Arrival: Rented the suite after reading reviews. There is a bellman that will be waiting at the pier upon your arrival. Look through all the people holding hotel signs until you find the right one. He loaded the bags on a cart and we took the short walk to our room. Hotel is very convenient to EVERYTHING, especially the center of the market. Check in: Front desk staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. Check in was a breeze. They even provided recommendations for excursions. The room: It was spacious and had very good ammenities for a hotel of its age. I will say the mattress was one thing that kept this from being a 5 star review. It was very stiff and I love a firm mattress. The best thing for me was the OUTDOOR SHOWER. The temps were in the 100's. That shower made we want to have one installed outdoor, immediately upon my return. Hotel: Breakfast was okay. There is an omelet station. I wish there were non-pork meat options but the veggie omelet was good. Pool appeared to be nice but we never had the opportunity to use it due to our schedule. The bar is right there at the pool and they had a good selection of liquors, juices and beverages to choose from. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I may ask if they have a softer mattress next time though.

Good hotel in Phi Phi island with good buffet breakfast and the swimming pool. About 8 minutes walk to Ton Sai pier, very near to 7-11, many convenience store, money changers and restaurants around the corner. I will definitely stay here if come to Phi Phi Island again.

Great location in middle if town. We had one poolside room and a third floor suite with outdoor shower. Splurge for thecsuite it was a very nice room. Staff were great.

It is middle of the both side of the island. Amazing location. The pool is not big but does the job. Very friendly staff. The room is big,good shower. But when you get in there is smell of mold. I did not see any sign of it,but there is a huge smell. The breakfast team was not the best. There was a good amount of food, but the team was too noisy; they were talking , and laughing, and it was kinda hard to get their attention to ask for a cup of coffee.

Freundliches Personal. Zügiger Check-in. Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum, wir wurden am Pier abgeholt und unsere Koffer wurde dorthin gebracht, toller Service. Zimmer mit Pool Access, herrlich ruhig zum Pool, man hört nichts von aussen obwohl das Hotel von Geschäften und Restaurants umgeben ist mit liegen oder wie bei uns mit riesigen Sitzliegen zum Pool auf eigener Terrasse für 3 Nächte. Zimmer klein, dunkles älteres Mobiliar, viel Deko daher etwas gedrungen aber alles gepflegt und sauber. Kaffezubereiter und Wasser sowie Kühlschrank vorhanden. Top Klima. Coole Beleuchtung durch Am Bett angebrachte Steuerung. Bad grösse ok, grosse Ablage, Duschen setzt das Bad teilw. unter wasser! Hatten Frühstück gebucht jedoch nicht eingenommen also können wir dazu nichts schreiben. Pooltücher tägl an der Rezeption. Housekeeping tägl. Betten deutlich härter als in alle anderen 5 Hotels die wir bereits in Thailand liegen dürften. Wir haben viel erkundet und wenig Zeit im Zimmer verbracht und wenn dann zur Abkühlung am Pool so dass es für uns top war, empfehlenswert!

Ett fräscht hotell med mycket bra läge. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Fint poolområde, vi hade rum med poolacess vilket var mycket härligt. Helt ok frukost, fanns omelettkock vilket vi gillar.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would have extended if time allowed. The pool area is lovely and the rooms are perfect for what we needed. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is great - lots of options for veggies. They have lots of rules but I’m guessing the really young crowd take the piss - all rules are fair.

Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem super ruhig. Gute Klimaanlage und für thailändische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Würde das Hotel immer wieder nehmen. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage ist top, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich und das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurden aber täglich gereinigt und besaßen alles, was man benötigt.

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed midt i byen, men er alligevel roligt og stille om aftenen. Det er et kæmpe plus, for på mange andre centrale hoteller i byen, har de problemer med støj og høj musik til sent på natten. Personalet er venligt - især drengen, som fragtede vores bagage! Rengøringen var okay, men kunne forbedres lidt. Værelset var hyggeligt, men også ret slidt.

We loved our stay here! It’s about a 4 minute walk from Tonsai pier but someone meets you at the pier and helps carry the bags which is appreciated! The room was clean and the AC was awesome. Would recommend!

Rather old hotel but still maintained. Staff super friendly. Many mosquitoes in the room, we got bitten and couldn't sleep too well. Breakfast not recommended... Lukewarm coffee and tasteless omelette. We couldn't eat most of the stuff on the buffet table because there were flies swarming over them. There's a coffee place right in front of the hotel, and everyday we saw 5cm long cockroaches coming from the coffee place towards the hotel reception. I think the hotel should do something about those humongous cockroaches.

Very picturesque The room is average definitely not the best we have stayed in Several issues like not being able to charge your phone if the lights r on Also as always in this kind of accommodation there r the inevitable cockroaches outside The pool access was nice but very unwell whilst here so no chance to appreciate it Also there r no cars on the island so a taxi is a shopping trolley for your cases and a walk to wherever u r staying

The rooms here are pretty nice, especially for how inexpensive they are. The staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was so convenient. The only negative thing we had to say about our stay is that the beds are similar to laying on a concrete floor. We don’t mind a firm mattress, but this was next level.

I was a bit disappointed about my stay here as the price didn’t reflect the service. First the good points, the room was of good size and had everything you needed. Kettle, hairdryer, safe etc. Some parts of the breakfast were good, ie: the options, the bacon and the omelette station. The location was perfect though and my room on the third floor was pretty quiet. The bad points: The bed was ridiculously uncomfy. As a guy who enjoys a pretty stiff bed at home this was another level. The pillows and bed were like blocks of concrete with a sheet on top. I woke up numerous times every night and the first few hours of the night I had back and shoulder pain. I’m 30. The sausages for breakfast were underdone hotdog sausages basking in luke-warm water. Needless to say if you’re expecting a full English, don’t. Also, no eggs in the buffet station. If you want scrambled or fried you have to ask them to do them for you. The service was average. Just small things like putting towels on the bed for you rather than in the bathroom hung up. Not replacing sugar or tea bags. Took a while to check in and at one point 7:00 am. The key for my room stopped working and there wasn’t anyone at reception who could help so I was locked out. Considering it’s Thailand and I was paying $100+ AUD per night, I was expecting a lot more and was underwhelmed and disappointed overall. If I went back to phi phi I wouldn’t stay here again in all honesty.

I woke up numerous times every night and the first few hours of the night I had back and shoulder pain. I’m 30. The sausages for breakfast were underdone hotdog sausages basking in luke-warm water. Needless to say if you’re expecting a full English, don’t. Also, no eggs in the buffet station. If you want scrambled or fried you have to ask them to do them for you. The service was average. Just small things like putting towels on the bed for you rather than in the bathroom hung up. Not replacing sugar or tea bags. Took a while to check in and at one point 7:00 am. The key for my room stopped working and there wasn’t anyone at reception who could help so I was locked out. Considering it’s Thailand and I was paying $100+ AUD per night, I was expecting a lot more and was underwhelmed and disappointed overall. If I went back to phi phi I wouldn’t stay here again in all honesty.

It is middle of the both side of the island. Amazing location. The pool is not big but does the job. Very friendly staff. The room is big,good shower. But when you get in there is smell of mold. I did not see any sign of it,but there is a huge smell. The breakfast team was not the best. There was a good amount of food, but the team was too noisy; they were talking , and laughing, and it was kinda hard to get their attention to ask for a cup of coffee.

Arrival: Rented the suite after reading reviews. There is a bellman that will be waiting at the pier upon your arrival. Look through all the people holding hotel signs until you find the right one. He loaded the bags on a cart and we took the short walk to our room. Hotel is very convenient to EVERYTHING, especially the center of the market. Check in: Front desk staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. Check in was a breeze. They even provided recommendations for excursions. The room: It was spacious and had very good ammenities for a hotel of its age. I will say the mattress was one thing that kept this from being a 5 star review. It was very stiff and I love a firm mattress. The best thing for me was the OUTDOOR SHOWER. The temps were in the 100's. That shower made we want to have one installed outdoor, immediately upon my return. Hotel: Breakfast was okay. There is an omelet station. I wish there were non-pork meat options but the veggie omelet was good. Pool appeared to be nice but we never had the opportunity to use it due to our schedule. The bar is right there at the pool and they had a good selection of liquors, juices and beverages to choose from. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I may ask if they have a softer mattress next time though.

Was a great stay the guy who helped me to and from the ferry was great cant remember his name sadly. Only potentially bad point for some is the very firm solid bed which is more traditional way around asia rather than the soft bouncy spring mattresses of the west. Was a bit sore after first night but soon go used to it

We loved our stay here! It’s about a 4 minute walk from Tonsai pier but someone meets you at the pier and helps carry the bags which is appreciated! The room was clean and the AC was awesome. Would recommend!

The hotel is in a great location. It's in the center of the resort and easy to walk around the resort. The staff were lovely, the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was steps away from the pool and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It's reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We were met at the port and they escorted us to the hotel and carried our luggage. Great service.

They were so accommodating and kind, my friend and I got pick up and escorted to the property from the ferry free of charge. When we decided to stay another night they let us stay in the same room and were so kind. It was quiet and clean, we loved it !

No general manager! We wanted to cancel the rest of our reservation. Advised by Hotels.com we would be contacted within 72 hour. Conveniently the end of our reservation. Still waiting it’s been 7 days. The staff at this hotel are not trained in customer service, spend most of their time with their backs to their customer on their cell phone. The pool although lovely has no umbrellas and no shade. We were offered a nice welcome drink but needed to go to the bar to get it. No one there. The rooms are old and out dated with the hardest bed imaginable. The beach does not exist as it end to end boats. It was a miserable stay and would recommend no one go here!

Hôtel très bien situé, à 3mn a pied du port et en plein centre de Ko Phi Phi. Hôtel très calme et propre. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner diversifié et pour tous les goûts. La suite était belle, avec une grande terrasse. Nous y avons passé 3 jours merveilleux. Je recommence ++

Trevlig och professionell personal, ligger precis mitt i all liv och rörelse. Väldigt fina rum som är väldigt fräscha. Svårt att hitta ett mer centralt läge. Lite musik hörs till hotellet från barerna i närheten på nätterna, men inget som stör.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would have extended if time allowed. The pool area is lovely and the rooms are perfect for what we needed. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is great - lots of options for veggies. They have lots of rules but I’m guessing the really young crowd take the piss - all rules are fair.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, right in the centre of phi phi but you wouldn’t realise as very quiet at night. Breakfast the best we’ve had in Thailand! Absolutely delicious! Would definitely stay again

Rather old hotel but still maintained. Staff super friendly. Many mosquitoes in the room, we got bitten and couldn't sleep too well. Breakfast not recommended... Lukewarm coffee and tasteless omelette. We couldn't eat most of the stuff on the buffet table because there were flies swarming over them. Rather old hotel but still maintained. Staff super friendly. Many mosquitoes in the room, we got bitten and couldn't sleep too well. Breakfast not recommended... Lukewarm coffee and tasteless omelette. We couldn't eat most of the stuff on the buffet table because there were flies swarming over them. Stayed for 2 nights , i couldn't fault the hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful , the location is perfect , the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice , oh i nearly forgot the shower , the best shower ive ever had in any hotel , piping hot water instantly and very good pressure, definitely a 5 star experince.

Ett fräscht hotell med mycket bra läge. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Fint poolområde, vi hade rum med poolacess vilket var mycket härligt. Helt ok frukost, fanns omelettkock vilket vi gillar.

The hotel is in a great location. It's in the center of the resort and easy to walk around the resort. The staff were lovely, the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was steps away from the pool and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It's reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We were met at the port and they escorted us to the hotel and carried our luggage. Great service.

Great location in middle if town. We had one poolside room and a third floor suite with outdoor shower. Splurge for thecsuite it was a very nice room. Staff were great.
