Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville SW - Outlet Ctr Area by IHG

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Asheville N.C.. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I already try to stay at a Holiday Inn or a Holiday Inn Express when ever I travel. I never had a bad experience and ether one. Thank you Holiday 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quiet. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hot proteins. Just like other HIE's

This hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious!

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. There were two small things....our TV never worked during our stay and the refrigerator was never turned on. The morning after our first night, I discovered that the refrigerator was off, ruining an $85 meal. I let the front desk know but no one ever contacted me.

The room had no hot water because a boiler was down. It took some doing to get a refund and move to a different hotel. The gm was not amenable at first. But eventually said he would make sure hotels.com gave a full refund. I have never had to deal with this before. So, I'm hoping it is actually refunded.
