the "breakers" to enjoy my vacation and avoid their partying. This will be at the top of my list if I return to this area. .
